What could be better than stepping out your back door directly onto the sugar white sandy beaches of Navarre Beach? That's one of the many reasons Pelican Jack's, a luxurious 5 bedroom/5.5 bath beachfront home, is the perfect vacation destination.
Balconies on each floor provide the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or favorite afternoon cocktail.
The 4,200 square foot house sleeps 15 comfortably. The top floor master bedroom has 1 King with a balcony and full private bath with walk-in shower. Next to the master bedroom is the first guest bedroom offering 1 Queen with balcony access, and a full private bath with walk-in shower. Down the hall is the second guest bedroom with 1 Queen. The third guest bedroom has 1 twin bunk bed, (top and bottom) and 1 separate twin bed. These two bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo. Just one floor down is the main living area where you will find the fourth guest bedroom with 1 Queen and full private bath with stand-alone shower. The living room offers a large, comfortable Queen sleeper sofa with a 1/2 guest bath just at the base of the stairs. On the bottom level of the home is a second living area with 1 Queen sleeper sofa, private bath with stand-alone shower, and large flat screen TV.
At the end of a sun soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone, with flat screen TVs in every bedroom and throughout the home. Most bedrooms even offer USB wall sockets for charging your electronics without unplugging lamps or clocks! The gourmet kitchen features a large island, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Perfect for cooking delicious meals for the whole family! Spread out the cards or board games for a night of family fun at the large kitchen table or grab a drink at the wet bar and head outside to fire up the gas grill for afternoon and evening cookouts. Pelican Jack’s didn’t disappoint- even though the weather did. Watching the storms over the gulf was amazing! The wind whipped the water into whitecaps, all watchable from the dining table. On the good days, we watched dolphins party.
The large house was great for all our visitors-lots of places to be together and apart. The kitchen was fully equipped. There were several seafood feasts served family style.
This was our second year at Pelican Jack’s. We love the location. The house is perfectly situated to hear and see the ocean. The management company communicated well and reacted quickly. And yes, we booked again for next year!

Our 7th year in Navarre with a great group of friends. Our 2nd year in this house. It fits our group so we will be back. However there were a couple of maintenance issues . The no hot water in one shower was fixed promptly. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken and not usable for our we had to wash dishes on vacation. No ideal.

We in Pelican Jacks. There was 4 generations in our group from my elderly parents to my 4 month old grandson. This house accommodated us all. We had plenty of room to all spread out but also the main floor was big enough to allow us to all be together. We had 10 people in all. The management company was great to work with. Great location with beautiful beach. 14 of us and we were not crowded. The elevator was essential for our elderly parents. Appliances were good except for the grill. It was falling apart. Overall great experience.

Pelican Jack’s accommodated our party of 10 wonderfully. The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. I love the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining room. My favorite thing was sitting on the third floor balcony every morning taking in the beautiful sights and sounds of the ocean. We did kill a few water bugs, but I guess that can be expected being so close to the ocean. We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. We look forward to coming back very soon.

We had a wonderful experience. Everything we needed was available on the premises. There was so much room in the house to spread out and also the large gathering area was perfect. We celebrated by sister's 80th birthday with a total of 14 guests. The elevator was key to her mobility. The icemaker on site was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and organized. The view was magnificent. I would highly recommend this property to all my friend and family. Cathy Calloway (rental contact) was professional, friendly and accommodating. We had 3 nights as a family reunion and 2 good days on the beach. Two evening meals nearby at TC' s Front Porch and Broussard's Bayou Grill - both good food and atmosphere. Comfortable house and accommodation provided a very welcome break.

Home is very nice. An issue with 2nd floor AC came up & as soon as we notified our contact, it was taken care of. We cook a lot & brought grocery items in. The kitchen pantry was locked & marked for owners, so there was no where to put what good didn’t go in the fridge. We had to shuffle stuff around to be able to prep & cook. Kitchen is fully equipped.That certainly was not a deal breaker & we would consider staying here again. Bonus: ice machine on lower level, bar area with drink fridge, good WiFi & elevator access for our elderly.

Pelican Jack was spacious and perfectly located. Paradise homes was extremely patient with numerous questions pre arrival. All concerns were immediately addressed. Great vacation! one drawback was limited dining seated, considering that home slept 16 but only had dining for 8 inside.

This was our 2nd time staying at Pelican Jack's & this time was even more lovely than the last! We had amazing weather, not a single jellyfish or piece of seaweed, big crashing waves on some days & relaxing calm waters on others. Where do we start? This house is absolutely AMAZING!!! Definitely family oriented, in design & functionality. More than enough space for our family of 7. We even had room for more. The views are SPECTACULAR! This home exceeded our expectations...HANDS DOWN! Because of this home and the nature of our visit, we have decided to make it our "Harris Family" tradition to return to this home every year. Our mini paradise in Navarre, FL.

Roomy. Very neat. Kitchen well stocked. Excellent bathrooms....amount was perfect. Elevator was very helpful. Besides the kitchen freezer.....2 more ice makers provided.
The rental company was great. We need to call them for two things, and they were resolved immediately.
