Incredible renovations and upgrades just completed on this house!
Great 3 bedroom/2 bath home just across the street from the beach and Gulf! Sleeps 10, with king in master, king in 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin over full bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom.
Over 1500 sq ft of deck space on 4 decks, each with water views. House is on pilings with storage room and covered space under house. Main floor consists of an open concept living/dining/kitchen (kitchen has Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers), a full bath, laundry, and the master bedroom with large walk-in closet. There are two covered decks off of the main living area with gulf and sound views.
Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. Each bedroom has French doors leading out to a deck with gulf and sound views. At the top of the stairs, there is yet another large open deck with gulf and sound views. Bunk room has a mini-refrigerator, sink and Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker.

We were lucky enough to be able to book this property for the Pensacola Air Show and it was the perfect location. It was 15 steps from the beach entrance and had 4 outdoor decks that allowed us to enjoy sunrises, sunsets and the air show from the comfort of the house. Parking was good as you could squeeze 3 cars in the driveway— 2 cars in shade under the house & 1 in the sun. The amenities at the house were good and more than enough for a 3-4 day stay. Very clean overall and plenty of seating in the common space. The only cons I have of the house were: 1) No ceiling fans in any room, 2) all bathroom doors were pocket doors—not the best for privacy, 3) the patios on the first level of the house were not protected from weather even though there was a patio above (I.e. did not have something to keep the rain from coming through) and 4) had to go to an office .5 mi away to pick up/drop keys …minor inconveniences for this great location!

This is a fabulous beach home. It is not beachfront but.... driveway to sandy beach access is less than 15 steps. There are 4 wonderful decks with views of the gulf and sound any time of day. Each one offers a special something.
The house is beautiful and spacious. My hot-natured family would prefer ceiling fans over the chandeliers— I disagree....the light fixtures were lovely!
This area of Pensacola Beach is ideal to us. Easy access to beach. Friendly roads for walking or cycling. Short distance by car or bike to restaurants.
We throughly enjoyed our time at Ariola 311....another great property from Paradise Beach Homes.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Ariola 311. The property was just as pictured and the beach was beautiful. It was nice being close to restaurants and shopping but away from the crowded hotel beaches. We would definitely recommend this property.

Location was awesome. Rental company was very professional and easy to work with. Mostly clean but there was some dog hair in the corners of the bedroom and laundry room. One suggestion is to add some more lighting on the front stairs. Overall a great time- we would rent again!
