Sand Dollar #212E

We recently stayed at the Sand Dollar. It was clean, spacious and right on a walking path. We enjoyed walking to many restaurants and took a dolphin cruise. My husband brought his bicycle along and was able to ride for many miles. The permanent residence at Sand Dollar were very friendly. It was a quiet rental.

This place was perfect for my family of 3, we had plenty of room, everything was clean, absolutely zero problems during our stay! There were a good amount of stairs however we didn’t mind getting in an extra workout!! Perfect for going to the beach it was like a 5 minute walk to the Gulf, 1 minute walk to the bay and maybe a 10 walk to all the shops, restaurants and pier!!

The interior of the property was very clean and had everything that we needed. The only thing I would recommend would be a more comfortable mattress. It was extremely hard. The rental company was fantastic! Quick to respond to any problems!

Just Fantastic to put it simply!! when i called to get information on the rental the person was very very cheerful and helpful and that in itself made me feel good about what was to come.When me and my wife were driving down we knew we were going to be late checking in and the staff there actually called me on my way down and checked on us to be sure we were good on our checkin instructions and wished us a safe drive and seemed just really genuine about it.Once we arrived it was smooth sailing on getting our keys and instructions---we arrived at the Cottage and was jus
t blown away at how everything was very clean--updated and perfectly located right between the Bay and the beach!!we could not believe the value of the rental compared to all the other places we looked at!so we definately give it 5 STARS!!!

The location is perfect, close to everything, but still in a very quiet area. Only thing that was missing were sheets and pillow cases for the sofa bed. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Such a cute condo! Great view of bay. We paddleboard and it was SO convenient to walk from the covered parking to the bay and enjoy paddling around the pretty bay. We will always use Paradise Beach Homes-very helpful and friendly. One suggestion - the king size bed was VERY hard. A memory foam topper would sure help. Oh, and I was very glad I brought my own pans to cook with. Previous renters did not take care of them

Our last minute find at Pensacola Beach. We were freaking out because we waited on another couple to get vacation time from work, which didn't happen. So I searched the web and remembered Paradise Beach Rentals from a previous trip,we were looking at there post in their window. I got in touch and looked at their only 1 Br. condo I saw. I was skeptical unit until we walked into our unit. It was just what we wanted!!! Plus it was 50 ft. from the bay and a short walk across the street to beach. We had a really great stay ( hated to leave)and will be back kind of time. Thanks to the people at Paradise Beach Homes. Alex

We were very pleased with the unit overall-exactly as pictured and very tastefully decorated. The location was difficult to locate at first. The only problems we had was- the first was my fault for not researching further about the stairs. I have a problem with my hip and it caused a lot of discomfort for the week. The other problem was the smell(sewer?) which made it unpleasant to sit on the balcony. Someone in the building said that a gasket was leaking in the sewer house(?) A couple of guys were there for a while one morning and it seemed to be better. We liked the unit and you may not have anything to do about this, but I'm sure the next renter would appreciate being able to enjoy the view without the smell. Overall, we will do better at checking things like the stair situation the next time.

Our unit was exactly as described, and actually was above our expectations. Paradise Beach Homes was very easy to work with. I believe we spoke with them once during our booking process, otherwise everything else was accomplished by email. We arrived about an hour early, and there was no problem getting our keys. We even got a gift bag of miscellaneous goodies such as chips/salsa, pecans, and after sun lotion. Our unit had beautiful views outside all of the windows. Looking off the large balcony you can see both the Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. Directly across the street, there is a short walking path that takes you directly to the beautiful beaches on the Gulf. The unit itself was spotless. There is a full kitchen, simple but charming living/dining room with pull-out bed/sofa, window and balcony, nice loft bedroom with queen size bed, full bath, and window overlooking bay. We were able to walk to Peg Leg Pete's (a bit less than mile) along path. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner. Shower had very little water pressure. No trash can in bathroom. Couldn't get the bedroom TV off of the Jesus channel.

This is a very nice place to stay at the beach.

The rental is just as described. It is in a very convenient location (less than 1 mile to Casino Beach) and has views of the bay & Gulf from the balcony. The entry could have used a little landscaping work and there was a sewer at the back of the lot but other than that the accommodations were comfortable. Also, it says nonsmoking but it had a distinct smell that says otherwise....

Cut short due to family emergency, but the time I was there was awesome. This is my second year at this condo, and it has everything I needed.

My husband and I were very satisfied for our first time Condo rental. The condo was very comfortable and clean except for the stove. All four burner trays on the stove were caked with burned overflowed food. I spent over an hour scrubbing the trays with steel wool. Could not get all the old grease and burned residue off but made a significant difference. Other than that, our vacation was very pleasant.

We had a wonderful visit here! We rode motorcycles, so the covered parking was great for us. When we arrived there was a burnt smell inside. We think a prior guest may have WAY overdone something in the microwave since each time we used it the smell was enhanced. The microwave was dirty when we arrived and there were some cracker and chip crumbs on the floor in the dining area. The water pressure in the shower is pretty weak. These were the only negatives. It is right on the water on the bay side, and is very convenient to the beaches and restaurants. This is NOT a place for those with knee issues or problems with stairs. The steps to get to this second floor property are quite steep and the steps to the loft bedroom inside the condo itself are even more of a challenge. There were beach chairs and umbrella in the closet and the place was very well stocked with dishes and appliances. We had no needs unmet. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and affordable paradise condo that is in the center of everything you want to do in Pensacola beach . We had a great vacation and will be back next year.

Overall very good. Some minor problems-smile alarm needed batteries, was chirping. Fixed after a call to office. Dining area light/fan stopped working. Some water leak in fridge from freezer.

Other than above, a very comfortable, clean unit. We would stay again. Office staff was excellent.

Staff exceptional condo very nice. three of us had room to spare there for sons graduation other families paid more for hotel. two drawbacks sleepersofa matress worn outside shower cold water only other than that two thumbs up!!
