About
This six-bedroom/six-bath luxury home, is approximately 50 steps from sugar-white sand beach and emerald-green water of Pensacola Beach. An unbelievable custom-built home designed by owner Kevin Hubbard, it accommodates up to 19 guests with luxurious amenities including a private gunite swimming pool and a rooftop deck perfect for viewing the beach’s stunning sunrises and sunsets. This house was designed for large family events to make a lifetime of memories.
With spectacular views of the Gulf and Sound on all three levels, this airy modern home features a large open plan with a living, dining and kitchen area including all-stainless commercial-grade appliances (double oven, ice maker, refrigerator) with bar seating (seats four) and a large dining table (seats nine). Kitchen has both a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee coffemeaker. This living area is flooded with natural light and opens to a beautiful covered deck.
The main floor master bedroom features a king with a custom bath including a tub and glass-enclosed shower. Also on the main level, is a “secret” hideaway (under the closet) with a twin, plus a twin over twin bunk, with a full bath across the hall.
The 2nd bedroom is located on the upper level with two queens and two twin over twin bunks plus a full bath. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each feature a king bed and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The 5th bedroom has a king and private bath. A hallway cubby features a twin over twin bunk.
The 6th bedroom features a queen loft with a spiral staircase.
All bathrooms feature stone and granite counter tops and sinks.
The massive gunite outdoor pool offers easy access to a half- bath. With more than 6,000 sq. ft. of outdoor living area and deck space with custom landscaping and outdoor lighting, this is a wonderful venue to entertain family, and perfect for weddings and reunions. NEWLY ADDED - a putting green for plenty of family fun!
This home includes an elevator ($250 non-refundable security deposit required) which will take you to all three levels. It also includes a washer and dryer, a gas grill, complimentary WiFi and parking for 10-12 cars (five are covered).

We had a wonderful time at this home! There is ample space, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and lots of decking for sunning and relaxing. Bring your putter and some golf balls for use on the mini putting green near the pool. Short walk to the beach. Nice gas grill and pool area to enjoy. Widow’s walk (crow’s nest) near the roof to enjoy the sunset. Kitchen was spacious but could use more plates and utensils, other than that it was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

My extended family stayed at 5 Calle Traviesa. We enjoyed our stay and had a great week despite the weather. The house was a short and easy walk to the beach and had plenty of room for our group of 14. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The elevator was extremely helpful! The property was in good shape and very clean. The living room furniture has seen better days. We felt a little exposed in some of the bathrooms and bedrooms as there were no window treatments. The pool was very nice and the covered area on the ground floor was a good place to hang out while it rained. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay in this house again.

We had a wonderful stay. It was close enough to the beach that we could walk it barefoot. The pool was definitely a plus. The kitchen was well equipped. The ice machine was definitely a bonus.

Our family of 20 have been coming to this area for the past several years and have not been disappointed. This home had everything it advertised for a large family plus close proximity to the ocean. The property was very clean and the kitchen extremely well supplied with cooking utensils and numerous cooking pans. The extra cubbies were a great sleeping area for our little ones. The pool was a refreshing break in the afternoon and evenings.

Great experience for our wedding, reception, and wedding party to stay at. The room setup was a little confusing from looking at pictures but it all worked out with our group. Only "real" issue we encountered was the lights on the palm trees didn't work.

The home was very comfortable and clean! The separate entrance for our two nurses taking care of our special needs child was a plus. We enjoyed meeting the owner who was most helpful in providing the extras that made our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely stay at this rental again. Had a marvelous stay at this property which was so close to the beautiful beaches Florida is known for. Life is good!

Great family vacation with access to elevator for our special needs grandchild. Location was great for easy access to fabulous beach. House was great, we were happy with the home and support from the owner and with Paradise Properties. Enjoyed meeting the owner who was very supportive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great time at this house. The pool was fun for the kids. The house had excellent sleeping accommodations The kitchen was big enough for our family. However, the elevator caused daily problems for my 94 year old father who is confined to a wheelchair.

Awesome house and location. Quick walk to beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Ice maker very convenient. Pool was awesome.
Could have used some outdoor chairs and furniture on decks as there was no where to sit on any of the decks.
Also could have used more poolside chairs too. Overall great house I would rent again.

We had a fun family reunion. 5 siblings and our spouses. 10 in all and we had plenty of room. The 10 top table and large island were perfect. Great having the pool too. Convenient location. Don’t forget to go up the Widows walk and watch the sunset.

Great place for big families to stay. We had 4 families with ages ranging from toddlers to senior citizens. The older crowd were very thankful for the elevator to go up and down in throughout the house. The beach is such a quick walk from the house. The pool was such an added bonus for the kids to entertain themselves with. The only recommendation I have is the need for more towels and blankets. We look forward to renting this place again!
