Rental was very easy to book and the Paradise Beach Homes office staff were very helpful whenever we had questions. Condo was clean and inviting. Code issued upon collecting the keys and all points of entry require the code, allowing for a secure and safe environment for all guest.

This was the perfect spot for a quick but relaxing long weekend. The condo was immaculate and well appointed. Only issue was mattress in master bedroom was lumpy and could stand to be replaced soon. Property was well maintained with excellent security. Easy check in and check out. We will be back!

We loved the location and the well appointed condo. The beds were comfortable, as well as the furniture. The view from the balcony was phenomenal. The outdoor furniture on the balcony needs to be replaced. It’s worn and uncomfortable. There are plenty of kitchenware to stay in for dinner, but the ability to walk to everything is what makes this location so great. There was plenty of parking and the secure entry and exit sets you at ease.

Weather was dicey, surf was rough but it’s still paradise at 1205. We had everything we needed to get started. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Tons of pillows of various thickness . In addition to sofa bed, there is a self inflating full mattress. There is a tub of beach toys and a couple of umbrellas. . I do recommend bringing a couple of dish towels . The unit is beautifully decorated with tons of fun touches. Very nice glassware and dishes. We went to Joe Pattie’s for seafood and We cooked every night. We had what we needed to do so. You will enjoy your stay. Paradise is a good company and Emerald Isle a good location and the u it is lovely.

We had a splendid stay at Emerald Isle! Only two minor complaints: 1) the markings on stove knobs were worn off, 2) the front door knob was loose and in poor repair.

The rental management made this vacation superb. As always we were greeted at check in with a willing, helpful staff. When we called about Wi-Fi William showed up in five minutes to answer all our questions. The staff went beyond to help with parking pass questions. I give an A+ to the rental staff, Pam Ott

EI 1205 is a beautiful location. We have been fortunate to have stayed there before. Everything is great; however, the living room furniture could really be updated.

Condo #1205 had pretty much everything we needed. It was a bit dated but perfect for a long weekend getaway. This unit still uses a physical key and the door didn't lock very well but with a bit of a tug, it worked. We can't wait to visit Pensacola Beach again.

Emerald Isle condo has beautiful views of the gulf. The location was great. Coming in the day of the air show was challenging but PBH made it doable on an impossible day. Arrival day is always busy but with only 2 elevators for 16 floors was a long process. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

The room was perfect, AWESOME view. Everything you will need was in the room, plus a few extras, check in was quick and directly across the street. Easy parking, simple beach access and the pool was perfect. Wish I was there now.

When we arrived at the condo everyone was floored by how beautiful it was and especially with the view the balcony offers. This condo has plenty of sleeping space. We had 5 girls total for a bachelorette trip and everyone was comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as the touristy shops. Mona from paradise beach homes helped me throughout the whole 6 month process it took for my group to pay in full. She was amazing. Hopefully we will be back in 2019!

The experience with management company was very easy. Was grateful for the goody bag they provided. The condo was exactly what we were the looking for. It was perfect. Located within walking distance to almost everything. Inside the condo everything was wonderful. Adequately supplied for any stay. Furniture was nice and condo was decorated well. We have stayed at Emerald Isle many times-perfect location- right on the beach,close to boardwalk and restaurants. Stayed in unit 1205- was nice & well decorated. Cleaning could have been better! Should be updated with keyless entry code, sofa was uncomfortable to even sit on.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property description was very accurate for the room and complex. The pools were well maintained and beach access was excellent.

The only feature we did not like about the condo unit was the wall mirror along the entire interior wall. The rooms were clean and the unit was spacious.

We very much appreciated the assistance of the office staff in helping us to print our boarding passes for our flight home.

We enjoyed the Flounders Restaurant. Excellent food.

I know that the pool was a shared pool but we never did see anyone cleaning it, you could see the dirt hanging in different areas of the pool.Never could get the lamps in the bedrooms to light. Other than that we really did enjoy our trip.

Sue and I enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle and our biggest complaint was about all the smokers on the balcony's surrounding us, i.e. above, below, to the side, etc. both mornings and night. At times we just gave up and went inside. The accommodations of 1205 were more than adequate and we really enjoyed out stay. I appreciate Russell's help in picking another location since Tree House was unavailable. I think because of the smoking we will probably go to a house next time, i.e. maybe Tree House, we'll see?

My vacation rental experience was great. Nice condo and nice facilities. Very clean and staff was vey friendly and accommodating. Was very impressed with the security at the site.

We took our youngest daughter who is 21 for a late spring break April 23-April 30 and all 3 of us agreed it was one of the best vacation weeks we have had. The weather was perfect that week. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained as well as the whole property. It was in a great location within walking distance or a short drive to everything, We decided we would all be happy to be there full time!

Moved to the area in Fall of 2014 and stayed at Emerald Isle #1205 for 5 months while having a home built in town. Condo was terrific! It is furnished very nicely and we were very comfortable. Beautiful view of beach! Will miss living there and hope to return for a get a way another time.

We are staying in this rental for 5 months while having a home built in Pensacola. Loving every minute! The beautiful view is breathtaking when you first enter the condo. It is very nicely furnished in a tropical style, very comfortable and clean! The heated pool, hot tub, gym and location on the beach have been great amenities to take advantage of.

The condo was VERY nice, clean, and beautiful view, exactly like the photos. The property is centrally located and right on the beach. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this condo.

Emerald Isle is in a perfect location - walk to everything. The beach and weather was perfect in September. Paradise Beach Homes was easy to work with and provided a lovely welcome bag. The pecans were delicious! The beach chair rental service has great staff - checked on us twice a day. Unit 1205 is very nice, updated and wonderful for adults. The second bedroom did not have a TV, a minor inconvenience. We stay at EI often and wish all the units were keyless. The outside of EI is well maintained.

This is our 3rd consecutive year in this condo. We love the condo, view and the area. It is very family friendly with our young children. It's very convenient and has everything we need. Definitely want to come again next year!

We live in Pensacola and sometimes need a place to rent for a week or weekend when we have more folks than our home can accommodate so this was a great experience. Emerald Isle was great in every way. The property management company was very efficient and professional. I will use them again and rent units at this property.

The condo was great, and the view was awesome! The people at Paradise Beach Homes were wonderful to work with and very accommodating.

I would say any problem we had was due to poor housekeeping. We had a flood with washer because hose was not connected. Seems as though when it was cleaned they should check those things. Pots and pans are filthy and dishes Overall dusty. Management company was wonderful.
