New owners have updated dining and living area furniture!
Regency Towers unit 406E offers cozy yet upscale vacationing. This recently updated condo offers upscale furnishings including travertine flooring, granite counter tops, and flat screen televisions. Your living space is easily extended via the private balcony with access off the living area.
The wonderful kitchen has farm house style cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and Keurig and 10-cup coffee makers. The spacious dining area offers seating for up to six and additional breakfast bar seating.
The master bedroom extends the upscale experience with a wrought iron style king bed, and private master bath and an added bonus of balcony access via the master bedroom. The unit features an added amenity of complimentary wireless internet. Washer/dryer in condo.
Property amenities include outdoor pool, elevator, and tennis court. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are easily accessible.
Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

We’ve gone thru Paradise Beach Homes 3 times now and we are never disappointed!! The condo was in the perfect location and there were a few thing in particular that we really liked! We loved that it came with two beach lounge chairs and an umbrella that are set up for us each morning. And I LOVED the Adirondack chairs and ottoman’s that glide and are on the balcony looking out at the gulf!!!

Rental unit was clean and appropriately stocked. There were ample supplies except for kitchen wash tags. The coffee maker was old and not cleaned. Paradise responded promptly with a new coffee maker.

The condo was perfect! Beautiful and comfortable on the inside. The view from the balcony wass amazing, and we enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening listening to the ocean. The area is quiet, but just a mile down the road you can find restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very friendly upon arrival. It was an old school check-in but personal touch. Asked questions about local restaurants and was very knowledgeable of the area. Condo was a short drive from the local office and was beautiful and cozy. Had a gorgeous view of the teal waters and sugar sand. We received text much earlier that home was ready and we could check in at our convenience. Appreciated this so much! Views were excellent and balcony area was furnished beautifully! Gliders on the balcony were the most comfortable seating in whole condo.

Unit 406 East was well equipped and clean. The only thing we saw was the master tile shower had been neglected for some time. There was black mole, so I bought bleach to soak out the mole, but it needed to be scrubbed.
The weather was beautiful. Tempertures was in the mid 70’s.

The condo was great. Location was good if you don’t want to be in the middle of everything. Beach was wonderful and pool was nice, just wish it was heated as it was cool outside and cold in the pool. Would stay here again for sure!!

This was a different experience dealing w/ VRBO. We actually dealt with a reality company and then had to pay a fee to VRBO. This suppose to save fees so I will bypass VRBO and just go through the agency. We were very satisfied with the unit. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect to just 2 adults. The shower room is a bit small. The beach access was awesome. Will most definitely seek out the unit again.

The condo was a beautiful and cozy place to relax. The view of the beach was superb. It was the perfect get away spot for us. Everything was perfect with the exception of the shower doors. They need some adjusting or replacing. Other than that I highly recommend this condo.

My husband and I have stayed in this building before but rented with a different company. This was our first experience with Paradise Beach Homes and we were not disappointed. Staff was friendly and professional. The condo was clean and supplied with essentials like dish soap, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, lotion etc. There were plenty of bath towels to last the entire week. The condo itself was extremely nice and the decorations were beautiful. We only had a couple of complaints, but they were minor. The light fixture in the kitchen was very low and my husband kept hitting his head on it and he’s only 6’ 2”. The half bath toilet leaked some and got the floor wet. And lastly, the keys were hard to use. We had to fidget with them to get the door to open. Other than those minor inconveniences, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely consider staying again in the future!

My husband and I have stayed in this building before but rented with a different company. This was our first experience with Paradise Beach Homes and we were not disappointed. Staff was friendly and professional. The condo was clean and supplied with essentials like dish soap, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, lotion etc. There were plenty of bath towels to last the entire week. The condo itself was extremely nice and the decorations were beautiful. We only had a couple of complaints, but they were minor. The light fixture in the kitchen was very low and my husband kept hitting his head on it and he’s only 6’ 2”. The half bath toilet leaked some and got the floor wet. And lastly, the keys were hard to use. We had to fidget with them to get the door to open. Other than those minor inconveniences, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely consider staying again in the future!

This condo is warm and cozy, truly a home away from home. The view is spectacular and perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. I loved waking up to the waves. All the ladies at Paradise Beach Homes were attentive and even called to check on me the day we arrived. I would love to stay at this unit again.

We had a wonderful experience. Our condo was one of the best equipped condos we have stayed in (especially the kitchen which is super important to me). The Regency Towers is so well kept, the staff is very friendly and the views from our 4th floor condo were breathtaking,
We will definitely request this particular condo again. Paradise Vacation rentals were also incredibly helpful and accommodating. We loved our welcome beach bag with all of the special goodies!!!

This is a great place to stay. Not in all the busyness, but not too far either. We will definitely stay here again, if given the opportunity. The condo is very clean. Having a half bath is a plus, and needed because the main bath is small for two people. The condo is quiet, spacious for two people, and offers great views of the beach from every room. The bed was actually comfortable, not worn out at all. We had no issues or problems with the unit. The only recommendation I have is that housekeeping get a swifter and clean the dust off the walls...just a minor spring cleaning tip. It did not affect nor detract from my stay, but it may for some.

This condo was perfect for my family. Single mom with 3 kids on a budget and it had plenty of space for all 4 of us. We even had friends over for dinner one night and were able to comfortably cook for and entertain.
The view is amazing. We spent a lot of time on the balcony taking full advantage of the outdoor living space.
The condo was clean, welcoming and comfortable.
The location was great with beach access directly in front of the building.

Condo was in an excellent location just a short walk to the pool or sand :) The view from the balcony was amazing! The only recommendation I have is more sleeping accommodations. The condo says it is one bedroom, but sleeps 4. There is one bed and one pull out sofa. Therefore, 2 people must share each space. Another couch would be a great investment :)

This room has a great view of the Gulf. We have stayed in this room before. Last year I noticed a slight urine smell when you walk in and this year it was SO strong! I'm wondering if they need to have the sofa sleeper (which we never use) replaced? Or, have all the fabric furniture cleaned?

The decor of the unit was very nice. The location was just past the busy area of the beach which made for a very relaxing stay. There are lots of restaurants in the area but we chose to drive into Pensacola for local places. The only downside to the stay was the mattress. While the long size bed was awesome, it was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. The bed springs creeked with every move as well.

We had a great time at the beach, as usual. The rental was very clean. The morning after we arrived we discovered the dishwasher had standing water in it. I called PBH right away, but no one came all week, so I called Friday to make sure they still knew about it. I hand washed dishes, which was no problem.
This was our first time to Pensacola Beach and renting a condo on the beach, plus our 15 year Anniversary gift to each other. We loved this unit because of the Beach front access & views of the ocean. We also loved the beach decor inside, which persuade us to purchase a Pelican decor from Flounder's Gift Shop to remember our visit. Every morning we would enjoy our breakfast & and in the evening our supper out on the balcony. We will definitely be coming back!
