It was simply wonderful! The home was comfortable to have our family gathering! I found the kitchen to be well appointed with all the necessary accessories to make a Thanksgiving giving meal that included a delicious apple pie! The beds were comfortable. The beach was spectacular. The location was good!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our group consisted of 7 adults and 2 children (ages 2 and 5 months). We all enjoyed sitting out on the many porches the property offers. We were able to grill out back a few nights which was awesome. Short walk over to the beach was a breeze even with two littles. The ping pong table in the garage was definitely a bonus and we had a lot of laughs playing. There were also boogie boards, sand toys, and a few chairs provided which was great. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This was hands down one of my favorite vacation spots! There was the beautiful majestic white sandy beach with crystal clear water for the beach lovers, a nice calm, shallow sound with a pier for those who love to fish or to have the little ones swim without waves and undertow, and a pool right across the street where pool lovers can spend all their time! Truly magic!

The house was beautiful and clean .Love having access to the bay the beach and pool.The bay is perfect for small kids to play in the water .Kitchen well stocked, would suggest they replace the large non stick skillet with a new one not worn . Would recommend this area for multigenerational families.

Our family of 11 had a wonderful vacation making memories. The house is well furnished & the management team was very help.ful. We enjoyed being in a gated community with easy access to both bay & beach & directly across from pool The ping pong table was a big plus for grands

House is large, beautiful, clean and exceeded my expectations. Kitchen is very well-stocked. You will NOT find a better location in Pensacola Beach -- it's farther down the island, easy walking distance to BOTH sides of the island, within a gated community. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Great House, Great location and close to the beach.
The bunk room off the master bedroom is actually the master closet. It's large and has room for the bunk bed but don't assume you will have a window. It is fine for kids, not so much for adults.

Perfect location to the beach. You can go out on balcony on upper level and see the gulf. The owners had sand toys and beach chairs. There is a ping pong table in the garage which was great on rainy days. Perfect location to the pool. You can sit on balcony and see your kids playing in the pool. We did have to clean the dryer vent which was automatic fix to the clothes not drying. Also there is no pizza pan or pizza cutter. Other than that everything was great and we would definitely return!

We needed a space that would house part of our large family and this spot was perfect! We were able walk out of the garage and to the pool. The beach was also within walking distance with beach access directly across the street from the subdivision!
The house was situated not far from the Pensacola Beach boardwalk with a lot of great food options! My family tried several different restaurants option.
