Very spacious and convenient for those looking to bring a boat. Location is close to many great restaurants (Flounders & McGuire's our favs). Property was clean; however in need of repair to doors & wish back porches were designed to sit during rain. Overall, it was an awesome set-up & would like to return soon.

We had a group of 8, aged 5-78. PBH was easy to communicate with and our after hours check-in went smoothly. Overall, we had a good stay at this property. Specifically, it is a good location with a nice pool, great view of the canal and super close to the beach. It is a quiet neighborhood. There is a convenient boardwalk across the street to get you to the beach easily. Property is a little dated, but functional and everything works. A few minor maintenance issues need attention (bath sinks dripping, toilets running or not flushing normally, back fence needs maintenance on right side, floor by back door is uneven/squishy). Be aware that all 3 bedrooms are upstairs on the 3rd floor. Overall, we had a great experience at this home.

We had a great stay that could not have been better. The property is in a perfect location with quick and easy access to the Gulf and Sound. The pool was spotless and was a wonderful addition to the property. In addition, the house was supplied with an abundance of outside chairs and picnic tables as well as a grill. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of bath towels were supplied. The management company Paradise Rentals made the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Overall a great rental property.

Location was perfect for bringing your boat and close walk to the beach all in one rental! Bathroom need to be updated (door needs to have a lock and grout looks moldy). Some simple update/maintenance would go a long way especially considering the price and comparing to other paradise beach rentals we have previously stayed at. The pull out sofa was also broken. Overall, the place is a decent rental and it’s location, boat slip and pool were a plus!!

Perfect location for blue angels week.
Friendly neighborhood. Easy access to beach and sound. We brought our boat and access to gulf fishing was short boat ride.

Great location! Nice Pool, we had a wonderful vacation. But we're not extremely picky, the location saved the vacation. The house was a little dirty, no rail for pool for kids or elderly to get in and out with. Mattresses weren't great. New flooring was very nice, decks and views were great. Nice neighbors.

Rented for 2 months. Nice location, easy and quick access to both the beach and the sound. It was fun to watch the fisherman, birds, and dolphins out back in the canal. House is comfortable with plenty of kitchen dishes and cooking pans, etc. needed to make meals at home including a gas grill. Decor is a little dated, bathrooms could be updated. Overall we had a nice couple months here, we had a few minor issues but the management company was quick to deal with them.

We spent Thanksgiving together in this spacious home. There was plenty of dishes, cookware and flatware for all 6 of us.(You never know with a rental!) The house is nicely located a block off the beach and at the end of a canal. We brought bikes and there's a terrific bike/walking path for miles. We had a great time.

The house was perfect for our stay. It is a 1min walk to the most perfect beach. The views from the back deck of the pool and waterfront was great for an evening cocktail. We even caught some speckled trout right out back. The house was clean and spacious. It is a 3 min walk to peg leg petes restaurant which had amazing seafood and ice cold beers. We had a wonderful time would recommend to any group looking to enjoy Pensacola.

Overall the house was great. As per some of the comments from other guests online, property could use some updates to match the price point of the rental, but the location was wonderful. Though a little dated, everything worked minus the wifi, and cable downstairs. We were able to access the WIFI , but it was at such a low rate, it was completely unusable. Again, not huge issue since we were on the beach, but it needs to be either removed from advertisement or fixed.

Only other comment would be one of the bunks was pretty shaky. Might need to be screwed together a little more.
To me, these are VERY minor comments, on a wonderful stay.

My family and I spent the first week of April at 258 Le Starboard and we had an incredible time! The home perfectly accommodated my family's needs. Location was ideal...beach access is a very short walk, as is Peg Leg Pete's restaurant. The neighborhood is high-end and quiet. Great time had by all!

We had a great time! 4 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of room. Excellent location! We will definitely rent this house again.

The beach house was far beyond my expectations. Perfect location, very short walk to beach, and a pool. We had 7 adults and 7 children, and never felt crammed or closed in. I will definitely stay here again on our next family trip.

Positive experience while staying at 258 Le Starboard. Could have had more TP, laundry and dishwashing soap. I personally had to repair main bathroom door as it was falling off the hinges and would not close, exterior door locks need adjusting also.

3 families yearly vacation. Only complaint s would be back door needs adjusting,needs more dish towels in kitchen. But overall great place !!!!

We lived in GULF Breeze and after the BP Oil Spill a job transfer took us to Oregon. After 5 long years we were able to come home and decided to move back. Staying here made us realize what we were missing. Thanks for the great time...2016 is starting off Awesome!

Had a fantastic vacation here. My wife and I brough out two young kids and my parents joined us from the UK. So there were 4 adults and 2 kids total - and we had ample room.

This house is all about the location, perfect spot, such a short walk from the beach. The pool really is a great bonus, perfect for the kids, but with a good security gate.

The house itself is open and bright, but could probably use a little updating. Kitchen was pretty well equiped. Management was very responsive to the few small issues we had (lights out) and had things fixed quickly.

Make sure you walk down the canal to Peg Leg Pete's, good sea food and drinks.

My trip to Pensacola beach was awesome. I really enjoyed having a private pool. And really appreciated the pool accessories and toys for the 3 year old that was in the garage.

Great location. Enjoyed the pool and boat dock. Brought our boat from home which gave us an opportunity to visit many beaches/locations we would not have gone to otherwise.

This place was everything included in the photos and more! My friends and I stayed here over our spring break and had a fantastic time. The private pool was great for lounging during the day and beach is right across the street! It's located about a mile and a half from the bars and restaurants so it gives a nice secluded feel but yet close enough to the action. The view of the sound is amazing.

Loved the location of this property. Being on the sound is so serene that you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle, but the boardwalk is within walking distance. The pool is a real bonus and the beach is just a couple of houses away. This property is not the most updated, but it is adequate and spacious.

Great time, great house, kids loved the pool, great place to dock boat, close to everything including Gulf and sound, needs new vacuum. Thank you to everyone at Paradise for being so attentive to our needs and making our experience one we will never forget.
