| A/C:
Please close all windows and doors while operating the air conditioner. The
humidity will cause the a/c to work harder to reduce the temperature and can freeze
up the unit. |
| | Refrigerator:
Leave all settings on "Normal." The unit will go into the Auto
Defrost cycle if the controls are put on "High" or "Maximum"
settings. |
| | Swimming:
Be aware of surf conditions before swimming. |

| Lockout:
If you lock yourself out of your property after office hours, you will need to call Pop-A-Lock at (850) 934-1193. You will be responsible for paying any applicable fees directly to Pop-A-Lock at the time they come out. You can expect to pay a minimum of $55.00 and up. If you lock yourself out of your property during office hours, of course we will be happy to come let you in at no charge. |

| Plumbing:
All units are equipped with a plunger. Please use it before calling for repair. |
| | Appliances:
Call the office at 916-0777 if you are not familiar with the appliances. |
| | Linens:
There will be a charge for lost linen. |

| Trash:
Houses - roll cans to the street on Thursday night for next
day pickup. Do not put bags of garbage on the street. It has to be inside the
container. |
