Floor plan was really awesome. Was nice to have central gathering area. Plenty of comfortable and relaxing seating. Also appreciate the time and professionalism of the staff at Paradise Beach Rentals. First reservation had to be cancelled due to sale of property. The staff was immediately apologetic and very accommodating. Thank you so much for your professional abilities to resolve any issues!!

Wonderful family time, lots of room for 13. Nice home does need a little maintenance. Well supplied kitchen and plenty of seating for eating and also in the gathering area. Beautiful view.

We had 22 family members in this home for a week. Gulf view was fantastic. The layout with number of bedrooms all with distinct baths was excellent for our needs. Living/dining/kitchen area was big enough and stocked and furnished well for the large group. We parked 9 vehicles under cover. A/C and ceiling fans worked great! Management company responded quickly to minor issues and brought us ice daily as the only ice maker was broken. Home needed more wine glasses and better refrigerators with functioning ice makers. We would return to this property.

The location and beach view was fantastic. The layout of the house was great for a large extended family, but the house needs maintenance.

The house was beautiful and spacious! Plenty of room for all of our wedding party. Staff was amazing, so thoughtful in their welcome bag. The house fixtures are slightly outdated, not enough hot water for showers, several sliding door were very difficult to open and close but were able to be looked over. We were very pleased with the house for our wedding, it was beautiful in every way for pictures!!

I wanted a place that would comfortably accommodate my five grown kids, their partners, and my 3 grandchildren. With 6 bedrooms and 6 baths this was the perfect choice. I loved being right on the gulf with a huge panoramic view through the living room window. The kitchen was prepared for large numbers of people, with two coffee pots, plenty of silverware, and lots of plates and cups. My one complaint was that there were no coffee filters anywhere, and I arrived in the early evening, too tired to drive into Gulf Breeze to buy some. We all enjoyed the comfortable seating in the spacious living room. It really was perfect.

Best vacation and wedding I could have imagined! Our home was directly on the gulf with beautiful white-sand and aqua water. Perfect location for a beach wedding. Everyone of our guests were in awe. Home was beautiful! A few maintenance issues but not serious enough to call the very friendly staff at Paradise Beach homes. We plan on making this location our annual vacation spot!

The management company was easy to work with and very professional. Beautiful, very large house with gorgeous views. The only complaint I have is that the house needed some maintenance (several areas with holes in the walls, area rugs badly stained, etc)

It was great EXCEPT we had no internet for the 4 days we stayed at the rental. We reported problems to Paradise Beach Homes & the vendor. They came out on Fri., identified the problems & we never saw them again. The oven was a mess & the temperature control over 350 degrees didn't work properly. The house was very comfortable, open & worked great for 11 people. We all had our own bed/bathrooms & the living room/kitchen area was very spacious. We are looking at possibly returning next year!

The house was perfect for the event we had there. The open area underneath and the open floor plan in the house was great. There are some cosmetic issues that need to be seen to inside and outside. The fuse box underneath the house should probably be redone. The salt water/air has started to become an issue.

I couldn't be anymore pleased!! Wonderful view, all the amenities that I needed and the staff was super friendly. I had my wedding on the beach and this beach house was the perfect spot!! Thank you Paradise Beach Homes!!

The home worked out well for our family who had gathered from all over the country for a family member's memorial service. Plenty of room for adults and children. However we found that the house had not been cleaned very well when we arrived. There was lots of dust, and lint under all the furniture and the kitchen counters were far less than clean. We learned shortly before time to move in that our original rental was not available. This created serious stress during a time of bereavement.

Size and location right on Gulf were perfect for family celebration. Kitchen accommodated multiple cooks, although none of us were familiar with stove type. Oven was a problem. Could use a few larger cooking pots.Good overall. Good layout.

I rented this home for my daughters wedding. There was ample space for the bridal party. And underneath the home was perfect for reception. And just a few steps away for the beach.

Greeted by a huge bug the evening we arrived. I watched for it the rest of the week and was very careful where and how I left food out or on counters. Never saw it again.
Not really a fan of window air conditioners.
There was no lounge chair on the deck to lie flat on back or stomach. That is where I usually stay.
Stayed here 5 years ago and this year and I would have no problem staying again.
However, I stayed at 304 Ariola 3 times in between and I personally feel it is nicer and has a cleaner feel.
A feature that is high on my list is the glass railing around the deck which 304 has.
I only mention 304 because the cost is approx. 15% - 25% less to stay in than 900. I was very surprised at that as I thought it would be the reverse. That is a lot of difference for me to pay for our family of three people. $6000 plus is a chunk of our income and I have paid more than that depending on the time of year.
I would recommend 900 to anyone and I may be privileged enough to stay there again. My comments are not meant to be negative to 900 but my own personal observations for little things that might make it even better. I assume that is why you ask for reviews.
I thank the owners and the professionals at Paradise for the allowing us the privilege to get away from the real world for 6 or 7 days. Have a wonderful life!!!

We loved the ample parking space, covered porch, a/c that worked well, good beds, 2 coffee makers, 2 refrigerators, Boardwalk, beautiful views, and plenty of eating space. However, we felt the house was not as clean as it needed to be. The large walk in shower had a lot of mildew in it, a couple of toilets were not cleaned well, the windows were dirty. A maintenance person was called to replace the overhead light bulb in the kitchen which he did, but he never came back to replace the bulbs in the lights over the countertops. We do a lot of cooking so we would have liked to have a colander, some lids that actually fit the pots, and a large skillet. Also, 2 people fell at the same exact place on the stairs. We recommend painting the last step before you get to the landing where the refrigerator is. The ventilation fans in several of the bathrooms didn't work either. Overall though we had a wonderful stay and have already booked this house for next year. We sincerely hope that this review will be helpful in making next year even better!

Our extended family stayed at 900 Ariola the 2nd full week of July. We had stayed at the house next door in our previous visit so we at least knew what this house looked like. For our large family group the 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms were just what we needed. The kitchen/dining/great room was large,open and had a killer view out to the gulf. The deck was equipped with lots of chairs and a table. Under the house in shaded comfort were more chairs and another table. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, it could use a few more large pots and some mixing bowls. Plenty of plates and silverware though. The 2nd refrigerator was certainly appreciated. We have stayed yearly in various rental homes on beaches and this compared well. The house could use a little maintenance, several shower drains are running slow, toilet seats with large chips in them and the wireless access was spotty at best, but the management company did send someone out to address that issue. All in all it was a great week and the house was exactly what we needed and the beach, as always was terrific.

The location was fabulous. The house has a mold issue that needs to be addressed behind the laundry and in the master closet. The kitchen needs additional pots/pans, etc. It was very hard to cook for a large group with the items available. Otherwise, great house & great location!

House needs many repairs and updates - some repairs have been made over the years but no improvements to speak of.

We booked this property for a week for our wedding and reception. While it's listed to sleep 20 or so people we were very comfortable with 12. The location was beautiful and perfect for a wedding in the sand behind the house. Overall we loved the house and it was perfect for what we planned. Surprised that there wasn't a single beach towel and the kitchen was a bit lacking in serving platters for such a big group. Also the dishwasher could use replacement, I'm sure this is a very busy property so maintanence is difficult to schedule. Tons of seating and very comfortable, would love to stay here again.

I used this rental as a ceremony & reception venue for my March wedding. It was the perfect location being right off the beach and truly is a beautiful house. The house was clean, orderly & is filled with all household appliances & utensils that you might need! The property management company were extremely friendly and great to work with!

Rob and I really enjoyed our stay at 900 Ariola. It was the perfect place to host our wedding. We filled the six rooms with our families. The six bathrooms were a blessing, especially on our wedding day. We celebrated the wedding on the beach just steps away from the house. Our reception was underneath the house. Once lights were added, it became a beautiful background for our guest to enjoy a night of celebrating.

Pensacola Beach is always beautiful. The white sand, the seashells, the location, the temp! Our only complaint about this property was the general upkeep. Tiles falling off the walls in bathrooms, sliding glass door that didn't slide, exhaust and ceiling fans that didn't work. Hopefully, in the off season, those things can be fixed!

The house was very spacious! We rented the home during our Daughters Wedding week and everyone had a terrific time. The location couldn't have been better. The only thing I would recommend is to provide more large pots/pans and more serving bowls/plates. We had to get our own to accommodate our cooking needs. We would definitely rent again! A BIG Thank You to the staff in the Mgmt. office! You were awesome!

The Manager at Paradise Beach Rentals was awesome! He was very responsive, willing to help with anything, and even visited the property before our wedding to make sure things were taken care of. I was a little disgusted by the shower in the master bathroom. It was incredibly dirty between the tiles and needs to be replaced.

We had an excellent two weeks for a family get-
together

Paradise Beach staff was very helpful when a member of our party needed assistance in receiving legal documents via e-mail and providing a notary. Discussed with Mr. Billingsly concerns for property: No water faucet handles on water faucets down stairs - this was remedied later. Master bathroom shower had mildew and tile missing - we had to buy bleach to clean it ourselves before we could use it. Kitchen was nicely furnished but we had to request additional cookie sheet, hand towels, needs large pots for boiling shrimp, corn, etc. Gas grill was so dirty that grease caught on fire. One bedroom did not appear to have been vacuumed - found food and candy under beds, in closet and in bathroom. Also found two pairs of dirty underwear left by previous renters. Had to wash bath mats ourselves. Many nice improvements made by new owner but more improvements repairs are needed. Sliding glass doors had to be "greased" with Vaseline by one of our party so they would open easily. Banister on stairs going to beach wobbly. Still we love this house, its potential and location - we have been coming to "the beach" for 40 years.

When we arrived there was feces in a toilet upstairs and the lawn furntiure was all knocked over and spread everywhere. There were 3 chairs that were broken and a mess of toys under the stairs. Other than that-the house was in good shape.

The property itself its clean and very warm feeling.
We liked a lot. we can park 8 cars wont be a problem. and very spacious.
overall just like your own home.
LOVED IT.
