This spacious ground floor house is hidden among the sand dunes on the Gulf of Mexico at 402 Avenida 14 and has undergone a complete remodel. This home is the only remaining original beach cottage situated directly on the Gulf at Pensacola Beach. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, 1 half bath home is ready for rentals!
You walk directly from the rear of the home to the beach. The house has four good size bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the large living room, with views of the sea oat covered dunes. The deck on the ground floor gives relief from the sun on hot summer days and has a spacious table for outdoor dining or relaxing. A large fenced yard gives plenty of enclosed space.
The house sleeps 10. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with a private bath - comes complete with a soaking tub and a never seen before stand-alone shower connected to an outside rinsing shower. Bedroom 2 has a King and two twin built in murphy bunk beds. These two rooms each have their own bath. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. These two bedrooms share the third bath. The additional half bath off the kitchen, and a separate utility room with washer and dryer.
There is off-street parking for at least eight cars! Bring the whole family and relax in this beautifully remodeled beach cottage on Pensacola Beach!

We needed accommodations that didn’t have stairs. Our party included a two year old, a four year old, and 80 year old grandparents who we did not want navigating up and down stairs. This rental had no stairs and was as close to the beach as anyone could hope to be. The property offered several outdoor sitting areas with plenty of chairs. There was plenty of room in the house to feel like you could still find a little privacy. Everyone agreed that this was the perfect vacation and that we will return in the future.

Perfect, went to destin fla for the last 40 years. Pensacola the last 2 and will continue going to Pensacola. Water was the clearest I've ever seen, no jellyfish or seaweed. House was perfect for our needs.

we are retired and were glad to be able to find this house on Pensacola beach at a reasonable price. Overall everything was pretty good, however one of the bathrooms was not clean when we got there.

Such a warm , clean inviting home. Situated on the ocean surrounded by white sand. Just a few steps to the beach , a clean white sandy beach , not at all crowded as it was just for a few homes , so enjoyable and relaxing. The town trolley picked you up at the end of the street (free) to go to the boardwalk. Just loved our stay.

The check out requirements were a bit over the top, such as have all dishes cleaned and put away (not left in dishwasher)(which is difficult when trying to be out by 10 am), and to water the palm trees. Would also suggest more plastic cups since near the beach and to not have to buy disposable cups to add to the environment. Also, a separate bin for recyclables (in the kitchen) so it encourages that.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The outside is very deceiving. It looks small, old and outdated from the outside, but once inside, it is nice and clean, updated with plenty of space. The upstairs deck is wonderful and has great ocean views. There are 2 spacious bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms, but it worked for our group. I wish one of the bathrooms had a true bath tub but we made it work. There was also a slight problem with the hot water in one bathroom, but it wasn't terrible. Don't let the outside of the house fool you. It's a great place to stay and literally steps from the beach! The location couldn't have been better.

Had a girls trip to the beach. Ten women - fabulous time!! Just be very careful while on lower deck. The deck furniture is attached to the deck with cables and they tend to stick out. Had one guest trip over cable and take a VERY BAD fall. Fortunately only bruising and soreness but could have been much worse. Otherwise, great location, house had everything we needed and the week was wonderful.
Love this house! Absolutely beautiful remodel. Great space to celebrate Thanksgiving with my big family. My only suggestions would be to have some beach chairs/toys and board games available for guests; and check the ceiling fans, they are all on one channel so if you change one, they change all of them.
I would definitely come back to this house again!
