We rented this house out for our wedding party to stay in when we got married and it exceeded our expectations. The view was incredible, and so easy to just walk down to the beach. We were able to fit a lot of people too, and all of the other guests had an amazing time as well.

Great home, great location! This home was spacious, very clean had every amenity you could need including 2 fridges. It is well outfitted for a large family. The pool, although small, is a huge bonus to have in a beachfront home and we enjoyed it all week along with the beautiful beach. This area is a hidden gem compared to some other parts of the state. We were there during spring break and although lively, it was still very nice and not too crowded. The only minor comment was that certain supplies such as hand soap and TP were either not provided or sparsely so. Check-in was fast and easy and the host even provided a beautiful beach blanket. Overall, this was a 9.5 out of 10 experience!

This is a great house at a great location. We enjoyed the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Being right on the Gulf to celebrate Christmas with family was perfect. House had plenty of space and a great back deck to enjoy! Kitchen was stocked perfectly for all our needs. Great place. Would rent again in the future.

This house was amazing. It had everything we wanted for a perfect getaway. There were 12 high school women reuniting to eat, drink, and be merry for a week away from hubbies and other responsibilities. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was great. Kitchen and dining area were excellent for cooking and searing 12 comfortably. Coming back in 2024.

The house and location were absolutely perfect! Our plans were for a small family wedding at the site and the only problem was a thunderstorm that took place right at wedding time. We ended up having to move from the beach to the deck which had a deck overhead and that ended up being a perfect roof. We could still look out at the beach in the background. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was clean and well ordered. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone wanting a beach vacation.

this is the 4th year we have stayed in this house. The check-in and check-out is very easy. The home is beautiful, and you can not beat the view and accessibility to the beach. Beds are comfortable, and there is lots of room for everyone to eat, sleep and play. Only negatives: Outside needs some repair (Inside did have all new flooring), and there are no beach accessories (chairs, towels). Just remember to bring your own, and you will have a wonderful time!

Great location on the beach. Kitchen is huge, but not well stocked. House is nice and roomy - able to comfortably handle a large group. Two kitchen tables, two refrigerators and dishwashers in the kitchen and a refrigerator in the upper floor. Property management company is awesome - very helpful and professional.

What a great stay! Loved everything about this property. The house was just as listed and was perfect for the 14 of us. It was very spacious and the layout gave plenty of privacy to each couple. Right on the beach, beds were great and the area was quiet. The pool was perfect for just hanging out. When picking up and dropping off the keys, property managers were super friendly and was quick to offer any support and answer any questions. We will look at this property for our next family stay as well! 5 stars all the way!

Our family (parents, children, grandchildren and great-grandchild) absolutely LOVED this spacious beach house! We loved the location of the house to the gulf; it's directly on the beach but the private boardwalk is not very long and it's no problem to walk back and forth from the beach to the house. We loved having a private pool, especially since we're currently in a pandemic. The house had everything we needed, including THREE refigerators and TWO sets of washers/dryers. The management company was such a pleasure to work with. Thank you to the owners for sharing this amazing home with us!

This was the 7th year in a row we have vacationed in Pensacola but the first in this house. It was just perfect for us! The beach views were glorious! Will definitely be coming back! The house needs exterior paint but I know this is an ongoing issue with any oceanfront property.

Came with a group of 13 women and had a great time! House was nicer than I expected and it was walking distance to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to go. Something was wrong with the coffee pot and coffee would pour all over the counter so it would be nice if that was fixed, but not a major issue. I loved that it was so easy to communicate with the rental agency. They were really helpful in answering a lot of questions.

Our family of 20 had a great vacation in this house. Will absolutely consider booking again. The kitchen was huge and the 2 big dining room tables were awesome. So many times big beach houses have a lot of bedrooms, but not large enough living space. Not a problem in this house. Right on the beach and within walking distance to everything downtown Pensacola Beach. Property management group was very responsive and accommodating the entire stay.

THe location of this home is perfect! only .7 miles from the "hang outs" for the teens and young adults in our group and less than 100 feet from the playground for the toddler in our group. We loved the view and were visited by dolphins most mornings. Baby gates need replacing, patio door very difficult to close and lock (all hurricane damage related)trash can in kitchen way too small (and only one) for a home that sleeps 22. No beach toys nor beach chairs/umbrellas provided. PBH responded well to our concerns. Well suited for family with children older than 5. Perfect for all others (Widow's balcony was the "hot spot" for our teens and youngens.

This house was perfect for our trip. We had 6 couples and each was able to have their own bedroom and bath and we had 1 leftover bed room. You can tell the house has been updated recently, as it is beautiful. The beach is only a few steps away which was so convenient.

We have stayed here several years. Big enough for the whole family without being on top of each other. Great accommodations, kitchen set up and equipment for large groups. Only problem was the dryers did not work very well- towels would not dry.

The property description was accurate: a beautiful beachfront house with a private walkway to the beach. It was clean and very nicely decorated.

The property managers were very prompt in responding to any communication we had during our stay. Always kind and accommodating. They allowed us to ship items to the main office and held them for a few hours after we checked in. They also quickly replied and fixed a leaky hose. Excellent customer service!

I would highly recommend Paradise Beach Homes to anyone who wants to have a great time. Our reservation was for a wedding - we held a beach wedding with the reception after the ceremony set up right in front of the house in the parking area. It was the perfect setup. We stayed in the house the entire weekend but many of our guests explored the nearby shops, restaurants, and bars.

The pictures do not do justice for this home. It is large and well furnished. With a well stocked and large kitchen. The best in our opinion was the screened porch! Very large and comfortable. With ceiling fans all throughout the home. Our dogs and us loved the porch! This home is a must to stay in! A big thank you to the owners for opening their home up! This was the 6th year we have rented this house for our family reunion and again, it was great. We appreciated some updated furniture this year. We look forward to our 7th trip next year!

We recently rented 206 Ariola. The house was perfect! It was a little more expensive to be gulf front, AND have a pool, but it was absolutely worth it!.We were able to spend so much more time with our friends because the deck not only had the pool, but plenty of seating under the upper deck, so those of us who wanted to be out of the sun could still stay outside. Having the walkway to beach made it so easy to go back and forth to the house. We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect for our needs (7 couples). The only issue we had was that one of the refrigerators didn't seem super cold, but since there were two other ones, it didn't matter too much!
The restaurants were close by too. We will be staying here again!

Great house for a large group! We are a group of women from a large family from several states that come together once a year to relax & catch up. This vacation rental was perfect. Plenty of space & bathrooms! This was our 6th year but 1st in this rental. We are already on the calendar for this property next year. Paradise staff are incredible to work with, as well.

Excellent! Beautiful home with an amazing view. We saw sunrise every morning and sunset in the afternoon. We had 17 people there and everyone loved the accomations.

House was clean and well-maintained. A/C worked well. Had two small issues while there - a dryer needed repair and a smoke alarm needed a new battery. Maintenance was there within a few hours to fix everything. overall very nice place to rent. Roomy, nice deck, nice relaxing pool and plenty of parking.

The house was the right size for our group of 15 (9 adults and 6 kids ranging from 4 to 11 years old) and in good shape. Seems like it was built pretty recently, however there really isn't any "character" to it. We've stayed in cozier houses. Absolutely nothing is left behind from previous renters unlike other houses we've rented, so be prepared to bring/purchase everything you may need aside from dishes and linens (foil, plastic wrap, dish/laundry soap, etc). Seems like the housekeepers or property management employees are probably saving a bundle on kitchen and bathroom supplies for their own homes. The pool is quite small and we could never figure out what chemicals are used in it..didn't really seem like chlorine and left us all a little slimy. But the beach is beautiful and the water too. We saw dolphins every morning and enjoyed being right on the beach. We like the big couch concept but each seat is a different piece and they don't stay together so plan on pushing them back together constantly. The beds were comfy and the house was clean when we arrived. We would have loved having some outdoor shower stalls under the deck to shower outside as we've had in other homes. All in all a nice house in a good location that worked well for our group, but I can't say we would be definite return renters...we just weren't "wowed" like we've been at other homes.

We loved this house and have already booked it for next year. The only complaint was that the living area was not large enough for our family. We enjoyed the pool and deck and of course the beautiful view. There were a couple of housekeeping issues. There was sand on the furniture and we noticed the first night that there was sand on the sheets. Also, one of the burners on the stove was not working correctly and that's a big deal when you're trying to cook for a large family. But I'm sure these issues will be resolved. Overall it was great!

My family has rented this house 4 yrs in a row for our "family reunion". It easily holds our families which includes 18 adults and 4 small children. Because we are return renters, there are definitely areas of the house that need updating and would make our stay more enjoyable - Examples include: Small, inefficient grill for size/capacity of the home; stove in kitchen doesn't fully function making large meals a challenge; both doors leading to upper deck are nearly impossible to open/close making that space inaccessible and other small things like broken fans, missing lights and water pressure issues.
Overall though, this is one of the few houses with direct beach access that fits a family our size and is why we continue to return year after year. Compared to some of the other larger homes in Pensacola, it's lacking some of the updates but has a good floor plan and the "mini-pool" on the deck is great for kids. We will return next year and hope some changes are made to keep the house up-to-speed with the competition.

Home is comfortable and well equipped. Located on a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking for large groups and includes plenty of dishware, glassware and utensils. Two dishwashers are really nice for cleanup.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are well laid-out and spacious, although none of the beds were particularly comfortable. The mattresses were all pretty soft and, I suspect, need to be replaced.

Two sets of washer/dryer combinations (one down, one up) have been installed but neither dryer was functioning properly. Property management sent a repairman very soon after our call was placed to them, but neither dryer was repaired during our stay, so the appliances were basically useless to us.

Outside, the porch is roomy and includes a covered portion which provides shade. The small pool was fun for our 3-year who enjoyed playing in it. While the patio furniture was plentiful, the lounge chairs were heavy and hard -- cushions would have made a big difference, but there were none available. Sturdy walkway to the beach was nice.

Terrific! We have been traveling to Pensacola for many years and plan to continue that! My children and grandchildren love it!

A lovely, beachy home that we chose to stay at during our wedding weekend in Pensacola. The home met expectations. It was beautiful and spacious. However, we did not particularly like the later check in time (5pm) and super early check out time (10am) because we felt like a large chunk of the day was wasted with these times but the management did their best to accommodate us as we had been traveling all day when we checked in and I was feeling really sick and needed to lay down. Other than that we had a wonderful time at the home and would definitely rent it again in the future!

Steps to the beach. Beach was never crowded in front of the house.

When we arrived the staff was very friendly and check in was easy. The house was great! Clean and in good condition. The beach was great, with easy access via the boardwalk. Our only issue was with the Dryers in the house. It took an extremely long time to dry clothes. Towels took about 3 hours to dry.I'm talking about 5 towels. We had quite a bit of rain when we were there or we would have just hung them out to dry. Other than that, we had a great time and we will stay at this property again. We were already talking about our beach vacation for 2018.

Rental Experience

My family and I have stayed in this house for 3 years in a row now and have already booked our 4th year. This house is great for accommodating large families and having individual bathrooms for all but two of the bedrooms is a mega-plus! Direct access to the beautiful beach and far enough away from the hotels that you feel like you have your own private oasis. Having the small swimming pool is great for small children. The house is always maintained and beautiful everytime we stay.

The only aspect I would like to see improved is the check-in time. Our group annually participates in a sailing event that ends in Pensacola on Saturday morning, making a 5 p.m. check-in difficult when everyone is tired and ready for a shower. I would like to see a return to a 2 p.m. check-in, ideally, or a 3 p.m. check-in at the latest. Otherwise, everything is great! Thanks!

being on the waterfront was ideal for our family. Everyone had their own personal space in the house plus family time together. The extra refrigerator, washer & dryer upstairs was a real blessing. We would definitely recommend this property.
