Enjoy breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway from the balcony of this relaxing 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo on beautiful Navarre Beach, FL. This condo is tastefully decorated with a beachy flare and offers plenty of comfortable sleeping for up to 6 people. The master bedroom offers 1 Queen with a private ensuite bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. It also has a flat screen TV with a BluRay player. The other two bedrooms have1 queen bed that is located close to the hall bathroom and 1 King bed with a private entrance to a half bath that opens to the shared shower/tub combo in the hall bathroom.

The spacious living room has a very comfortable "L" shaped sofa that overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views or snuggle up with a good book. It's also a great place to turn on your favorite show on the large flat screen TV with DVD player. Step out onto the balcony and take in the incredible views of the water. It's so serene you may never want to leave.

Next to the living room is the kitchen table and it seats 4 with ease. There are 2 extra bar stools in the kitchen area. The kitchen comes well equipped with everything you'd need to cook your favorite meals or to pack up picnic lunches for the beach.

This condo is situated in a small community that offers a community pool and grills. Just steps to the white sands and emerald green waters, this condo is the perfect beach getaway for anyone!

This unit is located on the third floor of the complex and there are no elevators available to use.

The condo was exactly as advertised and was an amazing value for a 3 bedroom condo. Bathroom set up was great for people sharing the condo. It was amazingly clean and had a great view of the Sound. Would highly recommend!

The bay view was beautiful. It was very quiet there. As far as cookware there wasn’t anything we didn’t need but the smaller skillets do tend to stick. The overall experience was really good we were quite happy. It would be nice to have known that the closest pool wasn’t one we were allowed to use.

We have stayed at Sunset Harbor Villas several times before, it is a very well kept place. This was the first time staying at this condo. It was very clean and well equipped. The view of the bay from the living room and the balcony was gorgeous. We like staying at that end of Navarre Beach because it is quiet and not congested, but still only a quick drive to the pier and restaurants. We would stay here again.

4 adult females, 3 sisters and one niece. So much fun. More than enough room. Office was very easy to get ahold of with any questions. Everyone was very friendly.
