Welcome to 1736 Ensenada Cinco, a Gulf-front getaway designed for making memories on beautiful Pensacola Beach. This five-bedroom, three-bath home is your perfect tropical escape, combining comfort and stunning views for an unforgettable stay.
The Gulf-facing side of the home is nearly all windows, providing breathtaking views of the sugar-white sands and emerald waters right from your living space. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas are made for gathering, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax, dine, and enjoy the scenery together.
This home features three king bedrooms, two with private baths, making it easy for families or friends to spread out and unwind. The fourth bedroom includes two twin beds, while the fifth is perfect for kids or additional guests with two sets of bunk beds. Loved the open plan from kitchen to dining to living area. Extra fridge in the garage and no carpet in the living area were plusses. Enjoyed a rainy day at the Naval Aviation Museum and always a trip to Joe Patti's. First rental we’ve found that we are repeating next year.

Our family has stayed several times in this wonderful, spacious beach house. The views beat any other rental that we have occupied over the last 35 years vacationing in Pensacola Beach. Our stay this year was marred only by the condition of the bunk bed room. The room stays significantly warmer than the rest of the house, the full-size mattress is warped, and the left bunk is not structurally sound. Our guests ended up sleeping on the floor.

This is a truly beautiful home sited directly on an absolutely unbeatable stretch of Pensacola Beach. The home has a large deck (we called it The Lido Deck) overlooking the Gulf that became the gathering place for all our guests. Cannot recommend this home enough for large groups seeking to get together on the Emerald Coast.

More than enough space for 2 families, lot of space for kids to run around the house. great fully stocked kitchen. Very professional management company who accommodated early and late check out.
Only negative would be furniture which is little date and carpet feels old.

This home is in great spot, walking distance to beach and water. It has shower and water hose in lower level so you can clean your self before entering to house. big huge windows facing gulf provide great view from inside house, and screen porch helps if it is raining...Only negative thing is little bit of stale smell that left in our clothes after we left and came home, although we could not smell it that much while there.

a lovely house right on the beach. Roomy and well decorated. It was prefect for our extended family;y of 10. The description of the property stated that there was a TV ins every bedroom which was not the case. That was our only disappointment.

My daughters and granddaughters had a wonderful time New Years at this wonderful beach home. It was perfect for a winter "girl" trip! Being so close to the water was just perfect and the views were spectacular. This is an older home with a mid century modern vibe which we liked. Being older it did need new carpet and screens but it was very clean. It was hot even with the air on in the grandchildren's bunk room so I'm not sure how that would work in the summer.

This house was perfect for a family getaway with lots of young children. It was spacious, clean, well equipped, and has easy beach access. Impeccable views and a rather quiet spot on the beach. The house manager was helpful and was nice.

We have been renting houses from your company for the past 14 years. This was by far, the best house we have used. It was pretty, clean and very well supplied with kitchen ware and beach stuff.
Everything worked and the few that we needed help with, ie how to turn on the tv, your staff helped very quickly.
The weather was fantastic the entire week which was the icing on the cake.

This house was be on more than what we had expected. We had packed a lot on our road trip not expecting exactly to know what would be stocked in the house. We were so pleasantly surprised we could’ve packed so much less! The kitchen had more utensils, plates, pans, Etc. then you needed. Beds were very comfortable. The little bonus family room was awesome for the kids to hide out and play games and watch TV. Very clean. Most of all the view was incredible, literally steps from the beach couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Our trip to Pensacola was unforgetable. The house was immaculate from the landscaping to the view of the ocean and everything in between. The kids loved every minute of it and it was such a private area, it was like we had our very own private beach! We hope to return someday soon! Wonderful experience. I loved the huge layout in the living room and the patio/fully enclosed porch. Beach was right there but there is a lot of sea weed and little waves. Everything with the house was exceptional and the gentlemen that was on call was fantastic! Thank you for a great wedding vacation!

The house was perfect for our large family. The rooms were spacious, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The garage was full of everything you would need for the beach! Bring ice... the ice makers are very slow. We were able to have groceries delivered from Walmart! You will never want to leave!
