Via De Luna 712

This was our second time staying at Kris’ and won’t be our last. We love everything about this home. It is spotless, has everything you could need, a beautiful private pool, and it so easily walkable to the beach, even with a toddler. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Looking forward to scheduling for next summer!!

2024 was a return visit for us and we booked 2025 before we left! The house is charming, conveniently located and perfectly maintained.

Our recent stay at VDL712 was one of absolute favorite places we have ever stayed! To be quite honest it was almost perfect. We even preferred spending time in the back yard over the beach! The kitchen was a joy to cook in with everything you needed. The bed comfortable. The bathrooms were great. The neighborhood and distance from the beach excellent. We decided this will be the place we book from now on, period. Our dog, Echo, gave it a high review too!

Absolutely amazing. Hosts were accommodating from start to finish of the trip. The backyard was a true oasis. Pool was amazing! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were super clean, and so nice to have a full kitchen with all that needed items for cooking. Easy walk to the main area of the beach with restaurants, etc. it's a perfect house-already looking to book for next summers

I had an amazing stay at this beautifully remodeled house! The interior is stunning with gorgeous furniture, and the backyard is equally impressive. The pool is truly magical and provided a perfect way to unwind. The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to convenience stores and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

This house was fantastic! The house had every amenity you could think of. The kitchen was so well stocked, we were able to cook full meals without needing anything. Pool area and outdoor furniture was high quality and well thought out. Of course the location: close to the beach without crossing any major streets, was perfection. We barely had to leave, but when we did, restaurants and shopping are only a mile away. Loved it and will recommend to friends and family.

Great house! Great hosts!

We have been renting a Paradise rental for a number of years now and always very pleased. This is the second time at 712 Via De Luna : the home is very well maintained with a wonder kitchen and lovely, fenced backyard. We were very appreciative with the improvements from the prior year. Our main concern had been lack of storage for our clothes and this year there were chest of drawers in each bedroom! The sitting area could be a little more comfortable but overall it’s a lovely home with a wonderful location. We love the island with all the natural areas to explore and do a lot of walking and eating at the many great restaurants. The personnel at Paradise rentals are excellent and efficient. We highly recommend them and this particular home especially if you need one without stairs!

We loved this Airbnb. Many listings post photos that don’t accurately reflect the space, but the photos on this listing were extremely accurate. It’s a small house, but it’s very updated and every inch of space has clearly been thoughtfully designed because there’s no wasted space. Our kids loved each having their own room with access to streaming on big TVs. My husband and I loved listening to the fountain in the pool and the fenced in yard that was perfect in size for our small dog The beach is right around the corner, and we enjoyed the proximity. It was a very nice stay, and we’d love to book it again if possible!

Wow. 5 **** House next to the beach from Pensacola. Nice decoration, very good beds, fantastic kitchen with everything you need. BBQ outside and the garden & pool was simply amazing. Thanks to this home for our holiday Kris was always available, friendly, sunny and fast. We felt like paradise, when you come from a long sea swim and then start with the BBQ with romantic pool light and garden light. The hammock was also amazing. Overall - everything was fantastic.

Great place and very comfortable for 5 adults. Loved being able to walk to the beach and easy drive from the airport. The pool was a great addition as well. Would definitely return for another trip to Pensacola Beach.

Kris is the best host out there. Highly recommend staying at his property. Love the location and the home.

My two best friends, my two fur babies & I had a great time the house was so comfortable, short walk to the beach and the pool was so beautiful and refreshing. We played hard all day and slept great at night, the beds were so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay. The place was just as described, clean and had a great yard with pool. It was walking distance to the beach which we enjoyed every evening and a few times at dawn. Wonderful cottage and really enjoyed our time!

Could not have asked for a better experience. Kris was so responsive and was great to work with. Addressed all concerns and answers all questions instantly. The house was amazing. The pool was awesome. The location was perfect. Could walk to the pristine beaches in 3 minutes. Could walk down to the restaurants in 20 mins or drive in 2 minutes. Best air bnb experience thus far. Will definitely try and book this again next time we’re down here.

Our vacation was amazing with family! The house was perfect for 3 couples. The pool is beautiful and very nice. Walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The tipping golf service is great to take you down the street to restaurants and shops! Overall-perfect!

This place was perfect. The backyard was an oasis on its own. The pool has a shallow end which is perfect for the littles. The beach was so close it made being able to go back and forth a breeze. The home is beautiful. Kris and Hannah are very attentive and caring. They even checked in on us during a big storm. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough. We will be back for sure.

We had such an amazing time at Kris’ place, so much so we stayed an extra day. Everything was there we needed, incredibly neat and clean, great location to the beach and the pool was so nice to enjoy with little kids who can’t hang at the beach all day. As an added plus, they are dog-friendly and so kind about it. Some Airbnbs that allow dogs sometimes gross and dirty - this was not the case and our dog loved the backyard. Communication was 10/10 and we will be back for sure to this wonderful home. Thanks, guys!

This is our fourth year to rent in PB and have found the PERFECT one at 712 Via De Luna!

We felt right at home here in this newly remodeled rental with open layout and beautiful furnishings/fixtures.

The fenced backyard oasis with stunning new gunite pool is a great place to unwind after a day at the beach....perfect for fur kids too!

Wonderful home and especially backyard oasis for our beach getaway with our pooch. We spent majority of the time relaxing by the pool in what feels like your own little private resort. The home is perfect for a couple’s getaway. We enjoyed the quiet location and proximity to the beach to south and inlet across the street to the north. Will definitely try to get back here in the future!

This place is in a good location and has a great backyard/pool area- perfect for anyone with younger kids. Short walk to the beach or there is near by parking at the beach-less than a minute drive so you don’t have to carry beach stuff. The place was clean and top notch- I love when places even have hangers for your closet. The owners were fast at responding- literally within minutes. I had asked about heating the pool because it was cold to get in when we were there in April. The owners said they were working on getting a heater for the fall.

We had an amazing stay here! This is a beautiful Airbnb equipped with everything we needed for an awesome trip. Not to mention the backyard is a DREAM! We felt like we were in our own little oasis. The beach is a quick and easy walk down the street and Kris was a very responsive and helpful host. Would recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to book our next trip back!

Our expectations were exceeded in every way! The hosts were super responsive and welcoming. The home was incredibly clean...especially for a beach house. I thought it was a given that you feel sand on the floors at any house near the beach, but not at this one. My wife NEVER walks barefoot in places outside our home, but she did here and that is really saying something. It was such a short nice walk to the beach and speaking of the beach you gotta be kidding me. I always say it, but I think Pensacola is one of the most under rated beaches in the world. The quality of the sand and water (the water is SUPER clear) is remarkable. And on top of that, the beaches have never been crowded when we are there. The house was super cute and decorated nicely with an awesome fenced in back yard for kids! Couldn't recommend this place any more!

Great airbnb! Beach and area is beautiful, about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. House is very nicely updated and has about everything you could need for your stay. The hosts were very helpful and responsive!

This house and our stay there could not have been better. The house was perfect. So much so that we took pictures of the kitchen and family room so we can remodel ours to be similar. We loved the house and loved spending time in the open kitchen or on the hammocks in the backyard or grilling on the patio. I value cleaniless and this place could not have been cleaner. Everything was so well organized. I can’t think of any negative aspect of the house. Thank you!

A warn inviting home conveniently foot steps away from the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Clean, well supplied, and any issues I had Paradise Homes resolved it immediately. I will definitely use the them again.

My husband and I wanted a short get away and this was the perfect place. The check in process was very easy and the owners were very responsive. We brought our golden retriever and he loved the large fenced in backyard with lots of grass to run around in. The weather was perfect to eat meals on the big table in the backyard. The string lights hung up added the perfect ambiance for dinner. The beach was about 2 blocks away and was perfect for evening strolls on the beach. There is a dog beach about 10 minutes away that we went to so we could bring our pup. The inside remind me of California beach style, all updated and clean. Would be perfect for a family vacation spot. We will definitely be coming back!

You get exactly what you see in the pictures on the listing. This is a beautiful remodeled home and very comfortable. I chose this listing because of the backyard for my dog. If you like to cook on vacation the kitchen is pretty much fully stocked with just about all of the cookware you would need. The beach is very close, within a very short walking distance, and the restaurants/bars are just down the street. I was a little worried about noise being on the main strip, but it wasn’t bad at all. If you do have a dog, both East and West dog beaches are within 3 miles both directions. I recommend the East dog beach as it is easier to get to and from. I really enjoyed my stay here and so did my dog.

Absolutely amazing location to the beach. Our dog LOVED the yard and we enjoyed the hammocks and grill. Tv in every bedroom is an added bonus as well. Will definitely be back!
