This home can best be described as an updated beach cottage. It started life as an unassuming block beach house but has gone through multiple additions and upgrades to become the beautiful modern beach cottage you see today.
This home has a master suite with king bed and private master bath. Bedroom 2 has two full beds and private bath. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have one queen bed and share a hall bath. The kitchen is beautifully updated with granite counter tops and upgraded appliances. The living area is a warm and inviting space great for family gatherings.
The back yard is fenced with deck space for grilling or dining. The roof top deck is a great place for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails with a view of the Gulf. This home is also pet friendly so don't leave behind your best friend. 105 Ariola is located within walking distance to shopping, dining and anything "Pensacola Beach".

We had a great time staying at 105 Ariola drive. The location is right across the street to the beach and walking distance to everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked and the top and lower deck were used often!

The house was great! The house was clean and comfortable. Every appliance worked perfectly. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each others company. The beach is directly across the street from the Gulf. The grandkids had a blast on the beach. We have one wheelchair bound family member and this single story house was perfect! I have rented other properties from Paradise Beach Rentals and have always experienced a polite and professional experience. Looking forward to next year!

Great old Pensacola Beach cottage with updated furnishings on the inside. Not on the beach but literally steps away. Great quiet neighborhood, but close enough to all restaurants and stores. Large deck on top for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Loved our stay at this beach cottage. Will definitely be back!!!

We had an exceptional time with friends and family due to the close proximity to the beach (25 steps) and the privacy/amenities the cottage offered. Having a fenced in, wrap around deck walk was perfect for our pug. The upper deck was amazing at night for sky watching and catching up. Being in walking distance to so many things was a huge plus especially having a restless teenager. Overall we were extremely happy with our time @ 105 Ariola.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the short walk to the beach. Just a few suggestions, the internet was slow and the tv kept buffering making it near impossible to watch tv in the evening. Also a nice non stick skillet would have been lovely. Thank you

The house itself was clean and offered plenty of room for all my relatives. There were not many other options that had so many beds/bathrooms on the beach side of Santa Rosa Island for such an affordable rate. Everything was better than we could've hoped and even better than the pictures describe. 10/10 would stay again.

For our family of 5 and 2 small dogs, this house was perfect. We walked to the beach everyday and never got sand in our car. Lots and lots of space! Huge closets, plenty of room in each bedroom, and the bathrooms were the perfect size. Very clean, lots of bath towels, very well stocked kitchen, and the location was spot on. We loved this little hidden gem. The pictures make this house seem small but there is a lot of space! We loved this house so much we tried to book this for the summer but guess others have discovered this cute house. All booked up! Unlike Destin, this area is not huge or crowded. The beach is clean and easy to get around the local area. The publix store is very close and offers good customer service. We saw a lot of people walking and using the little cute 2 seater cars to get around. Perfect for a quiet family beach get away. Without all the business of all the shopping and traffic from the tourist. Book this for next summer if you can!

This beach rental was enjoyed by the whole family including the furry ones! The size was perfect giving everyone in our 5 person group their own room with ample space, comfortable beds and some with private attached bathrooms and entry/exits from the house. We enjoyed the view, easy beach access, and close location to all restaurants, shops, cute cafes and nightlife. The beach like decor was tasteful and cheery! We really appreciated the enclosed backyard for our dogs and even used the rooftop deck for morning yoga sessions and evening Pina Colada sessions-LOL. Our family had the perfect vacation and reunion with our son who is stationed at NAS Pensacola. We will be back!! Thank you friendly staff!!

The house was perfect right across from the walkover to the beach. The yard was Pet perfect!! Was VERY PLEASED with the home. Would recommend this home to anyone with no more than 8-10 in a group. Our only 2 things we would have liked to have been better was the TV in Bedroom 3 was unable to get cable connection. The second item is the WiFi password did not work. We just used our own internet on phone.
All in all it was a great place.

Overall great. Great location very homey and comfortable. There were lots of sugar ants in all rooms and no WIFI and one TV didn't work. There was supposed TB WiFi and 3 TV's. Other than that we really enjoyed the stay an would consider going back.
