We had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids this year on our annual Labor Day the Retreat. The house is perfect for a large family with easy access to the beach. House was well appointed and we especially liked that the Barbeque grill was is good working order. We had perfect weather and already planning next year’s Labor Day Holiday.

Some of my besties and our families celebrated our 20 year class reunion here and it was perfect! So close to a beautiful, not crowded beach! An awesome pool and pool area! 2 refrigerators, 2 coffee pots, the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental, an ice machine, nice parking for 4 cars….it was perfect ! Pensacola has several great restaurants 5 minutes from this house! We loved this area and this house!

There was 12 of us over 60 so the elevator was very handy. The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of pots and pans.Beds were comfortable. Each room has its own control for AC and heat and we loved that.Pool was super nice.Easy access to the beach from the pool area.Only down side is there are a lot of steps since the house is built on pillars but I would still stay here again. We loved it and had a wonderful times with good friends.

all over the country and met at this beach house. It was clean, convenient to the beach, had an elevator which we absolutely needed having one in a wheelchair. Couldn’t get it to work on our arrival but someone came and fixed it within minutes. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

We've stayed at Ariola 204 for the past several years and absolutely love this place. We had a problem with the dishwasher and the AC but the property management had both fixed pronto! Our only "wish" for a more enjoyable stay would be new mattresses as in all rooms (even with the mattress toppers) the beds trench.

This was the nicest house my family has rented. All interior amenities were very updated with top of the line kitchen appliances. Location was ideal being close to places to eat and with very close walkout beach access to an almost private beach.
We rented in March so only room for improvement would be a pool heater.

Absolute wonderful experience renting and staying at 204 Ariola. The house was gorgeous, spacious and the views are second to none. We enjoyed are stay and made good use of the pool and hot tub in the evening hours. Close to bars/ restaurants and all the attractions Pensacola Beach has to offer. My family of 16 had a great vacation I. Pensacola beach. The house was perfect for my family the boys had the bunk room the girls had the cute double beds with their own bathroom. All the couples had great beds with there own bathroom. That is very important when staying in a house together. The best part was waking and having coffee on the porch looking at the ocean. It was a short walk and was easy going back and forth to the beach. The pool was great for before and after the beach. The kitchen was great well stocked for our needs. I did leave our coffee grinder so if you like to grind your coffee beans they probably have one now. It was a great time one of our best would Love to go back. Thank you for sharing your home with my family!

For the most part, the rental was excellent. Everything worked and the property was in very good condition when we arrived. The location is great and if you want to isolate like we did it is excellent to be able to do that. The only criticism that I can offer is that we did see a couple of roaches on the property.

Upper level had a separate bedroom with 2 beds and private bath. The bunk room doesn't have its own bathroom so the kids will have to go into the 2nd master or the other 2 bed room, so plan accordingly.
Only issue was with the wifi but not sure if it was a property issue or regional issue, the wifi went out every day around mid morning through late afternoon. Management was helpful.
We'll definitely be back, home is great for 12-16 people.

Beach access and beach location was great, not busy and had plenty of room to spread out. Easy walk back to the pool area if you needed something.
Pool area has plenty of room for you to spread out and the hose/shower is a great way to clean off after the pool or beach.
Main level, the master was very spacious and the noise from the family room wasn't too loud. The other 2 bedrooms with separate baths were located by the laundry room and were good sized. The extra fridge in the laundry is nice for drinks and extra food. the w/d was huge!
Upper level had a separate bedroom with 2 beds and private bath. The bunk room doesn't have its own bathroom so the kids will have to go into the 2nd master or the other 2 bed room, so plan accordingly.

If you've got a big family or a big group of friends, this is the house for you. The bedrooms are comfortable and the common area is big enough for everyone. After a day at the beach, the pool is very refreshing. The house is walking distance to restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay!

We rented this home for the week of Christmas for a gathering of relatives. There were 10 of us, including 2 children. It was just lovely - we paid extra to heat the pool, and the kids loved it. The kitchen is amazing. We cooked every night, and had everything we needed. Even with so many people, we never felt crowded - plenty of space for all!

We had such a great stay! The home was clean and in great condition. The pool was easily the largest in the area and fabulous! We were glad to have a 2nd fridge in the laundry room and the ice machine was well used! Laundry is oversized. We were far enough from the hotels that we never felt like the beach was crowded, but were close enough to all the amenities in town that we could get anywhere we wanted quickly. Kitchen was well stocked with at least 4 sets of dishes and silverware. Outside shower was really helpful in trying to limit sand in the house and in the pool. We were so happy with the home, property management group, and area in general. Will definitely be back next year.

This beach house was amazing from the decor, design, setup, location, perfect view of the beach, the pool, plenty of seating, comfy beds, large showers, fully stocked kitchen of all needed items for cooking/grilling, extremely clean, very well-maintained, great hammock, awesome boardwalk to the sand dune, lighting, WIFI, great parking, HUGE washer and dryer, amazing indoor ice machine which made Sonic style ice, and easy to talk to and quick response time from the rental company. Our only complaint is that we could not use the Jacuzzi since there was no heat hooked up to it yet. That was a big disappointment for my family, as we were very much looking forward to that amenity. Other than that, we were more than pleased and hope to rent this property again in the near future! The owners have wonderful taste and we could tell just how much work was put into designing this beautiful beach house. We simply did not want to leave! This rental is perfect for multiple families! We never felt cramped at all. Seems as though the owners thought of every little detail! Our family and friends enjoyed eating at Crabs and Red Fish Blue Fish, and playing Putt Putt next to Crabs. We also enjoyed the band on the beach Tuesday night. Our kids loved parasailing and paddle boarding through Key Sailing Company. They were very professional and helpful and easy to locate. We all loved the Castaway Boardwalk. It's not big at all, but it has some great music, live bands and places to go dancing. Overall this was the best vacation so far!

What a wonderful property - enough space for all of our family. The pool area is wonderful. Close to the beach also. The only downfall with this property we could find was not being able to use the pantry or the elevator. Other than that is was beautiful and would stay here again.
We did have some cleaning issues - which we reported to the Management Company and they were corrected promptly.

The place was an absolute paradise! The view was spot on. We loved having 2 refrigerators and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. I only had one complaint and that was the fact that we couldn't use the hot tub. I was told that it was not advertised as a heated pool but, I feel a picture is advertisement. I would still highly recommend this place. Just don't have any expectations of sitting in the hot tub in the evenings.

We booked this home at the last minute after losing a previous reservation. The home is easy to find, close to town, and very clean and nice. The kitchen is awesome to cook in, well stocked, plenty of room, etc. It doesn't have a regular coffee pot though, only a keurig single serve. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, the home has wifi, nice washer and dryer with a 2nd refrigerator in the utility room. There is a view of the ocean from the balcony and living area. The fenced yard down stairs is great for kids, with a pool that has a tanning ledge the full length of the pool down 1 side. The deepest part is around 5+ ft. Kids can't touch bottom but adults can. The hot tub is nice but no heat. We called to find out how to turn it on and they said it's just a water feature. Which was kind of a disappointment because that had been one of the main things I was looking forward to. But overall the stay was still very nice, a short walk to the beach, and plenty of room for the 12 of us (6 adults and 6 kids). I would recommend it, just don't set yourself up for disappointment expecting a hot tub.
We had a great time staying at Areola 204!!! The beach was beautiful and not crowded, great restaurants close by, the best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in, plenty of linens, 2 fridges, 2 coffee pots and a beautiful pool/outdoor fire pit area! We had 4 families (celebrating our 20 year class reunion) and could not have been happier with this rental. Paradise beach homes was very responsive and great to work with. Pensacola beach is our new favorite....water and beach as pretty as Destin but without the crowds!
