The house was wonderful and a great location. The surrounding houses were filled with loud, disruptive teenagers - 15 or more in surrounding houses, which took away from the nice location. The teenagers were unsupervised.

Beautiful , clean, spacious and comfortable! We had such a relaxing week! The only thing we could comment on is the grill needs some TLC.
We had an issue with a smoke detector battery on the first day but Maintenance was there within the hour and replaced it!

We shared the house with 4 other couples who had never been to Pensacola. The house was great - plenty of room for everyone. Large dining table sat 10 comfortably. We had easy access to great restaurants on the beach - we visited several establishments in search of the perfect Bushwacker. We were just a short drive away from the Greater Gulf Coast Art Festival, Joe Patti’s Seafood AND the Blue Angels Homecoming show at NAS. Everyone had a blast!!!

House is right on the beach. Can sleep 12 or more, easy. Every room has it's own bathroom. We had a WiFi problem, and they solved it in no time, so response is great. Home is pricy, but they are comparable with all the homes.

Great house spacious and beautiful. The beach out the back door is amazing. Coffee on the upstairs deck is a must. Lots of covered outdoor area and grill on deck. My only recommendation is upgrade the mattresses.

Our family spent the week between Christmas and New Year at 1214 Ariola Drive in Pensacola Beach and had a great time. What a quiet and beautiful spot on the gulf! Found the home to be very comfortable with sturdy furniture, comfortable beds, a nice size kitchen and even two refrigerators! The decks and wonderful furniture on all three levels added to our enjoyment and outdoor enjoyment. The only thing we feel badly about is the lack of a broom or swifter that we could have used to keep the floors cleaner. We did email the office early in our stay about a very minor issue and were pleasantly surprised when they immediately replied and sent people over to correct our very minor issue. We appreciate everything they did to help us enjoy our stay.

We had such a great time in the house. There was plenty of space for every one.House was well stocked but I would suggest bringing toilet paper. The one ply doesn't cut it. Got to see dolphins, pelicans and other birds. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. I called on an issue with the refrigerator and they answered right away. I would recommend dumping the ice from the ice maker when you get there. It was frozen, but made ice very quickly. There is an additional refrigerator/freezer downstairs that can be used. There were 3 baby gates in the one bedroom closet. i brought one. My family is still talking about that weekend and how much fun they had.

I had picked this house because of the back porch and the access directly to the beach. The house was well equipped and even had baby gates that we didn't know about it. The beds are excellent and the pillows were great. The family loved the ping pong table downstairs and had many competitions. It was a great family gathering and celebration. We even got to see some dolphins and many pelicans fly by. I called the after hours in regards to the refrigerator not cooling down right away and they answered and handled the problem. My only suggestion would be to switch to 2-ply toilet paper. I did bring extra. You go through the 1-ply toilet paper fast with many people in the house. My family cannot stop talking about how much fun they had the four days we were there. Hope to be back again.

Rental place was nice - we've rented it several times mainly because each bedroom has it's own bath - we had a nice gathering of 48 people staying at different places in Pensacola and used the beach house as the beach front. We've also got it reserved for next summer. During our stay, we listed a few things for the owner to review and left that list when we left. Anyway, enjoyed our stay and thanks for the efficient management.

My family stayed in this house during the week before my sons wedding . It accommodated 4 couples and a family friend very comfortably . We enjoyed being right on the gulf and the views were outstanding. The kitchen could have been somewhat better equipped, and the refrigerator had an annoying strobe light issue , but overall our stay was very good .

We had a wonderful week at Ariola 1214! The house is beautiful inside and out and we couldn't have been more pleased. The decks are lovely and the view can't be beat, of course! We loved the grill and outdoor sink, and the kitchen is well stocked.

We had 9 people and it accommodated our party perfectly. There are additional sleeper sofas in the livingroom, gameroom and in one bedroom if you have more people but we didn't use them.

The property is next door to the public access to the beach so space on the beach in front of the house tends to fill up quickly - get there early!

We rented through Paradise Beach Homes and we can't recommend them highly enough. We've been loyal fans for many years - they won't steer you wrong! In this year of reservations being cancelled at the last minute, we never had to worry with PBH.

The house was nicer than even the pictures on line suggested. The views of the beach and Gulf from the house were beautiful. It was very clean and provided nearly everything we needed. The rooms, especially the common areas, and furnishings were very nice and worked perfectly for our group. The large porch/deck was great and had plenty of quality tables and chairs. Parking and the area on ground level was very functional and was used often.
The section of the island where the house is located was very nice and quiet; the public beach access on the side was easily ignored. The beautiful beach was easily accessed and provided lots of room for family and activities. The Gulf and weather were near perfect for our week.
Check-in was very quick and easy. The welcome bag was much appreciated and used every day on the beach.

Great location and very clean

The property management company was excellent and very responsive. Answered all pre visit storm related questions quickly and very helpful. We called in an issue with the kitchen faucet handle falling off, the property management representative was on site within 2 hours and was unable to repair, plumber was called and repair made within 3 hours of initial call, well done. The house has a very welcoming and open layout. Could use some minor repairs/update to make it great. Most of the exterior sliding doors were very difficult to open, my wife and grand daughter were not able to open many of them.

We come every year, and we've stuck with 1214 as the best option. Like the stairway change from a couple of years ago, like the new slider, and appreciate that the deck hose bib was fixed so we don't have to use a pitcher. Still need new dimmer switch for CFL bulbs.

This house is perfectly situated to host a large group (we had 13). It could use a very minor amount of fluffing up but overall it’s fantastic!!! The only thing I’d say is that the upstairs den really can’t be used as a bedroom because there’s no door to the stairway and it’s noisy if folks are still up downstairs. Otherwise though it’s perfect!

This property was perfect for our family and had everything you could need. Very easy access to the beautiful beach. We will always use Paradise Beach Rentals from now on to rent our houses. They were very nice and helpful. But will hope to use this house again if we need one this big. It was a wonderful birthday week. Ate at the Grand Marlin and Hemingway’s and both were excellent.

We loved our house this year. It was hard to find anything wrong, and when something minor went wrong someone was there quickly to address. Down to the staff that was always helpful, it was great.

Vacation was great - beach house was great - we've stayed here several times and like to a bunch - my wife, Ann, listed a few things about the house when we checked out, not negative stuff, just things I would want to know if I were the owner - it's pretty much the best house for our family as we've stayed in a bunch, thru PBH over the past 10 years or so - we had a shower and tub that was stopped up and repair guy was there within 30 minutes - thanks for the quick response on that. I would recommend this house to anyone - we enjoyed all the attractions and restaurants - if you don't mine contacting the Blue Angels, we'd like a few more fly-overs.

The house was perfect for our party of 15. The location was perfect. We had plenty of beach space. It is next to public access, but it wasn’t too crowded. It doesn’t need some updating across the board but nothing that kept us from having a great time.

We were fortunate enough to secure this rental at the absolute last minuted possible due to the hurricane that hit Panama City. Super place to stay -- modern and updated accommodations -- will definitely keep in in mind for the future.

We arrived around 12:30 and the house was ready for us, oh what a plus!!! Even though I have been coming to Pensacola Beach for 40 plus years, this was my first time renting from Paradise Rental. We rented this property for our sons destination wedding on the beach. It was perfect for our family! The house was in great condition and very clean. The staff at paradise beach home rental was very helpful in finding a home for our needs and with anything we needed while we were in pensicola beach. We would recommend them and this beach house to anyone!

My family of 13 (6 adults and 7 kids} stayed a week. The house was very spacious and comfortable for everyone. The location to town was great and to be directly on the beach was awesome!! The house was clean with ample furnishings. The only thing I could suggest would be to replace some of the broken patio furniture,maybe grease or realign several of the shower doors and although we didn't use it, I would have liked to, the jacuzzi tub in the top room did not work. To me those were not major issues, but to some it might be. We will definately stay again!

Given the advertised capacity, The supply of cooking materials was deficient. The supply of towels was inadequate. The gas grill needs to be serviced. The valves malfunction.

This was a great house! There are comfortable beds for 11. The upstairs den is almost another private bedroom with a sofa couch so we slept 13 comfortably. The main level has a spectacular view of the gulf along with a private boardwalk over to the beautiful white sandy beaches. The downstairs gameroom is somewhat stuffy with no AC but it works great for coming in off the beach. There's a fridge downstairs for cooling your beer and refreshments for the beach. Paradise Beach homes was fast and courteous to assist on anything. Great experience. Will rent again.

We had a wonderful time. The house was very spacious and the furnished very comfortably. Wonderful location as it was a minute from the ocean. We had a 5 and 2 year old and could let them play in the sand behind the dunes while we watched from the desk. Great time.

We had our wedding at this home and it was perfect! The house was gorgeous! It accommodated sleeping areas for the bridal party. It made for great pictures for getting ready, the ceremony, and the reception. We loved that it has its own private beach and pier that separates you from the public beach. I can't wait to stay there for anniversaries to come!

Rented this house for a large family gathering. The lay out of this house is perfect. Private areas for extended family. Game room was a hit with the small kids. Location is breathtaking! Living room large and comfortable and dining area spacious. We will definitely rent this property again.

We rented the beach house for an extended family vacation. The house was in a perfect location. There is enough room for everyone to have space! We had between 10 and 14 people at any given time. My only complaint was the 1st 2 nights the 3rd floor was not habitable. The AC was out and it was over 85 degrees. Paridise Homes management group was helpful, unfortunately, the ac company had to come out Sunday and Monday before the issue could be fixed. Good thing we brought air mattress just in case. Once they actually fixed the problem everything went smoothly.

My wife's four sons their wives and their five grand children and I had a fabulous week. The weather was perfect. Mornings and afternoons on the beach splashing on the surf, ping pong tournament evenings, dinners cooked on the gas grill all added to the weeks enjoyment. The layout accommodated everyone with great comfort, the deck, game room and ramp direct to the beach made this a perfect choice.
The grill that was inoperative the first night was replaced with a new one the next day. The A/C on 2nd floor went out but was fixed promptly. The property managers were very responsive to our needs.

We had the whole family down from Baton Rouge for the week. The weather was beautiful with a breeze blowing almost all the time. The water was red flagged the first two days then the water was fine for everyone. grand kids (2) enjoyed playing in the sand and water. The house was wonderful. The porch is the best thing that I like about the house. Its big enough for everyone to hang out on after a long day at the beach. How to return next summer!

We had a few issues when we first arrived - the security system beeped constantly until we were able to disable the system. The grill was not usable, but was replaced the next day. The game room was locked, but was unlocked the second day.

Very good. Negatives, dryer vent stopped up, dresser drawer off track, not properly keyed upon arrival. Positives, very well equipped for cooking, nice outside shower + great game room. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay in this property again!

This was a fantastic house for our family gathering. The living room was large and the views were great on the deck where we spent almost every evening. We had a wonderful time during the week. Will be back in the future
