Nestled steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound, this timeless coastal house brings a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation to anyone who steps through its doors. This classic beach house has been completely transformed into a coastal cottage dream with no detail left unfinished. Redone completely from top down, every detail brings out a sense of peace and tranquility.
Upon entering the property, you are greeted with an incredible outdoor oasis. From the oversized fireplace, the exterior kitchen, and the covered patio, this outdoor space allows for absolute indulgence of the outdoors and allows plenty of space for entertaining with the large backyard. Inside, you are met with the large open living room with tongue and groove ceilings that have oversized windows looking out to the sound. The dining room sits off the kitchen featuring an apron sink, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large barn door pantry.
Two large bedrooms, each with queen beds, feature large windows and closets. Both of these bedrooms share the first bathroom which features a floor to ceiling tiled shower, glass panels, and a single vanity. Down the open staircase lined with coastal shiplap are the remaining living quarters. One large queen bedroom shares the second hall bathroom, featuring another floor to ceiling tiled shower, glass panels, and a single vanity. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a large soaker tub, tiled shower, double vanity, and a large walk-in closet. There is also a large open laundry room with plenty of additional storage. Come enjoy the best life in this beach haven!

We loved our stay. It was close to several beaches and just down the road from restaurants and entertainment. The house was comfortable and the backyard was a perfect hangout spot.

This was a great place to stay for our anniversary family weekend, not great for elderly people because the kitchen, dinner and living room are upstairs and the interior stair hand rail was loose and not very stable for my mom (76) , great patio for bbq with family.

What a beautiful beach house! My family and I stayed here and had the best time! Mandy is an excellent host. Very responsive and proactive. The house was clean and stocked with necessities. Seconds from a private beach and just a short drive to the dog beach. I would 1000% recommend this home for your next Pensacola vacation.

Such a cute beach house. The photos almost don’t do it justice. It’s a large place with plenty of space. Close to beaches and the neighborhood is very pleasant to walk. Great host. When an issue came up they addressed it immediately. Would definitely stay again.

This is the most beautiful retreat we have ever been to. Been to tons all over the world. This is a comfortable and gorgeous place to kick back and relax. We stayed here to come visit our son while at A school for the Navy. Can’t recommend this location more!

I brought 8 family members for a wedding. We had plenty of space for everyone. The house was laid out well. Very clean, everything worked cold AC. Would stay there again very close to everything. About a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The home was just as you see in the pictures. We had a small issue with the sliding shower door and they came out in a timely manner to fix it. There was 10 of us staying in the home and there was plenty of room. It was very spacious and comfortable on Pensacola Beach, so it was right in the mix of everything. I enjoyed myself and loved the house & my family did too. You won't be disappointed.
