Most beautiful 14 day stay on the Pensacola Beach Fl in the Emerald Isle Condo. On the 15th floor the view from the deck was spectacular directly on the gulf. View front the LR was the same . Condo was clean, well maintained. Kitchen modern , well stocked. Bedrooms ample, especially liked the kids room bunk beds and the two queens in the second guest room. We were 4 adults and two school aged children that ran from the gulf to the two pools all day. Would definitely rent again. Lots to do and places to eat around the condo.

The location and views from this condo are great. However, we stayed in this same condo last year and the upkeep this year was not as good. There was a huge round crack in many of the tiles outside the bathroom.
Small pieces would slide when you walked across them, posing a threat of cutting your feet on sharp edges. Also the couches seem to be peeling. It seems that they did do some work on the place, but need some attention in others.

This is a beautiful property. The views are spectacular, even the four year old was impressed. Everything was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The property was well maintained and Paradise Realty was a pleasure to work with. Overall we had a wonderful time and Pensacola may be our new favorite beach.

Great view of Blue Angels air show. No problem but 2 minor things: faucet leaks in master bedroom bathroom. No small skillet in kitchen. All else was fine. Enjoyed our visit.

I rented this property for a vacation with girlfriends from out of state. It was an amazing place to stay. I’ve never stayed at a location with a such an incredible view!!!
It was well stocked with everything you needed, and very clean.
We loved it so much we have already booked it for next year, and the management company was extremely helpfully and easy to deal with.

We have been vacationing in the panhandle for many years, but this was our first time in Pensacola. We loved it! The condo was spotless, well equipped and the views gorgeous!! We will be back!

The condo had a beautiful scenery of water in all directions of the rooms nicely decorated we had a very good time essentially located for all restaurants white sandy beaches for pools are immaculate the only downfall was the whirlpool motor was out other than that I have no fault of the property things like that to happen overall very satisfied

Five friends and I stayed here for five nights. There are three bedrooms that comfortably fit two couples and two singles. We had a great time waiting out the rain the first day on the balcony and sofas in the large living area. After that day we spent a lot of time at the beach (a short walk away and fairly private compared to the public beaches) and at the pools and hot tub. The condo is quiet, well furnished, and the view is incredible. This was a great value and I would highly recommend it to friend or family groups looking for a relaxing getaway.

My family and I had a great time staying in this beach front condo! There was plenty of room for all of us with a bed to spare, plus we didn’t use pull-out couch. We especially loved being on the end of the building so after sunset we got a well lit 15 story view of Pensacola night life.
All appliances and amenities were in good working order, including a washer and dryer. This is the third condo we’ve stayed in in Pensacola and by far had the best A/C! We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Stayed here for a family vacation with 8 people. It was wonderful. We used the chair and umbrella rental making our beach time more relaxing than having to cart lots of equipment to the beach but one could easily have done so. Pools were clean and not very full even though it was a holiday weekend. The gorgeous views from the condo and balcony made this condo one of my favorites. Location allows for easy access to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely rent again.

Great spot on the beach to relax and enjoy the view. You can't beat the wrap around windows with a view of the gulf, the sound, and street view.

We had a great time with 3 generations. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Kitchen is well equipped, we cooked every meal in the Condo. Fresh Fish from Joe Patti's can't be beat. We look forward to coming back to this unit many times.

Our stay at Emerald Isle 1508 was wonderful! The condo was exactly as described and was furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The pools and hot tub were enjoyed by our teens daily, and we also took advantage of the chair/umbrella rentals for our 3 beach days. The prime location of this condo made it easy to visit the many restaurants and shops, and it is also a fairly short drive to the airport. This was our first visit to Pensacola Beach and we hope to return soon!

The unit is located in a great place within walking distance to numerous restaurants. The views of the Gulf were incredible and perfect to watch the sun rise/set.

We stayed for the month of February 2018. Condo was great. We had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Clean and great views. Weather could have been a little warmer but it was sure better than the weather we were getting back home. The hot tub was shut down for repair a few days after we arrived and no one worked on it for 3 days some people must have complained because they filled it back up and got it running for the next 5 days. Finally they had construction on it so we lost out on the hot tub for 2 weeks. Had a bug problem in master bath. Killed about 6 nasty white bugs on floor and in tub first few days. Could use a bug company for spray to get rid of them.
Would stay here again wonderful vacation.

This unit had everything we needed and more. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We will be return for many more vacations.

It was very nice and pretty. The bathroom toilets could use some maintenance; they ran for a while after being flushed each time. Also, the front door could use a new seal as the wind noise was really loud. The kitchen sink did stop up, but after it was fixed, it was fine. The unit had beautiful views!

EVERYTHING WAS NICE, EXCEPT FOR A LITTLE MOLD ON THE SHOWER CURTAIN IN THE FIRST BATHROOM AND A COUPLE OF BROKEN STANDS NEAR FRONT DOOR AND 1ST BEDROOM.

Great, nice unit, easy check-in and -out, lovely view to the West in evenings. Only downers were a little mold on the master bath shower curtain, and cheap toilet paper, though that is typical.

Our experience was outstanding. We loved it. My only complaint related to all the rental unbrellas on the beach. We were told mot to leave anything on he beach overnight. The rental companies placed their umbrellas along the entire front of the beach very early, and when we came down there was no space close by our entrance

We have stayed at EI many times before. Love the area. Unit 1508 was very nice, well equipped with everything needed, nice living room furniture. The view was gorgeous. Paradise Beach Homes was very helpful. Provided us with extra keys. We had beautiful weather and stayed on the beach 4 of our 5 days and went to the Blue Angels practice and toured the Lighthouse and Fort Pickens. Peg Leg Petes was always crowded with long waits but we ate there one night. Paradise Bar and Grill is local place and we ate there one night...very good burgers. Family loved the Dog House Deli and Native Cafe right across the street as well. Very satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time, loved the condo but we never could get internet hooked up. Told the rental company and they were suppose to send someone out but never did. Condo was great otherwise

Location and views are amazing! The living furniture could be replaced, especially the chaise as the leather/vinyl was peeling quite badly. Third bedroom could use a little sprucing up as well. Perhaps twin beds instead of bunks and a little more decor, it's quite cave like. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful condo! All the amenities and a great corner unit.

Great view, well appointed, a little worn, but a delightful place for adults, kids, and guests. We had two condos for 14 people and dinner guest too, but we all gathered here for meals. The smoke alarms are ultra sensitive, so we stationed a kid at the front and terrace doors before opening the oven--apparently a prior guest's pan dripped onto or near the oven element. Beds were comfortable, linens were were soft and smooth, and we had ample towels for the four females. One problem: both shower curtains were molded and we actually bought a replacement for one bath. Maid service was not up to standard. We had to vacuum the sandy floors in the living area and one bedroom and remove litter from under some furniture; no tip for the maids. We would stay there again.

We spent a week in in Emerald Isle #1508 and couldn't have asked for a better condo. We have four children and it was very "kid-friendly." Even had nightlight in every room. The views were spectacular. We loved being able to go back and forth from the beach and pool We used the beach chair rental and had an umbrella and chairs received for us every day so we didn't have to rush down in the morning. We have typically gone to the Gulf Shores area (for the past 10 years) but wanted something different. Pensacola Beach was a perfect choice and we will return. The ONLY downside to Emerald Isle---the elevators. At least one was out of order every day and there were even couple of times where both elevators were down, meaning a long walk to the 15th floor.

Clean. Unbeatable Views. Perfect space for our party of 7. Would go again in moments notice.

The views towards the pier from the dining room was fantastic. We enjoyed the sleeping arrangements, gave everyone in a multi-generational family quiet space when needed. Kids loved the whirlpool tub. Very clean, nicely decorated. Beds were super comfy. Didn't want to leave.

The condo at Emerald Isle was beautiful. The view was outstanding. The unit itself was functional and nicely appointed. The only request would be to provide a little stables like dish washing soap (2 packets for 3 night stay) and toilet paper.

It was even better than the pictures! Clean and beautiful! Our family had a wonderful time! The staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will be back!

My family has visited Pensacola for the last few summers but this was our first stay in this unit.

The unit was very clean, spacious and exactly as described. The view from all of the windows is exceptional.

We will definitely stay in this unit for our summer vacation from now on.

We had a great stay at Emerald Isle. #1508 is a great condo with unbelievable views and is extremely well appointed. We would definitely stay here again. Beach access and pool facilities were great. Only downfall is two elevators in the building and on checkin and checkout, you spend a lot of time waiting on the elevator.

Beautiful views! Didn't realize the unit was on the corner facing west, so you have a great view of sunsets. Perfect for walking down to the beach, and restaurants & bars across the street. Had a blast!!
