The house was exactly as described and beautiful. Very accommodating for 10 of us! Very short walk to the beach. Doors were in rough shape but they worked.

We had a great stay, in every way. There were 10 of us, two families and it worked out nicely. We did have to share the upstairs bathroom between 7 people. There was another toilet downstairs or could share the master bathroom, also downstairs. It helped it was my sister and family, so it was easier to share the master bathroom when needed, just something to consider. It is such a cute house with a nice layout. All the beds were extremely comfortable, better than any bed I’ve ever slept on. The living room is so comfortable and homey, with lots of seating. The pool area was beautiful, nicely landscaped and so clean. The air conditioner seemed to start struggling and they were on it immediately. They had to replace a bad fan and did it promptly. We truly did not want to leave this beach home. Loved just hanging out inside and the outside areas. They take great care of this beach house!

Our family was very happy with our stay. Pool was great. Loved the open and large family room area. Easy check in and check out. Easy walk to the beach. Entry rug and Couple of throw rugs/mats and cooking sheets could be replaced but overall clean and well stocked. Outdoor shower has a funny spray issue but it still worked overall. Totally would stay here again!

Lovely home, one block from beach, quiet neighborhood and beach not crowded. Plenty of sleeping space, 4 bedrooms-2 with queen, 1 with king, and 1 with 2 bunk beds. Fully quipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, cookie sheets, plates and utensils for cooking. W/D and wifi. Pool area is beautiful and has a gas grill(though not heated, so we did not get in much). Clean home. Only complaint: carpet in bedrooms collects the sand and cockleburs from your flip flops if you aren't careful removing as soon as you come in.

So many homes have enough beds for "X" number of people, however don't have enough living room or dining space for them. The single reason that put this house above others in the past and why we'll be returning to this specific house is the amount of space in the living room and an actual dining table.

The place was amazing, from start to finish. Wife and I stayed with our two young kids and had local family over to visit. Would highly recommend. There were a couple of small things, like a burned out light bulb, but the property management team was on the ball to get it resolved.

The house is beautiful and the pool was perfect. Only a few blocks walk to the beach. The best of both worlds. There were lots of towels, cookware and even some pool and beach toys. The extra fridge in the garage was useful as we used grocery Concierge to have our weeks worth of groceries delivered when we got there. Loved this home, would definitely rent again.

We had everything we needed! We loved the pool and this house is so close to the beach, it made things easy. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at this house again in the future. Our only suggestion is to make the outdoor shower or rinse off area more accessible and better lighting for night swims!

Second time staying here. Close to the beach . Pool was amazing and clean. Upgraded patio furniture was a nice surprise Loved the outside shower and gas grill. Master, Queen and bunks bedrooms and bedding were great. Twin beds and bedding were a little worn. Otherwise just a beautiful house and so worth it. Thanks for the use of the beach toys for the littles as we didn’t have room to pack much.

I grew up in Pensacola and return often to see family and friends. This is the third beach house we have visited, and so far my favorite! It was exactly as described - clean, appliances and plumbing in good working order, nice pool, close to beach, master bedroom on main floor, attractive, well maintained. The furniture and grills were very nice. My husband and I were the only occupants, except for a friend who stayed one night with us. We are on a mission to find the perfect place on Pensacola Beach for an annual visit. This ranks highly. We discovered an excellent seafood place - the Shrimp Basket - away from the crowds. My husband went surf fishing and I collected lots of shells to remind me of this visit. I lived in Pensacola from 1954 to 1992 and have watched the beach change. It is looking very good now, a great place to vacation! The manager was friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning next year to Paradise Beach Homes.

This was the perfect place for our purposes--a week long family holiday. Great location on a quiet street that is a 3 minute walk to the beach. Three bedrooms (master down and two up) plus a curtained off loft overlooking the main living area (furnished with three futons that acts as a fourth bedroom). Main living area is large and well furnished. Kitchen/dining room is a bit cramped, but functional. All bedrooms well furnished. One full bath upstairs, one large master bath, and 1/2 bath downstairs. Back wrap-around deck is well furnished and very nice. Pool area is nice. Easy access to two car garage was very convenient and appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very please with the staff from Paradise Beach Homes and with the beach houses. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. Only one block from the beach. House was clean and decorated so beautifully. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely book this house on future visits to Florida. Pool was fantastic. I would mention the BBQ grill in your advertisements as we were unsure ahead of time. We enjoyed the pier, parasailing and dolphin boat ride. We also saw the Blue Angels and toured the fort. Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant was great.

I have never rented a home before for vacation. I am so glad my daughter picked Paradise Rental at Pensacola Beach, FL. It was wonderful. The check in was so easy even late at night. Place was amazing. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

my family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The pool was great when we didn't feel like going to the beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking, sleeping etc. They even had blow up mattresses if we needed them. I would definitely stay here again.

Every summer I take several trips to Flordia and I have to say that this one is by far the BEST! My daughter loved the pool so much! we had the ocean on one side and the bay on the other, but neither of us wanted to leave the pool! I will definitely be coming back next year. Hopefully sooner!! So BEAUTIFUL!!!

Check in was smooth. House was as advertised. Pool was very nice and plenty of space in the house. AC worked great which was important as the temp and humidity were high. Easy walk to the beach and the extra boogie boards and pool floats made the kids happy. No waiting! Far enough from the high rises so beach was never crowded but close enough to boardwalk approx 2 miles to drive easy or bike/ walk if desired. Deck overlooking pool was delightful for evening meals or reading. Only two minor complaints were lack of deck swing (would have been nice) and very limited view of ocean or sound (would love a roof deck). WOULD DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN!

Overall, a great experience for everyone in our group. The house was clean and well kept. My only complaint was that when we checked in on MOnday, the pool needed to be cleaned, that didn't happen until Thursday. We could not swim in it until after that.

Overall the stay was very nice, we had friends stop by which added to the great stay. The overall condition of the property was good, it could use some TLC, pool filter never ran, surround sound did not work and speaker falling down. Garage door would not operate. The deck and views were amazing, closeness to the beach and overall atmosphere was very tranquil. It was an amazing stay and would definitely rent the house and use Paradise Beach Homes again!!!!!!

We LOVED this house and will be back! The pictures online do not do it justice as renovations have recently been done. We loved having a private pool and being a short walk away from the beach! The air situation down stairs was noticeable (hotter than upstairs) but we were prepared and brought our box fan so it wasn't that bad. The floors were a little dirty, but we cleaned them ourselves. The pool was dirty when we got there from previous storms but someone came out the same day to clean it. One recommendation that I would suggest for families with children staying is to have baby gates for the stairs. Other than that this place quickly felt like home and we will definitely be staying here again!!

We loved the house. Very homey but had a great deck and pool area to hang out on. The rooms were good, and it was in a good location.

We were a group of 11 plus a baby. Everybody slept well, even the two who took the couch in the large living room. The kitchen was well equipped. Except for the cable and internet going down on a big football weekend, the stay was very pleasant.

We had a great time during our stay there. It was very relaxing and the house was great. It was nice to have a swimming pool in the back for us to enjoy. Our grand kids loved everything about it. We would be happy to stay there again. It was close to the beach so we could walk to it.
