Maldonado 102 - Bella Blue

This is our second year renting Bella Blue for our family vacation. It never disappoints! The location is perfect - bars, restaurants and shops are a quick walk away. The private, landscaped pool and covered patio are heavenly, especially after a day at the beach. The second floor lounge area was great for our college-aged grandkids. We’ll rent again!

Bella Blue is the perfect, fun beach house! At every turn, the decor reminds you that you’re in paradise. Every bedroom even has a beach theme (the flip flop room, the surfboard room, the fish room)! The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and to shops, bars and restaurants. It’s great, especially if you have children, because it’s quick and easy to go from the home to the beach and back again. The absolute best part is the pool and back yard. There are plenty of outdoor tables and seating for dining and games. It’s completely private with lush landscaping. Someone from our family was in the pool morning, noon and night. It was a beautiful surprise when the lights came on automatically at night! The staff at Paradise Beach Homes was responsive to our every question and need (it’s great when a real person picks up the phone). Can’t wait to get back to Bella Blue!

This was our second year staying at Bella Blue and it was just as awesome as we remembered. Having the elevator for our mother that uses a walker was such an added bonus. Fully stocked kitchen, extra ice maker, extra fridge - anything you needed it was there. Awesome owner and management company. We will be back!!

Our vacation experience was great. The rental company office was close to the rental property which made check in and out easier. The house size was perfect for a large family. The house is well laid out as far as location of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house decor was very nice and it was very clean. The rental house location was close to the beach and town. We enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our whole family to enjoy beach time, pool time in the beautifully landscaped yard. We also enjoyed using the gas grill and appreciated the outdoor shower. Being close to the State Park to watch the Blue Angels practice was a nice family activity. All in all everyone had a wonderful relaxing family vacation in a beautiful home in a beautiful location.

This was the best find for us in all the years we have been coming down to Pensacola Beach. Beautiful house, well laid out, plenty of room to spread out and pool area was perfect. Short walk to the Gulf also. Paradise Beach Homes was great to work with. We are already rebooked for next year and we are doing a month this time.

Actually our stays here just keep getting better and better! 4th time at Bella Blue and it always feels like I'm home. Just love everything about it. Dream location, perfect pool, awesome kitchen cause we love to cook and plenty of room to spread out. Thanks Joe for the new fridge and love the fact that now there is a big fridge downstairs to store beverages. Goodnesss knows we need it!! Then only thing you could do to make me even happier is put a king size bed in the master!! But if you do that we may never leave!!Many thanks from all of us in Mandeville LAJanet Tassin

The Bella Blue property was an outstanding experience. It was clean, well appointed, and in good condition considering that it has been rented all summer. Also, for an elderly family member the elevator came in handy. We will try to stay here again because of our experience.

Overall very good. Property was outstanding, great location, the home was well stocked with towels, cookware ect. Very comfortable. Outside pool area very nice. Only recommendation would be to improve internet service, very weak. unfortunately I had broke my ankle before vacation, home has an elevator, but it does not service the master suite on the third floor. I never saw the third floor. Highly recommend this property. This was an exceptional home, by far the best rental home we have ever had the pleasure to stay. Hope to be back soon.

We loved Bella Blue! Beautiful, comfortable home at a perfect location! The home has all of the amenities we could hope for! Our family met here from 3 different locations and had a marvelous time. Perfect for adults and kids alike! We hope to come back to Pensacola soon and would definitely try to get this home.

This house was amazing. It was just as described on the website. When we arrived, check in with paradise beach homes went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our time there. The house was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Bella Blue is a beautiful home and suited our needs perfectly. It’s well maintained and the kitchen is well equipped for large groups and dinners. The location is great with just a short walk across the road to the beachfront. It is close to restaurants and many beach activities.

Our family was down for a friend's wedding. She was getting married on the beach a half mile east of us. We chose Bella Blue because it could host a large group, has an outdoor pool and has a great location. Very clean, very quiet, very accommodating to all our needs. And very close to the beach. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Pensacola Beach.

This home is the BEST on Pensacola Beach! I could not have asked for anything better! The decor was just the way I would have decorated. It was very warm, beachy and inviting. The kitchen had everything,and then some. The house is perfect for a family of 10 with young children. The location is PERFECT!

I cannot say enough about this home and would HIGHLY recommend it to my friends and family.

The home was excellent, the booking process was very frustrating. We responded to a website of VBRO, and then Paradise Homes told us to ignore any correspondence from VBRO. I still feel that ignoring VBRO is a scam by Paradise Beach Home steeling clients from VBRO and that feeling does not go away. If the owner signed up with VBRO, then he an obligation to respect their terms until he is no longer listed. I do not like being part of a scam.

This home is absolutely beautiful and steps from the beach. Property was clean and the rental company was wonderful. I will be back.

Bella Blue is in a great location. Just a short walk to many of the restaurants and shops and an even shorter walk to the beach! Kids and adults enjoyed the pool. Love the trees around the pool for privacy. The open kitchen and family room was great for enjoying meals together.

Bella Blue is the queen of the beach. Our stay was not only comfortable, afordable, and just perfect... it was also fun! Nothing beats bella blue. It was a true home away from home. The pool was top notch and so were the neighbors.

We will definitely be using paradise beach homes next year. The entire staff was so informative and friendly! Great location, great decor, great pool, and kelsey at the desk went above and beyond to help make sure everything went as simply as possible with my booking experience. The pictures don't do this home justice, beautiful home!

We had 3 separate families staying at the house. 6 adults and 6 kids. The layout was great, the pool was a favorite and we would love to come back and stay again!!!

Our family rents this house every year. It is a great place for large families since it sleeps 14. The house is very comfortable and is walking distance to most restaurants. It has a pool which is a plus.

We had a wonderful time. the house was the best ever in our 50 plus years of coming to Pensacola Beach.

We had a great time in your home and we loved every moment. We are looking forward to annual summer trips of our older kids to come to town and spending it with them at this home.

Only mArkdowns were somewhat minor. Back door latch distrusted and broken, many dishes were not completely clean and some issues with the property company.

The house was perfect! There were 6 adults and 5 children. We were in Pensacola to attend my nephew's beach wedding. The owners of this house, thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The beach decor was refreshing and tasteful. The pool and surrounding patio was perfect for relaxing and grilling. We would not hesitate to rent this property again!

The house is in a great location. Close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. We loved having our own pool. The house is well stocked and we loved the wagon to take all our stuff to the beach.

We have stayed in Pensacola, Destin, and Rosemary Beach for years and Bella Blue is by far our favorite rental. We loved the layout of the house, the pool and the super short walk to the beach. We can't wait to return.

We had almost our whole immediate family - 13 of us - together in this fantastic house! It was beautiful, spacious, very accommodating for all our meals, games, pool time, relaxing, and fun crafts. We could not have asked for more.

My brother and I took my mom on vacation for her birthday. She said it was the best Bday ever. She had all her children and grandchildren under one roof. The beach was a stone's throw away, the house was beautiful spacious and lived up to its pictures. We had a 2yr old and a 3yr old and they never had a dull moment. We did have to wait a day to get the pool heated although I requested a head of time. But once the guy came it warmed up quickly and we took full advantage. The house was clean very well stocked and spacious. My mom is still ranting and raving plus telling all her friends. The grocery store isn't far either so if you forget something it's a less than 10 min drive to a mini Walmart and publix. We plan to go again and book Bella Blue she was perfect!!'

This rental experience was amazing. The house was beautiful inside & out. It was our son's wedding and we had lots of family visiting but the layout of the house along with a well stocked kitchen accommodated everyone's needs. We didn't want to leave. The rental company and the owner were very nice to deal with. I highly recommend this property!

It was my wife's 40th birthday. We rented the beach house and it is a great place. Very well decorated and a heated pool. There were only a few little changes in my opinion that could have made it perfect, especially for the money. First the beds were not good at all. We are a family not college students on spring break. Secondly the master shower was not very well planned out. It is very spacious with a sit down area but the water will not reach you at all while sitting. Lastly when the pool heater worked it was great. Did not work on a consistent basis. With those small upgrades this property would be one of the best I have ever stayed in.

Bella Blue is big enough, yet not too big and very conveniently located within walking distance to the main beach sites. Our vacation included several couples – 4 couples and 2 babies (<1 yr). We could have fit one more couple without being too uncomfortable and all the beds were comfortable and clean. The home is very clean and amazing decor... we would definitely return and stay at this home. Since we had two mobile babies with us, we were concerned with safety of stairs in a multi-story house, the baby-proofing of the house, and the pool – this home is ideal for young children as all the stairs on the main floor have doors to limit their access and the master suite has doors to keep young children safe when on the upper floor. The pool also has a substantial step up – another good safety feature! We had no issues with our children here other than moving a few little trinkets on the lower tables.

We have stayed in other homes on Pensacola Beach but this house is our new favorite. The house is so comfortable and the décor is just how I would want my beach house to look. The pool is an added bonus. It is very close to the beach also. We loved it so much that we are already booked for next year.

The property description was accurate and the house was simply beautiful. We all loved staying at this property and none of us wanted to leave. The location is great for a beach house rental to both the beach and the local restaurants and shops. There were only two things that we wish were better... The pool was serviced on Saturday when we arrived and was not serviced throughout the week. By the end of the week it could have been vacuumed and shocked especially with 12 people using it daily. We would have vacuumed the pool if we had the ability to do so. We all showered before entering the pool so sand would not accumulate but since it is the beach sand of course is everywhere! The only other problem we had was trash pick up. I know now that it comes on Saturday and the trash truck will only take what is in the trash bins not any excess placed in bags on the street. If trash was picked up on another day we were not informed. With that many people in the property the two cans were not enough to hold a weeks worth of trash. We ended up leaving a full can after picking up what the trash truck didn't take. With all that said...I would not hesitate to rent this property again. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

The houses are close together & it's hard to keep the noise level down to accommodate everyone (our guests & the neighbors' expectation).

We loved this rental. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Was within one block of the beach. This was the perfect place for us and we will rent it again during ou next visit to Pensacola

Great location and beautiful home. The layout of home was great for a large group. The large, open kitchen was wonderful and could accommodate quite a few people at one time without bumping into each other. The (very) short walk to the uncrowded beach was great. The elevator seemed like a great idea, but we couldn't get it to work. There were absolutely no instructions for the TV or stereo, and we could not find the IPod dock that was advertised. The pool was too cold for even the kids (this was the beginning of May), but the $45 a day (4day Minimum) seemed a bit high, especially since we were only there 3 days. However, even with the above inconveniences, we loved our stay 's a great place.
