With its cool modern retro design and secluded on a cul-de-sac off the beaten path, this spotless home is ideal for family time and a relaxing beach getaway. Street side, you’ll pull into an open carport where right away you’ll see the beautiful private pool located right on the water’s edge. The pool has an incredible view of the bay and has solar heating and an artistic paver deck. Sitting at the end of the private pier, you’ll enjoy the majestic sunsets, or comeback poolside for outdoor dining on the covered porch area. The home’s carport entrance leads up the stairs to the main level living area. This space is light and bright with high ceilings, a cool color palette, and unique decorative artwork providing punches of color. Bedroom 1 is to the left of the stairs and has a queen bed and private bath with unique penny tile shower/tub combo. There is a half bath in the hallway that services the living/dining areas. The kitchen has a very sleek design with two full sized refrigerators, double oven, breakfast bar with electric stove top, and a wine fridge. It is open to the living and dining areas and filled with natural light from the many picture windows. This space has plenty of seating at the large dining table and comfy couches in front of a wall mounted flat screen TV. This central living area opens out onto the shaded main level deck. With a full sized dining table and scenic views overlooking the pool and water, this deck is the ideal spot for cocktails and breezy outdoor living. Upstairs is bedroom 2 and offers a queen bed and private bath with colorful glassed walk-in shower. Past the hallway laundry area is bedroom 3. This is an awesome space for kids with five built-in, bunk style twin beds. It has a private bath with a really cute blue penny tile design. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed with a really mod private bath and more of the retro penny tile, this time in a cool green. A short hallway leads to the master suite. This room has a king bed and opens to a private waterfront balcony. The master bath can only be described as modernly palatial. There is a double vanity with raised sinks, a large walk-in closet, separate toilet, and huge glassed in shower. Steps lead up to the sunken tub where you can literally lose track of time soaking and enjoying the pristine waterfront views from the tub side windows. This house really is the perfect blend of retro and modern, the main emphasis on comfort.
