We had a great time! Easy to access- love the keyless entry. The place was pretty clean (except for some dust under and behind beds, etc. but I let them know and they were on it) and well stocked (there wasn’t a cutting board but upon request a new one was delivered asap). I would for sure stay here again. The kids loved the upstairs area. I loved that we had a covered dedicated spot and could store our sandy gear down in the parking garage. I also loved how quiet it was- no one above us and the breezeway had zero traffic. The air worked great, plenty of hot water, refrigerator made great ice. The building is obviously older but some of the wear and tear didn’t bother us, ie the dishwasher had to be closed just so to latch. We cautioned our kids to stay away from the upstairs banister because it did not seem sturdy but it’s so big up there it wasn’t a problem. Only other small complaint is the master bed made noise with every small toss and turn but it wasn’t uncomfortable, just noisy. One recommendation would be more hooks in the bathrooms for all of the wet towels and swim suits. Plenty of storage and everything we needed. I also loved that the porch is covered so that you can sit out and have shade. I do like renting with Paradise Beach homes because you get to communicate with real people just down the road. We hardly left but there is a great bike/walking trail and you can get to a convenience store and restaurant or two within a short walk.

Pensacola beach is our favorite vacation destination! We visit at least once a year. This specific condo was perfect for us! Our daughter stayed in the loft and loved it. Clean, fun decor and the views are fantastic! We watched the dolphins every day and we were lucky to see the Blue Angels fly by! We will definitely be back’

The balcony with the sound of the waves. Doesn't need much more than that. Everything was very comfortable and not far to restaurants and bars.

The view and location are perfect, so that's how this condo keeps renters week after week. You're right outside the hustle and bustle of the main drag, but close enough it is a short ride or even walk. Fort Pickens and the various public parks and access points were close and well maintained. The beach is literally steps away and wasn't crowded at all, even for spring break crowds. The condo needs fresh paint everywhere, a deep cleaning, and some updates, especially the bathrooms. You can't take a shower upstairs. It gets the typical surface and linen cleaning, but it's showing wear and tear. The upstairs bedroom could be a real problem for mobility challenged or older folks or anyone with a lot of luggage. The living room furniture isn't really enough to comfortably seat 2 couples for a movie or such, but the outdoor furniture was where we spent most of our time. After coughing and sneezing most of my time indoors but not out, I'd assume the HVAC system needs a good cleaning, since my allergies went nuts in there. We aren't picky and it suited our needs just fine, but if you are looking for superbly cleaned/maintained and high-end finishes or updates, this one isn't it. The location made up for that, but there are other condos in this building that have been more recently updated. A few thousand bucks in updates and paint and it would be spectacular.

The staff was absolutely top notch and helpful. The rental unit was clean and location is unbeatable. Beds were comfortable . Would stay there again

Great location, quiet condo, all as described and the beach is especially beautiful here. A bit of a challenge getting heavy bags up the spiral stairs, but otherwise very easy in and out, too. Fishing was great during our early May stay, too--use FishBites Sand flea flavor!

Very nice unit. Enjoyed our stay with our two daughters and their friends. The loft room was large enough to add an air mattress for one and the other utilized the couch in the loft. There was also a sleeper sofa on the main floor but it did not get used! The shower in the loft is not ideal for grown children, but littles would have no problem at all using it. The pulley system to get luggage up to the loft was a game changer. At the time of our stay the path (gate) to the beach was blocked and we had to wall around though the garage and around the back of the building. That was kind of a pain especially when carrying chairs/umbrellas/coolers but it wasn’t a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. PS. Highly recommend using the Yelp checkin feature if you plan on visiting Peg Leg Pete’s! The wait was horrible, Yelp made it easy and the food was well worth the wait!!

We really enjoyed our vacation while staying in this unit. Very comfortable beds and great view of beach and the sound, too. Wonderfully decorated and seemed newly painted. Very clean! Only two things we should have mentioned to the rental agency was there was no can opener (we bought a hand crank from Publix) and the light did not work over the stove. As stated in the property description, the spiral staircase is really steep and tight and is hard to navigate if you’re carrying something up or taking something down. But there is a pulley system to help with luggage. The upstairs bath has a nice bathtub with a hand held shower head which is good for a sit down bath. You must position yourself on your knees to take a “shower”. But we still enjoyed the unit very much and believe other guests will, too. One other note which doesn’t really have to do with the unit, but should be mentioned for other guests. Lazy Day Beach Rental kept trying to collect the umbrella and chairs about an hour to hour and a half early each day. If you caught them, they’d leave them until the correct time, but we never did figure out why they wanted to collect them before time was up. A couple of times they left them longer because we complained, but then it would happen again. But don’t let this affect your decision to stay here. The Paradise group was a great bunch to work with. Loved our complimentary beach bag of goodies!

Cannot beat the location of this rental. Right on the beach - high enough where you can escape but you can hear the waves, watch the dolphins swimming by, feel the cool breeze, and keep an eye on older kiddos if needed from the balcony. Beautifully decorated and clean. A bit tough to navigate the spiral staircase especially with luggage although they have a handy little pulley system for lighter luggage. Shower heads were a bit low but we had no issues. Would have been nice to have a better supply of toilet paper especially for a week stay with girls. Building was quiet and people friendly. Pool was clean. Wish we could have had parking in the garage but not a show stopper. Loved having codes and not keys to carry. Checking in and out was inconvenient since we had to go to the office rather than checking in online.

We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Winds very much. The condo was well equipped and the balcony perfect for viewing the water activities. Who wouldn't like a private beach? We took in lots of activities in the area and in Pensacola-everything was so close. The staff at Paradise were very helpful. Thanks to Mona for looking after our add-on days. We look forward to returning and would enjoy staying at Gulf Winds again. Eva

My vacation rental experience was great.

Everything was great. Facility was bright and clean and a delight to stay in. Pensacola is a good place for everything. Endless beach. Good biking from here to town, and also in nearby parks. Even a view out the back of the intercostal waterway.

Paradise Beach Rentals is a wonderful group to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We experienced a couple of small issues during our stay . . . the problems were addressed immediately. I highly recommend this agency if you are planning on looking for rental property in the Pensacola area.

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The spiral staircase to the master suite is a little narrow and steep for old folks but the young folks had no difficulty with it. The digit locks were very convenient. Everything worked and we even had great weather. Paradise personnel were very helpful.

We had a great stay, weather and water were wonderful! I would only add that the upstairs bathroom of the condo, really, you can't shower in it, so we had to have all 4 adults shower downstairs.

Arrived and was checked in quickly. The condo was just what we expected.
We have stayed in this unit under prior management often. While we enjoyed our stay, it was not up to the prior amenities. But, I must say the wifi was the best I have ever experienced in a condo or motel. I left suggestions in writing with the agent when we left.

I gotta say this condo was breathtaking! It was so nice and clean when I arrived during the Blue Angles weekend. The stairs is a bit tricky going up since its a spiral staircase. It took me a while to take my luggage up. When I got to the top I noticed that there was a rope on the side with a hook to bring thing up and down over the railing. Wish I would have seen that because it would have made it easier! The only thing I did not like is that the upstairs shower does not have a curtain. The tub is against the wall in which the ceiling is slanted so be careful not to hit your head. I tried not to splash too much water on the floor when using the shower head. Other than the shower upstairs, everything was great. Nice view of ocean on the balcony. I will definitely come back to this specific condo! It was very cozy and comfortable, made great memories! thanks you guys!

This piece of property was right on Pensacola Beach looking out to the gulf! The decor inside the 2 bedroom condo was adorable with plenty of kitchen things for your convenience. Beach towels were included and two hair dryers for each bathroom. The spiral staircase up to the master bedroom might be difficult for some but really added space to this top floor condo. Two sleepers sofas that were not used would allow for 3-4 more to sleep if needed. We had 4 staying and enjoyed the king and queen beds that were very comfortable. The condo had a private gate to beach and a small unheated pool. There were plenty of beach chairs, bogey boards and floats in the parking garage to use if needed.
Paradise Beach Homes management provided excellent directions to their office and were quick to get you checked in and on your way. They also provided Google directions to find your rental plus gave you a waterproof beach bag with chips and salsa, coffee and microwave popcorn. There was a Tom Thumb market a short 2 blocks away on the other side of the road for picking up quick groceries. We shopped at the Publix in town. Because we were visiting our daughter on the other side of bridges near the Navy Base, traffic was quite a problem. There is a new bridge being built next to existing one which had one lane closed at night making it slow to get across. The other bridge to get to Beach area where the main tourist area is was a toll bridge. On a busy warm Saturday it took 45 mins to get across where some days only took 5 mins. We were there the week before Easter so was quite crowded. Even our two mile road would get backed up when everyone left the beach late afternoon.
The beach was very clean and beautiful. No lifeguards sit on beach. A lifegaurd truck patrols the beach instead. The condo needed a few updates? Patio door and screen were hard to open and close. Screen would easily fall off. First floor bedroom door was needing a hinge tightened. Nothing major.

Nice condo. Exactly what we were looking for in a beach girls trip getaway. The only hiccup was a blender with missing parts, but Paradise rentals handed the obstacle and gave us a brand new one to use. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mona, this was a great choice!
