We had a great time and enjoyed this house for our family Thanksgiving 2022! Nice house with many amenities!, fully stocked kitchen, great play room and a pool! There are many steps and a lift would be helpful! Please add some front motion lights—it is difficult to see walkway in the dark.

This home was perfect for four couples and three single adults. We arrived from Canada, Michigan, South Florida and Texas. Wish we had booked for longer!! Quick walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Beds were comfortable! Would book again!

We had an amazing experience for our family vacation. The house was clean and very nice upon our arrival, and described perfectly. Our only complaint is there are no outside lights other than around the stairs. We brought corn hold boards and would've liked to play them at night, but we couldn't see. Other than that no issues, we will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay this Summer here. The pool and yard were so enjoyable and relaxing. Super easy walk to The Gulf. One of the air conditioners was not working when we arrived and Paradise Beach Homes had a crew out there minutes after we got in and fixed within 30 minutes. I would definitely stay at this location again and recommend to others.

The location of this house was amazing. From watching the fireworks to the Blue Angels we had an amazing view. The pool is much larger than the pictures show and very well maintained. Game room is fun however some items need replacing or fixed. It wouldn’t prevent me from renting this house again. The house was always cool. Air conditioners worked well. Plenty of towels and all linens were clean. We really enjoyed this rental.

Great house to bring together family and friends. The pool was excellent and the bedroom situation (6 total) allowed multiple families to stay in one place. The property was clean and well maintained with convenient access to the beach.

This was our family vacation and the home was perfect. The kids loved the game room and pool. The adults loved the rooftop view and we sat there after the kids were in bed. The home was beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked.

We’ve been visiting the area since 2006 and have used Paradise Beach Homes for every stay in Pensacola Beach - and they have always made our trips stress free. This trip was no exception. The home was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. We were slightly concerned about the stairs, and there are many, but by the 2nd day we were pretty acclimated. The stairwell is essentially a tower offsetting the separate floors and there is a landing every 6 steps or so. There is a cased opening as you enter each floor so if you have a wide baby gate, you can separate the area from the stairwell for the littles. (We honestly thought the stairs would pose a bigger problem for the toddlers, but they are tucked away and we never felt the need to use the gate we brought) The main living area is on the 3rd floor so have everyone ready when the groceries are delivered to limit the number of trips up the stairs! We found the house to be really quiet due to the layout. The room directly below the living area could hear morning traffic (toddlers) but none of the other rooms reported any noise while sleeping. The pool is larger than it appears in photos and there was a propane grill. There were lots of leftover beach/pool toys, floats, and an umbrella. The roof top deck was a lovely escape and provided a beautiful view. We brought a wagon and it’s an easy walk to the beach. 25D and 25E are at each end of the block and both have partially paved/covered walkovers making access so much easier. 25E became our preferred access, little longer walk but the walkover on the dune was a little longer making the wagon pull easier. (There is also a little shortcut that allows you to cut mid block between Maldonado and Ariola).

We would definitely stay in this home again!

The split level home gave everyone privacy when sleeping but the ultimate together time when awake. Loved having the pool and rooftop deck! Great for a large group and would highly recommend!

This was the most amazing beach house!!! It has everything you would ever need to have a fabulous, relaxing vacation!! Just steps from the beach. And the view is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!!!

Highly recommend. Love this island location. We went 1.8 miles to Native Café for breakfast/ lunch and to Paddy O'Leary's for live music at night. House felt open, airy/clean and located just far enough down (2.5 miles) from the touristy hustle and bustle so that we felt like we had a slice of the beach to ourselves. House was recently remodeled to a breezy beach style theme where we felt a coastal, cozy ambiance. Even with 10 women, we had plenty of room to spread out and catch up (LOTs of talking :) with 4 additional patio sitting areas (not including front porch and roof top!)My favorite parts :)• We walked down the beach, just 5 minutes to watch surfers in the afternoon.• Roof top at sunset with 270 degree views (360 views if you are tall or in high chair :) With one big exhale, I instantly felt relaxed, comfortable, and oh, so happy :)• Loved looking out the kitchen sink window where each morning we embraced the beautiful ocean and bay views.• Fun game room where we played my favorites (ping pong, foosball and shuffle board)

I am in love with this house! We had 10 women for a 4 day stay and it was comfortable, roomy, and cozy all at the same time! The views were amazing from the windows, patios, and especially the rooftop patio....breathtaking! Sunset was serene and I so wished I hadn't slept so comfortably every night that I couldn't drag myself out for a sunset view! Perfect location for EVERYTHING....just a short walk to a uncrowded white sands beach, close by stores for every day needs, and short drive to shops, restaurants, etc. We were also impressed at how well taken care of the neighborhood is, especially just a short time after Sally blew in. I cannot wait to go back!!!

This was an amazing home! Quiet area, close to shopping and nightlife. We easily had space for 10. Our group had those seeking quiet relaxation and those seeking a fun weekend of activities. The house is arranged that I never heard any early morning or late night activity unless I was joining in. The game room and pool are perfect for families and the rooftop deck was a wonderful place to settle in with a glass of wine and watch the sky change colors as the sun set. I could not have been more impressed.

Our extended family recently shared this wonderful home for a ten day stay. After staying here it will be hard to go back to a high-rise condo. Prior to coming we had some concerns about being a block off the beach having become accustomed to beach front condos, but we immediately found out just how easy it was to walk to the beach. It literally took about one minute, even pulling a wagon. Plus, once you get there the beach is much less crowded. The house itself worked so well for our family of three generations. We even found it easy for the one-year-old to get a quiet room for naps since there is both an inside and outside stair case for the others to use. The beds were comfortable and the living area was spacious and very nicely appointed. The kitchen had ample seating and supplies. Outside the house offered some great amenities - the pool was a very nice size with lots of lounge chairs. The yard is very nicely kept and attractive - the front yard even had space to play some baseball catch with the boys. The game room offered both fun and space for a workout - we brought some equipment. AND, the crowning treat was the roof top deck. Very spacious - great place to watch the sunrise or the stars at night. We even had dinner up there several times for the breeze and the view. All in all, this house was a cut way above the condo scene and also stood out above the two other houses we've stayed in. Check it out, you won't be disappointed - just don't take my week !

We had a great time, we have stayed with Paradise Beach Rentals now for 4 years on Labor Day weekend. The pool was awesome addition. My wife has medical issues and the all the stairs was a bit much for her. Everyone had a great time and are looking forward to next year.

We had a wonderful week at this house. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all the space the house had to offer. Everything seemed well maintained and clean. Couple of suggestions: larger dining table (4 person table for a 6 bed house seems too small) and install safety gates on deck for kids around the pool.

This is our 4th year going down to Pensacola Beach. In the past, we have always rented small condos. We always meet with friends and their families down so that we can all spend time together. (We all live in different cities/states, and see each other only on occasion.) This year we all decided to get a house together. There were 5 adults and 6 kids so space was a must... and a POOL. This house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space. The pool was perfect after spending time on the beach and the kids still wanted to be in water.
The rooftop deck was amazing and perfect for stargazing each night. We even sat up there one evening watching a storm roll past in the distance.
This house was perfect for our 3 families and will definitely be staying here again in the future!
Our ONLY complaint/issue with this house is the size of the washing machine. When you are staying in a million dollar home and have 11 people in the house, you cannot have a TINY stackable washer and dryer. It would do 3 towels at the most and took forever to dry. If I could give the owners a recommendation, it would be to put a full size washer and dryer in the garage as well. This house can sleep up to 16 (I think), and with that many people staying in a house for one week, it requires a lot of laundry to be done.
Overall, I would highly recommend this home for a rental. It is in a great location (less than 5 minute walk to the beach.)

The amount of room in the house was excellent. The stairs were the biggest downfall to the house. The kitchen/living area is on the top. We had our annual family vacation here and was not disappointed. The walk to the beach was minimal and the beach area was not crowded during the entire week.

My family took my dad to Pensacola for his 75th birthday. He always wanted to go to Naval Air Museum. We made the right choice with our house..for sure. The property had everything we needed. It was clean and close to the beach. The pool was a great plus. The folks at Paradise Beach Homes were wonderful to work with. We had a fantastic time...already talking about returning next year...and staying at the same property.

Really enjoyed this home. The pool was such a great asset for us. Yard and pool were very clean and the adjacent game room with ping pong was lots of fun.

We had a wonderful family reunion in this house! Would definitely rent here again - location, beach, pool, and house amenities were perfect!

I brought my whole family down, 8 adults, 8 grandkids. I like to be a little closer to the beach but it wasn't too bad. House had plenty of room. Kids loved pool after spending the day at the beach. Adults and kids enjoyed the game room. The landscaping was beautiful. Only problems were minor, a couple of chairs around the pool were broke and the fans in the game room were not working. We called and someone came over within the hour and removed the broken chairs. next day some brought some floor fans. The over head fans were fixed at the end of the week. These were minor and did not affect the good time we had.

The location of this rental place was great. The pool area was nice for our family to visit. Although, the pool could have been cleaner. The rental company sent people over to help with a few miner things right when we called. It was the perfect place to watch the Blue Angels show. All in all it was a great place!

Everything was very easy, booking, check-in, was all painless. We had a couple accidents in the house that I'm still waiting to hear back about but as embarrassing as it was to have to tell them, they were very professional and understanding about the situations. I would highly recommend staying here, the roof balcony is definitely my favorite part.

The house was nice. There was plenty of room and the furniture in the living area was comfortable.
Positives: close to a paved walkway to the beach, large nice pool, several bedrooms with comfortable beds.
Cons: 28 steps to get to the main living area, I would suggest at least a dumbwaiter if not an elevator. Not having a porch in the front where you can look over the ocean. The rooftop deck was nice, but again more steps and HOT because it was uncovered.

loved the house completely!! would totally stay there again!! only drawback would be that it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the garage with an ice maker. 16 people in 1 house and that little ice maker they had didn't work out too well.

This property was BEAU-T-FUL. It had everything I could ask for in a property and more. The kids were entertained with the pool and game room and the adults enjoyed the rooftop sitting and waking up sitting on the decks in the mornings. The only improvement is that there needs to be two outdoor trash cans instead of one. Other than that, this place is amazing.

House had all we needed. Kitchen well appointed but would have liked more dining table and chairs as could only seat 12 and we had 16.Pool was great and appreciated floats, sand toys, etc provided. would love to know where elephant on TV cabinet came from. We all want one!!

The description of the property was not entirely accurate, but it was going through a renovation at the time. The new side of the house once completed provided a gameroom with a ping-pong tablet, shuffleboard table, and pop a shot basketball which our family very much enjoyed during our stay. The home was only 1.5 blocks off the beach which was very convenient, and our family enjoyed the pool in the backyard. The main living area and pool were larger than appeared in the pictures. The cleaning company they use though left something to be desired. Also, the management property was a little difficult to deal with before arriving to the property, but during our stay they were prompt in dealing with any issues.

Nice property despite the need to climb two sets of stairs to get to the kitchen/living area. Great observation/cocktail deck.

A small family reunion combined with sunny and occasionally breezy weather made for a delightful vacation again at Pensacola Beach made possible by PBH.

The only issue we had was the stairs. All 48 of them! Other than that the house was great as well as the roof top deck overlooking the area and the ocean. Nice short walk to the beach (5 minutes tops). We had a great time and look forward to doing it again real soon !!
