Exterior renovations complete! Two-night minimum during the spring, fall and winter! Beautifully-decorated Gulf view three-bedroom/three-bath condo corner unit sleeping eight, with king in master, 2 queens in 2nd bedroom, 2 queens in loft area.
Condo is decorated in soothing beach colors, with designer touches throughout. Travertine floors and designer touches throughout, with carpet 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Updated kitchen with granite counter tops and gleaming appliances including a Keurig and 10-cup coffee makers. Both the well-appointed living room/sun room and master bedroom have private balconies from which to enjoy fabulous views of the Gulf and beach.
At the end of a sun-soaked day at the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout. Complimentary WiFi. Washer and Dryer in unit. Palm Beach Club has a sound front pool and beach, perfect for families w/small children. The property is located right next to the entrance of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, so be sure to enjoy long walks on the undeveloped, pristine beach! Snorkeling park located just behind Palm Beach Club in Santa Rosa Sound.
Please note that are several flights of stairs inside the condo, one down to the master and guest, and one up to the loft. Also, there are ELEVATORS on the property - you do not need to carry your luggage and groceries upstairs.

The property was very satisfactory, and the options between beach and bay were a lifesaver - jellyfish were in the beach water and waves were sometimes too rough for the little ones. The only concern for us was the tile stairs. They were a little scary for the 1 1/2 year old to be around. Other than that, it was a great property that I would recommend!

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. Three bedrooms, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had during our stay was that the coffee maker stopped working. We called the office and within an hour we had a brand new one! They are top notch and we would recommend to anyone!

Our son and his wife live in Pensacola, so for family fun, I bring his sister and her three children down with me for some spring break extra-special family time on Pensacola Beach. The condo is very comfortable and well-appointed. As mentioned, it's a split foyer plan, so there are a lot of stairs, but they are not steep and the flights are probably just six steps each. It would have been nice to have a powder room on the living area/kitchen and dining area level, but don't let that be a deal breaker. The gulf views are stunning and relaxing. We had a problem with our refrigerator after 24 hours and Paradise took care of every detail in an extremely swift, professional, thoughtful and efficient manner. When I find myself in PB again, I will definitely consider a property managed by these folks. thanks for a wonderful trip!

We first stayed in Palm Beach Club #240 in 2020. Our last night there, we literally watched from our balcony as the beaches were closed to the public due to Covid pandemic precautions.
We booked #240 again because it is clean, spacious, well-equipped, safe, and the view is fantastic! Our family requires 4 beds, and this condo offers that, along with plenty of space to spread out, read, nap and watch TV.
Regardless of the weather, the view of the Gulf was always gorgeous. The balcony was the perfect place to start each day with coffee and devotions. We loved having such a short walk to the beach from the condo, and cherished daily walks along the shore, admiring God's power, creation and handiwork.
This was our 9th year to spend Spring Break at Pensacola Beach, and it holds a special place in our hearts. I highly recommend #240, even though it might mean more competition from visitors! How soon can I book it for next year?

This is our (3 families) 4th consecutive year renting with Paradise Beach Homes and this same condo, if that doesn't tell you anything. Everything about this property is amazing, we absolutely love it. PBH is a pleasure to deal with and always professional and helpful. If I had to say 1 dislike, it'd be that the property doesn't have an ice machine to fill ice chest, but the nearest store is less than a mile up the road. Other than that, we will continue to book this condo with PBH as long as we are able. Thank you for sharing your condo and PBH for being so easy to deal with and always professional.

Wow! We have used Paradise Beach Homes Rental for YEARS as we decided to make it our Thanksgiving tradition to spend the week at our favorite beach- Pensacola. This has been hands down our favorite place to stay. Just absolutely beautiful. We chose this for a couple reasons, proximity to the beach, close to Fort Pickens beaches, the amazing VIEW, and the GORGEOUS indoor decor. Absolutely loved the little loft they had for the kids. We loved that the bedrooms were down a nice wide set of short and manageable stairs and separate from the family room and kitchen. The main bedroom had amazing views and it's own balcony, as well as having a balcony off the family room. It was colder this past year than it had been in years past so we enjoyed having the space, and the amazing view from the balcony. We spent most of our time sitting right out there taking in the view. To top it off the pillows had our initials! Which we thought was pretty neat, made it feel like home. Clean, beautiful, relaxing, amazing. HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone. Lovely place to get a way.

We would give this property 5 stars. The property was clean and reflect for our needs! The access to both bay and ocean was amazing ! We loved the pool as well. The location is the best...far enough away from all the action on Pensacola Beach center, but close enough for easy access to shops and restaurants. We loved it and would bring our family to stay again!

This unit was perfect for a large group-plenty of sleeping options, spacious rooms, and 3 baths were perfect for our family. It’s directly across from the public beach, which made it easy to transport all our gear. The stairs might be difficult for some to navigate, but we had no problem. A couple of suggestions-more washcloths (there were only 6 for a unit advertised to sleep 10), a dish cloth would have been helpful, and 1 hair dryer per bathroom would have been convenient. In addition, a pack and play and portable high chair for young families would be nice, but definitely not a deal breaker. We brought our own. Will definitely stay again! This was perfect for our needs and didn’t read the bank.

Our experience at the beach house was perfect. The whole beach, the whether and the facilities, plus the house inside was a very unique and delightful experience. I have to admit that the house was cleaner than what we expect and had everything a big family wants for a stay. The only thing we wish we could experience was the jacuzzi which was out of order.

Overall the accommodations were fine. The deck furniture could use an upgrade. The place was clean and comfortable. The location to the beach and the bay waters was ideal. Not too crowded and not too far from the attractions.

We loved this place. It was accommodating to our needs. Wished the pool was heated, but nothing that we can control. The area is perfect to feel like you are away from all the Hussle and bustle, but still close to restaurants and shopping.

This unit has wonderful views with access to the beach and bayside. It’s very secluded at the end of the island. There are a lot of stairs in this condo. It’s a tri-level. Also, we didn’t know there was an elevator until after we had brought our luggage and groceries up the stairs.

I originally booked 230 but there was an issue I rather not get into, the staff was efficient and assisted me in resolving the issue quickly. 240 was a beautiful spacious condo with a beautiful view. I wish I had more time there! I will definitely rent this condo again

My experience was overall very enjoyable. The place was immaculate! The place provided everything the brochure said and more. The only thing that bugged me a little was sometimes late at night, the neighbors got noisy.

This was a wonderful and very pretty, well kept place to come to. I will mention that there are several short flights of steps for any elderly people looking to stay on a single floor. Other than that you will be so happy with this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well stocked condo that has a lovely view of the ocean. It’s an easy walk across the street where there are public pavilions to use for grilling or picnicking. I would definitely go back!

Very clean and spacious condo with a great view. Loft bed mattress could probably be replaced. Pretty uncomfortable. That was our only issue. Everything else was perfect.
