This three-bedroom/2.5-bath pool view town home at Regency Cabanas #E2 is just steps from the Gulf, with easy access to the pristine white sands of Pensacola Beach via a dune walkover.
King in master bedroom, queen in 2nd bedroom and a full over full bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom to sleep eight. Slate and hardwood floors first living level, carpet in bedrooms. At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, enjoy flat screen TVs in both the living area and master bedroom, plus a DVD player. Or, spend a leisurely evening on your balcony grilling on the gas grill.
Double garage on ground level with garage door , living and dining area located on 2nd living level, bedrooms are on the top level. A gated community, Regency Cabanas offers two pools.

The community of condos was very nice and clean. We felt safe with the location which wasn’t far from the boardwalk and shopping. The condo itself was roomy, equipped, and clean. The office staff at key pick up was helpful and kind. Our condo was just steps from the sand! So convenient and fun! We will return here:)

The place was clean and quiet. The pool was well kept and nice and the beach was close too! If your looking for a place that’s not far from the hub of the beach but a 5 minute drive, then I totally recommend this place.

The actual rental needs a lot of updating all over. Served it’s purpose for the price but several things need updating/ replacing.

We like the location of the unit, it is about 1-2 minutes walk to the beach. It’s close by the restaurants and shopping. Only thing is the beds are not comfortable. Overall, we like it. We will definitely rent this unit again.

My daughter and I stayed for one week during her dance convention in downtown Pensacola. Easily located with beach access, and a 15-20 minute ride to the downtown convention center area. Be prepared as there were no beach towels included in the unit, and the bath towels were small and only a handful were provided. We could hear our neighbors very clearly going up and down their inside stairs; in general we had a good stay, but we woke early each morning as soon as the neighbors started walking around their unit, and using the stairs. Not soundproof at all.

We loved our vacation rental! So close to all the amenities. Loved being so close to the beach and swimming pools. Vacation rental had alot of room and accomidated 8 of us very comfortably. Overall great and would definitely recommend ❤️
