Emerald Isle #1008

Everything was perfect from the location that was in walking distance to restaurants, beach, bars. The view was incredible! However, the unit could have been cleaned a little better. We found a stray goldfish (cracker) on the floor, a pile of leaves from a faux plant in the corner, lots of hair left on the floor in the master bath, and hair in the underside of the master bed comforter. I’m also disappointed in the fact we left 2 bathing suits in a dresser and the cleaners never found them. We vacated on a Monday and cleaners weren’t scheduled to clean until Wednesday. This is not the first time I’ve rented through Paradise, and it certainly won’t be my last, but I will expect better.

What a great place to stay.... Check in was easy peasy and the home was amazing. From a great view, to comfortable beds, to plenty to do in the area.... It was an amazing time. I highly recommend staying with these fine folks and we are looking forward to penciling in another stay in the near future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had another great experience at Emerald Isle 1008. It was a very clean unit, and the views and location can't be beat! It was well stocked with linens, kitchenware, etc. Our only complaints were: (1) that the oven was temperamental - we needed to cook something at 400 F, and it never went above 380 (even with preheating), and another time we needed 450 F, and it actually went up to 410 F (with preheating); and (2) we brought our own ice, but not having a functioning icemaker in the refrigerator would have been problematic. Also, just a general comment, some more kitchen towels would be great!

It was a good experience. Check in was quick and easy. Place was clean and spacious. Great place to stay. Parking lot was never more than 1/2 full, and I had to park across the street at your office (general manager probably didn’t like me taking his spot), so being able to park at the condo, given the circumstances, would have been nice, even with the 2-pass per condo rule. But overall a great stay and no complaints.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in these condos and they are close to so many things. The views from this end unit were amazing day and night. The management company was awesome, check in was seamless and located right across the street. We had more than the normal amount of starting pack of needs and towels. There were 5 of us staying 5 nights so we still had to wash and buy extra, but it was more than we normally get to start. The only thing I can say negative is that one of the front burners on the stove didn’t work. It was the big one up front that would be the one you would automatically want to use, but we managed just fine without it and I would for sure stay here again. Did I mention how amazing the wrap around views are?

We loved the rental, views from every room. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. The check in process was very fast and easy. The location was great. Would love to be able to come back next year. The only negative was the heater in the heated pool stopped working by the second day of our trip.

The property is a very nice place to stay for a vacation any time of the year. We have returned here for 12 years now and only been disappointed with minor issues once. The unit we were in the owner needs to up grade their LR TV to a much larger one. Over all our stays here have been fabulous! Thank you!

Loved the condo and the view and the location . It was perfect for my family. My kids said they want to know if it’s for sale . They want to come down every year n stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was beautiful and wish the weather was better but we had fun !

I have stayed at Emerald Isle for years, it was my first time in this unit. It was fabulous, brightly decorated with stunning views all around. Very Clean with amply stocked kitchen, lots of bath towels and nice patio table and chairs.
Paradise Homes gets an A++ for their responsiveness to minor issues when settling in.

First time staying in this condo. The views were amazing! You have perfect views of the beach and Via De Luna Drive. The condo was perfect for our family of seven. If I had to choose a downfall, it would be that you have to check in and check out at the rental office. You have to use a key to enter the condo and you have to use a key to lock the condo when you leave. With so many going in different directions it made it kind of difficult to have to use a key. It would be nice to have a keypad to enter and lock upon leaving. If you loose a key, they charge $125 dollars to replace it. I would definitely stay here again though! We had a great time and it was a beautiful condo!

This was our 1st trip to Pensacola Beach and we absolutely loved it! The condo was perfect for our 2 families with 3 college age girls. This property was very clean, bright, beachy and had the most awesome views from the 10th floor. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook each night. There were a few beach chairs and boogie boards that we were able to use and plenty of seating around the table for dinners and games. The washer and dryer were great and all appliances worked well! We will be staying here again if we get the chance. Thank you so much.

Christmas break.

We loved our stay. The condo was just as advertised, clean, great views because it’s a 10th floor end unit. The beds were soft and comfy. Kitchen clean and well stocked with all the right untinsels. The beach had the best soft white sand and the water was crystal clear. We took a chance staying in September because it’s Hurricane Season but our timing was very lucky. It was the perfect place for the perfect stay. Thanks for letting us share in this awesome property

We loved the condo: its roominess, view, furnishings, location. Family had gathered all around Pensacola Beach, so we were able to visit and have some of them visit us. The only issue was with floors that needed a good mopping. Everything else was clean and just a neat place to stay.

The condo was superb. Loved the space, colors, furnishings, everything was awesome! The view is incredible. There was ample dishes, utensils and other supplies! However, the floors were not cleaned bery well and were sticky. The bath towels smelled sour. Tried to wash them to make them smell better without much luck! Whatever cleaning service the manage group uses is lacking a little! But the condo is phenomenal and our hats off to the owners! Take out trip insurance during hurricane season or you will lose your money!

The condo was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and so was the couch. The balcony has a beautiful view of the Gulf. We will definitely stay there again.

The owner was amazing when a small issue was brought to their attention. Owner didn't hesitate to fix it beyond what we expected. The master bed was less than desirable as mentioned in a few other reviews. I contacted the property management company on Sunday with the concern. On Monday morning they called to say a brand new mattress and box spring would be delivered the following day. Once again far exceeding our expectation! The condo otherwise was amazing. The views were beyond my expectations. We got to enjoy watching the blue angels for 3 straight days from the comfort of our balcony! The only wish I had would be that they could add more elevators to the building (obviously nothing the owner or property management company can do anything about).

Check in time was supposed to be 5:00 pm, but we got there early. Unfortunately, my nine year old daughter was severely sick with a stomach bug. The Paradise Homes staff was so sympathetic. They let me clean her up in their bathroom and gave her the privacy she needed for a good half an hour. The room was already clean so they let me go up to the room which was just what my daughter needed. She was able to lay down and get out of the unbearable heat. The staff is greatly appreciated for their service.

The whole experience was wonderful. From the lovely office staff I spoke with, the ease of checking in, the cleanliness of the unit and building, everything was great. It definitely lived up to and even surpassed the pictures and description we made our choice on. I have already recommended it for friends who expressed interest in going to Pensacola Beach. We could not have asked for a better location or more comfortable condo.

The condo had a couple of broken items: towel racks and closet doors. Found a large hairball on the floor. Overall the view was really nice.

My two daughters and five granddaughters flew in from out of state , the condo was a corner unit so we had a great view down the beach and weather was just perfect, I was concerned about elevators being on the tenth floor,there was very little or no wait time. The condo had items that were not expected like some beach toys and hats...we were very pleased and will come again.....

The location of the property was great. Immediate access to the beach and the pool were perfect for my family which includes 3 young kids. The condo had plenty of space which made life much easier and much more comfortable than being in a hotel room. I would recommend this property for any family vacation.

The condo was everything we hoped for! From the minute we saw the beautiful view we knew we chose the best place for us. Condo was nicely decorated with beach theme, and the bedrooms worked perfectly for our needs. Walking out to the beach past the well kept pool area was ideal. We hated to leave, and hope to return soon!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view was fantastic. It was very clean and decorated very beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and it had a griddle for pancakes . The only thing we thought needed to be changed was the TV in the King bedroom by the balcony.

We loved our rental at Emerald Isle! The condo was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed and had the most amazing view! We had wrap around windows with the most gorgeous view. The beach there was perfect. Everyone we met in Pensacola was so friendly and helpful, especially Paradise Beach Homes. They were conveniently right across the street and welcomed us with some wonderful gifts! We loved our vacation there!

We had a wonderful vacation! The area is beautiful! Emerald Isle is a very clean, well maintained, conveniently located resort, while also giving you a tranquil setting to relax and get away from it all. Unit 1008 has floor to ceiling windows on two sides giving breathtaking views of the ocean and beach on one side and awesome views of the bridge and the bay on another. Unit is very spacious and comfortable. Owner is very creative, as demonstrated by the decor. Everyone we met was very friendly and happy.

We loved staying at Emerald Isle on Pensacola Beach! We walked everywhere except to Peg Leg Pete's and the Grand Marlin. The staff at the Emerald Isle keep everything neat and tidy. The facilities are great, especially if you like pools, hot tubs and a work out room! The boardwalk out to the beach is very nice and the shower and hose for getting the sand off is great! We enjoyed our month at Emerald Isle immensely!

Had four families in two condos. Worked well. Including guests we had 14 to 16 for dinner every night. Had ample space. Our six grand kids loved it.

The condo was spacious, clean, well appointed and had a gorgeous view. Getting to the beach was easy and the rental of chairs, kayaks, paddle boards was very accessible. Staff on the beach and at condo were very helpful and attentive. Good experience and we will return!

Great stay overall. This condo has a view you could dream of. Everything was so convenient to get to and that was nice with two kids. Walking to dinner was a huge plus for us. We look forward to another stay in the future.

We have vacationed at the Emerald Isle location 5 out of the last 6 years. This vacation was the best ever. The property layout and condition made for an excellent experience. As far as Emerald Isle is concerned; You desperately need 2 more elevators or make it so the whole complex does not check-in and out of the same day.

We took our kids and grandkids to the Emerald Isle and had one of the best vacations ever. The accommodations were superb and the units so well furnished and clean. Both the beach and pool were only a step away to enjoy. We will be back for another great time.

We did not know what to expect on our first vacation at Pensacola Beach but the condo had terrific views, spacious, comfortable with all amenities you could ask for and more. Great location, beach access was great and the pools were never overcrowded. WE WILL BE BACK.
