This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach cottage offers amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from the upstairs deck. Located just steps to the white sands and emerald green waters, this cottage is perfect for small families. Don't leave Fido behind either -This cottage is pet friendly too! (Small dogs under 35 lbs allowed)
This nicely decorated, beachy cottage sleeps up to 8 people with a King in the master, a Queen and Twin over Twin Bunk Bed in the guest bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Nice TV's in both bedrooms. The open living room, dining and kitchen make this an ideal vacation home to enjoy spending time with everyone. The kitchen has a small bar with several bar stools and the dining area has a large kitchen table. Perfect for dinners together or a fun game of cards! Just outside is a covered area which leads up to the rooftop deck. The back porch also has an outdoor shower for rinsing those sandy feet from your fun day at the beach.

This was a wonderful beach house. Clean, nicely decorated and great close beach access. The kids had a blast playing foosball and hanging out on the upper deck.

Perfect location at Pensacola Beach!! House was very clean and well-maintained. Check in and out was also very quick and easy. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and appliances are new and clean. Bathroom has walk in shower and very clean. Plenty of chairs and seating inside as well as outside and in the crows nest. Plenty of towels, blankets and sheets. The only thing I wish the house had was more hangers in the closets and an iron/ironing board. Would definitely stay here again! Short walk to the beach and plenty of parking in the drive way.

The perfect little house for a small single family of 5 getaway. It was well kept over all and equipped with everything we needed for 5 days. It’s a short walk to the beach access, only 2 houses down to the right side and away but close enough to the busy restaurants/attractions. Paradise Beach Homes provided plenty of towels which we ended up using because the shower leaks from the sides a bit. The grout and caulking in and around the shower door base area need maintenance but we didn’t mention it since it’s the only shower and we needed it to be in service and not being worked on while we were there since grout and caulking need long drying times. Hopefully it gets worked on soon while not in use for the sake of future guests. The only thing I wish I would have looked at closer or that should be added in the description is the laundry room is a small room located outside. It was harder to do laundry that way but we made it work. Good value over all and would stay here again. Thank you :) P.S. We saw plenty of Jellyfish and marine wildlife including a baby shark close to shore and dolphins putting on a show deeper in which to us was beautiful but do be cautious if you decide to take a swim. We decided to just enjoy the water ankle deep. We built sandcastles and painted shells. Shrimp basket and The Grand Marlin were such delicious places to eat. Also Peg leg Pete’s, and the Drift lamb lollipops, bread pudding and Chilean sea bass were on another level!

Our Stay at 310 Avenida 13 stay met all of our expectations. The location was WONDERFUL! The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely updated and the Kitchen has TONS of storage and counter space.

Great location. Very comfortable house for 1 or 2 couples or a family.
We had a great 3 week stay, house was clean, and just steps from the beach! Had an issue with AC, but management company had someone there and had it fixed within an hour. Had stayed here previously and will stay again.
