About
This lovely home sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Its large lot size and position on the turn in the road give it the feeling of being the only house on the block. Light and bright, it offers six-bedrooms and four-full bathrooms spread out over 2,921', comfortably accommodating up to 15 people.
The front steps lead up to a beautiful entry, wood floors and open floor plan. The spacious kitchen is well laid out with a large prep island and ice maker. The living/dining area is generous and comfortable with table seating for 10. A sun room with more seating and a second flat screen TV has double doors opening to the first bedroom. This bedroom has one king and has its own bathroom. In the hall is the second bathroom with a large vanity. This bathroom services bedroom 2 which has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a double bed on the bottom. Bedroom 4 has two queen beds and shares and Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedrooms 5 has 1 king and bedroom 6 has a queen bed, and they also share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and offer beautiful views from the Gulf side deck. This covered deck runs the length of the house and has plenty of tables and chairs for relaxing.
Under the house is covered parking for up to six cars. There is also a privacy enclosure with picnic table and stairs leading up to the porch area. This is the perfect family vacation home with its many game tables and seating areas, and is just a short car or bike ride from restaurants, shopping, and beach nightlife. Gas barbecue grill.

Perfect home , near everything , steps to the beach , has everything you need there , very roomy , only thing missing is a walk way to the beach instead of a hill , but we love this property

Great experience once we weee there. Paradise beach rental was awesome - VRBO not so much. Why does it cost more to rent thru VRBO? And then BRBo doesn’t send the $ it collects to Paradise quickly to hold the spot. Thank goodness for Paradise checking my age or we would not know and lost the reservation even after putting up a credit card deposit
The only recommendation would be some type of shelf or pantry. Every cabinet had things in it so we had to rearrange things when we got there in order to not have food on the counter (a lot of food for 12 people)

Unfortunately, a lot of people are not aware that you can rent the same properties using local rental companies rather than using VRBO as a go-between. VRBO charges those extra high fees just for using their website and they are exorbitant! We have tried to let our guests know to just book directly through us to save them a lot of money but we can't reach everyone. And unfortunately, we have to still use VRBO to get to the guests that don't know how to find us. We're SO glad to hear that you know about this now though. We appreciate your feedback as well and I will send this review to the Owner Relations Manager to discuss with the owner. I think a pantry would definitely be helpful as well. Our family of 8 fit very comfortably in this home. We loved the access to the beach, the views and the porch. Communication and directions from Paradise were clear and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, pretty and close to a downtown area with the pier.

The views are amazing and the location is so close to the beach. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 14. Great enclosure underneath to keep all of our beach gear for the week. Only a few things needed: more cooking utensils in the kitchen, need to bring own spices (maybe add this to the list of not provided), stairs and railings need some attention for safety reasons, door locks with a passcode would be more convenient than actual keys.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home located right on the Gulf and in a fantastic location. We were in Pensacola Beach for a wedding and winging ceremony for my nephew and we were able to house our family and then more after they left their rented homes.

We recently rented this house for a family reunion and it was great. We split the family between two houses and this is where the older generation stayed. It was right on the water so perfect to enjoy the beach. It hasn't been updated but it was fine for a couple of days. Not great for just couples but great for several families.

The house was fabulous. Plenty of room for 15 golden girls. The most surprising part was how well insulated the walls were. Some ladies went to bed earlier than others and weren’t disturbed by the noisy night owls. Everything perfect

We really loved this house. The lay out is great for our large family. My only complaint is that the furniture in the den is not comfortable at all, it is more like outdoor furniture.
We would love to book again for next summer but the only thing stopping us is the den furniture. Please let us know if it will be replaced.

Our Annual trip to surf fish for Pompano at Pensacola Beach was a great success this year.

This is the second time our large family stayed at this house, which is steps from the beach. It had the feeling of home and plenty enough room for us all to be comfortable, even when we had to stay in a few days because of a tropical storm. Everything was in good working order, except the iron, which they replaced for us with no problem. The icemaker was very convenient and all the room downstairs for all of our beach stuff. We had a great time and will rent this house again in the future.

My family gathered from near and far to meet us at the beach house for my big birthday. We all were so happy to see what a nice house it was. Very clean, plenty of kitchen items available. All bedrooms have at least one double bed, which is what we needed, since there were no children in our group.

This home is amazing! The view is perfect! We stayed here with family and friends for our beach wedding and I couldn't be more pleased with the size and look of this house. It came with everything you would need extra pillows and blankets. It had every pan and utensils you would need in the kitchen. I have no complaints and I can't wait to stay in this house again.

On the upside: you can't get a better spot on the beach--beautiful views of the ocean, quiet and serene location, spacious and clean home. On the downside: the entire house smelled overwhelmingly like bleach for the first 24 hours or so--be sure to open a few windows so you don't get a headache. But it was very very clean! On the downer side: no master bedroom (no king bed), no baths, and all beds had the same dormitory-level mattresses. Overall experience: if location is your priority, this is the one for you. If comfort is your priority, keep shopping.

Overall, the stay was fine. House is nice and open. The only issues we had were sound carrying throughout the house, so when a dishwasher is running or a washing machine is going, everyone is aware and hot water being available for all 11 guests was an issue.
Definitely going back!

We loved everything about our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The location was great. The booking process was easy. The staff was nice and helpful. The only negative thing about our stay was not having a wooden walkway to the beach so it was tiring for some of us to go to and from the beach. Not a big deal but I think next time we're gonna go for a beach house on the same beach that has one.

We were all pleasantly surprised to see how nicely the rooms were organized and of course it was great to be directly on the Gulf. I would suggest changing out the gas grill as it looked pretty dirty. The kitchen was adequate for all and the porch on the back came in handy for relaxing and enjoying the view. Overall, I would do it again!

This was our second time at this house. Love location and layout but felt it was not as clean. Carpets in some bedrooms were dirty and ottoman in living room and some chairs in dining room had stains. Ice maker broken like last year but staff accommodating to pay for ice. Kitchen needs some sharp knives and a knife sharper, frustrating trying to cut veggies! Thanks

We spent an amazing week with 4 generations of our immediate family, from 19 months old to 89 years young. The proximity to the Gulf's edge was perfect, the views from the wall of windows were spectacular (watching the dolphins frolicking while sipping morning coffee is something everyone should get to experience!), the house was immaculately spotless upon arrival(great job, Carly!). Everything was perfect, the most relaxing vacation I've taken in my 56 years, and we hope to return soon.

It was a good stay and the house had a good layout to it! Started off with the icemaker not working and had to wait for that to be replaced. Then the washer went out on us on Tuesday morning and did not get repaired until Thursday! We were given extra towels to hold us over and that was nice. Overall, I think everyone enjoyed their stay!

Overall, our stay was fantastic. The house was very comfortable and family friendly. My only complaint is that there were two minor maintenance issues we had trouble resolving. The first was a broken curtain in a room that faced the beach which was a little disappointing since it took away the beach view. Although someone came out to look at it right away, it was never fixed. The second was the smoke alarms were beeping loudly due to low batteries. We called, but no one was sent out until late the next day. This made for an annoying night as we could not reach the smoke alarms 12+ feet up. These were minor issues but they could have been handled better.
Love this house. We have been return guests for 5 years and are already booking for next year. Whenever we have had an issue, very prompt attention has ben paid so as to not interrupt our stay.
Everything is great about this house except the grill, oh how I wish a new grill would be purchased. There are no bowls and over the years the larger serving platters have gone. We recognize the knives we have purchased and left over the years as well as other kitchen utensils, but a new blender will be needed soon. Small suggestions of an otherwise perfect house.
