This exquisite multilevel beachfront home sits directly on the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach, offering breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast. Comfortably accommodating up to 22 guests, this home is ideal for single or multiple families seeking a luxurious coastal retreat. Designed with care and attention to detail, it provides a clean, comfortable, and relaxing space for your beach getaway.
The entryway welcomes you with its bright and open design, featuring stairs that split to different levels of the home. From the entry, you can also access the expansive Gulf-front deck.
Left Wing: Private Master Retreat:
The left staircase leads to a luxurious master suite with a king bed, a queen sofa sleeper, and a private wet bar and kitchenette with a Keurig. The ensuite bath boasts a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. This suite opens to a private Gulf-front deck, complete with an outdoor daybed for relaxing in style. A few steps up the hall, you'll find a cozy loft area with two twin beds and two twin trundles—perfect for children.
Right Wing: Main Living Area and Additional Bedrooms:
The right staircase takes you to the heart of the home: a bright and open living area designed for comfort and connection. With large windows showcasing stunning Gulf views, this space includes a dining area, a wet bar, a large flat-screen TV, and ample seating. The adjacent galley-style kitchen features plenty of workspace, a 15-foot island breakfast bar, and all the tools you’ll need to prepare family meals.
Off the kitchen are two bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: King bed.
• Bedroom 2: Two sets of full-over-full bunk beds.
These bedrooms share a hall bath.
Added Master Suite:
The owner has thoughtfully added another Gulf-front master suite, complete with a king bed, an ensuite bath, and an additional full bath on the second level of the home.

First off the house is very large, modern, and up to date. It is on 5 floors. They have 3 refrigerators and 2 sets of washer dryers. They have everything you need for a great vacation. There are some beach chairs and toys in the garage. The family room is a great gathering place. The family room has 2 couches, 2 large plush chairs, fireplace is electric that has colored lighting, and a beautiful view. You will like this home>

Exactly like the photos...and the layout gave us tons of space for our family to relax together (and apart ). Kitchen is well appointed, beds are very comfortable, couches are conversation (and nap) conducive, and the taste and generosity of our hosts was apparent throughout our stay. We would absolutely rent this place again!

This is an absolutely wonderful home to rent. Plenty of bedrooms and room to spread out which was great for our extended family of 13. Paradise Beach Homes does an amazing job of making sure that the house is super clean and vacation ready. The gift basket is a lovely touch and this year because we arrived on the same weekend as the Blue Angels they arranged for the keys to be located at the home since we had paid in full. That was a FABULOUS touch and saved us from the dreaded traffic.
The owners have made sure that there are plenty of kitchen items, and there were even some beach towels which we did not need, but it was a nice touch.
Very, very enjoyable, and the gorgeous beach did not disappoint!

We had a wonderful time! House was great, clean, and perfectly located. Clean and well appointed. Appreciated all the beach gear that was there for us! We will definitely consider Salt & Light Beach House for future getaways. Rental office was a little confusing: check in 5pm or after, but office closed at 5. Just could be a little more clear on what to do and where to go to get keys. Minor inconvenience.

We had a great time at this house. There was plenty of room for our large family! We cooked a couple of times and there was plenty of utensils in the kitchen! The home is beautifully decorated! Loved being directly on the beach! We had a small issue with hot water but they sent someone out immediately to fix it. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was lovely and well-appointed. Everything was very clean. The gift basket was unexpected but very, very nice. The only issue we had were the stairs inside. We are older and it was inconvenient. The downstairs access to the beach is great.

This house was recently remodeled and we loved every bit of it! It was perfect for multiple families bc of the bedroom setup and multi level decks and living areas. The master room had it's own mini fridge and coffee bar.

This was the 3rd time renting this beach house. We loved that you walk out the door and your on the beach. The outdoor shower was helpful. We had 2 small children and when they were napping the baby monitor range reached our spot on the beach. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was clean. The mini bar’s ice maker was a great touch.

The air was cool the whole week. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures and you can't hear folks on the top floor, which was great. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious and we loved the two pantries and the wet bar space with ice maker. The upstairs was not as clean as the downstairs. Paradise is always responsive to needs, questions. Overall great experience!

We had a very good stay. The location is great. The rental property was very clean and in good shape. There were a couple of very minor problems but they were taken care of immediately. The location of this home is amazing! It makes up for the over all appearance of the place. It is very dated and in need of some serious maintenance. I also think the cleaning service needs to be a bit more conscience of detail. i.e. cleaning the fans and vents to improve overall appearance. There also was food left in the freezer.

The house is in the perfect location, especially with small children. The house was the perfect size and layout but it is older and things don't work as well as you would expect. In the loft, the AC does not work at all, even the window unit does not cool down. The AC didn't cool the rest of the house really well either, but in October it wasn't a big deal. The outside doors didn't all close well and there was some sticking. We had everything we needed, the supply of towels was great and unusual for a rental! I would rent again in the fall, but not in the heat of summer.

We enjoyed staying at 706 Ariola for a week with our two children and their families, which included grandchildren, ages 5, 3, and 18 mo. The house was spacious and perfect for nine people. We loved the short walk out the back door to the beach and it was a well-worn path during our stay! We especially enjoyed the shady back deck with the children. We felt like we had enjoyed a week in paradise!

Beautiful view, convenient walk to the beach, the sound of the surf was amazing, put together two puzzles (500 and 1000 piece), visited with friends and had a terrific time! Highly recommend this location.
