New POOL! The Laughing Fish is a completely refurbished beach house inside and out! This property has just been renovated and professionally decorated. It offers a unique decor with comfortable furniture, charming antiques and original Pensacola art. The beautiful ceilings and woodwork are local cypress.
Enjoy gorgeous views of the Santa Rosa Sound. It looks like the Caribbean! This home was previously two separate units to accommodate two families. The owner of this gorgeous home has combined the two units and created the perfect five-bedroom, seven-bath home for large families!
On the east side of the home there are three bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps 13.
All 3 bedrooms provide beautiful water views and all bedrooms have their own bath and balcony. One of the master bedrooms has a king bed. This bedroom opens to a huge 625 square foot deck which offers panoramic views of the Sound and the island.
The second master bedroom has two queens and a private deck overlooking the water.
The third bedroom is a bunk room that offers a twin over twin bunk and futon with private bath. This bedroom also has a picture windows overlooking the water.
All of the beds and the sofa sleeper (@ den) are new and have new gel foam (very comfortable) mattresses. You WILL want to come back!
The open floor plan @ the den/ kitchen has a wall of sliding glass doors that open to decks overlooking the Sound. The gourmet kitchen is very well equipped with a 48" Thermador professional stove and a new, large microwave drawer. Everything you need is there!
On the west side of the home there are two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Sleeps eight comfortably.
There is a king bed in the master, a king bed + futon in the second master and a new (very comfortable) sleeper in the den. All the beds and mattresses are new and have super comfortable gel foam mattresses. Both of the bedrooms have private baths, tubs and balconies with wonderful views.
The open floor plan @ the den/ kitchen + balcony presents a very gracious space for entertaining. The large kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need.
The home offers two full laundries and all of the bedrooms in the house have TV's.
The roof top deck is HUGE (625 square feet) and is easily accessible from any floor. It is safely fenced and furnished with beautiful Polywood Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges. The views are panoramic and you can see the whole island from this deck.
It's an AWESOME spot to hang out, drink coffee or your favorite drink!
Because of the way this house is positioned, we get the sunrises AND sunsets!

Balconies and walkways abound. EVERY room has a balcony!
The pier is spacious, with steps leading to the shallow water. The Sound is normally very calm, so kayaking, paddle boarding, (just floating), etc are very popular. Because of the shallow water, it is a wonderful and safe place for children to play.
And FISHING. The water is so clear that you can see the fish!
The Laughing Fish has a sandy beach leading to the pier, complete with Polywood Adirondack beach furniture. There is also a gas grill and picnic table.
There is also a boat slip, so bring your boat (or rent one)!
The views are just amazing. And you will also enjoy seeing the sailboats and water activities. The property is fenced.
The walk to the Gulf is only five minutes. The Laughing Fish is a five-bedroom / seven-bath house with two kitchens and two laundries. It's PERFECT for multiple families!

This house was amazing. Everything was so clean, well updated, and taken care of. We got married here with our closest family and friends and it was the perfect day!

We had 21 family members stay here for a week...plus kids' college friends over one night for grad party... perfect place for all of this! Five bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, plus two extra bathrooms near two separate living rooms. Great views, pool, dock! I'm not sure what more you could ask for! Two washers and dryers, and a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/etc). We had an issue with the garbage disposal, made a phone call, and they promptly fixed it.

The property description was accurate, the property was clean and fit everyone's needs. Paradise Beach Homes were easy to deal with and very receptive to answering any questions. They were very good to let client know if anyone needed to come to the house for any reason. The only downfall was no elevator and a bit difficult for those with medical condition(s) that make climbing stairs difficult. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this wonderful home. I would definitely recommend a stay here, as the gulf is only a short walk. Deep sea fishing with follow up to Peg Leg Petes Restaurant to cook our haul was an amazing experience enjoyed by all! We also rented pontoon boats to see Crab Island and enjoy the Destin area. The only additional amenity I would have loved is the ability to heat the pool. The kids got in it anyway, but it felt like ice water to me, and the sound was warmer. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We made some great memories and shared great food, fun, and fellowship with the family together!

This house accommodated a large group of all ages for a family reunion. Two full kitchens made everything so much easier. The downstairs area under the house, the pool deck and the dock were fantastic and allowed guests to spread out. The rooftop deck was a great place to watch the sunset. There were a few areas of the house that needed work, but overall it was a great place to stay.

We had a family reunion at the beach house and it fit the 14 of us easily. Having 2 kitchens was a huge help with all the food and beverages. The pool was the highlight of the house, we used it constantly when we were not at the beach which is only a 5-10 minute walk. The house is as described, the location is perfect, nice quiet neighborhood. Furnishings were comfortable. Luckily we got in early as our flight landed 4 hrs before actual check-in time. Management company was very nice and check-in was super easy. There is a free trolley which takes you to the restaurants, bars and shoppes. Great way to travel as parking is a nightmare. Would definitely recommend staying in this beach house. Lots of space for groups or be able to go off by yourself.

This house was rented for a wedding party and it was great. House holds I believe 23 people so it worked well for our small bridal party for my daughters wedding. Had one small plumbing problem and they sent someone over immediately. I would recommend this property for family vacations or for a small wedding.

We wanted to rent a property that would accommodate our entire family and this certainly did. The layout of house was ideal and provided the perfect amount of privacy considering our group consisted of 6 couples with additional teens and children. This was a beautiful unit that was thoughtfully decorated, very clean and extremely spacious with a great floor plan. The pool was very nicely maintained and the nearby water access with pier was awesome. I would recommend that the owners/managers consider offering the rental of a jet ski as an option. There were several beach access locations located very close to the unit, and Pensacola Beach with all its shops was just a short drive down the road. Although this unit advertises that it will sleep 23 people, it will only sleep 18 adults comfortably. The remaining 5 people will be expected to sleep on very short "click-clack" type sofas, which was sufficient for the many children in our family group. The area beneath the house is open and perfect for cooking or just hanging out. This is definitely a great place to spend a beach vacation with a large group. The property manager was very helpful and courteous when booking and when calling with questions or making payments. The standard check-in time is advertised as 5pm. The day before our arrival I called to request an early check-in since the unit would apparently not be rented the night before. We were informed that this would be possible but not guaranteed since routine inspection and maintenance was required on the day of our anticipated arrival. Upon arrival around 2pm we were informed that the property was still not ready but were assured that we would be called/texted as soon as it was. So after shopping around for 2 hours, we visited the office again around 4:15 and was then told it had been ready. A notification from the property manager was lacking, but accessing the property slightly earlier than check-in time was helpful after a the long trip.

Rented both sides of the duplex for our wedding party to stay in. It was perfect for fit for all of our friends and we really enjoyed the pool. The view is to die for and the balconies + crow’s nest are by far the best part of this house. It is fairly outdated and looked to need a few maintenance repairs, but nothing that inhibited our stay or affected us in anyway. The office staff was incredibly helpful in letting us check in early (our baby was getting fussy waiting on the beach). Would absolutely rent this house/with this company again.

We had a family reunion with 7 adults and 7 children and it was setup perfectly! The pool is perfect. The pier was fun to fish off and to swim! Only a short walk to the beach.
