Pride of ownership is immediately evident in this newly remodeled sound view home. BRAND NEW HEATED POOL (Heating of the pool can be done at an additional cost of $85/day.) Pool area also features a raised water feature with jets (Not able to be heated.) This home offers beautiful high end finishes which contribute to the wow factor. You will think you have entered lifestyles of the rich and important when you walk into this home. You enter into the living area, dining area and kitchen which are combined and offer lots of space for the family to congregate. Whether you’re cooking, dining, or watching a ball game on the large wall mounted television you will find the space to be a delightful departure from the ordinary. With lots of windows the space is bright and airy and offers island views in all directions. Don't leave Fido behind! You're four-legged family member is welcome to stay too (with non-refundable pet fee).
There are two bedrooms on the main level which shares an updated bathroom with the common areas. One of the main level bedrooms has a queen over queen bunk bed and the other has a single queen bed. There is a nice porch off the living area of the main level as well as a small balcony on the rear of this level.
The primary bedroom is at the front of the home on the top floor with a king bed, twin sleeper sofa, and luxurious en suite bath. This bedroom also has a private sound facing deck. The second bedroom on the top floor is at the rear of the home. This bedroom has a queen bed, en suite bath and small private balcony.
If you are looking for a home where everything is new and pristine this is it. It even comes with 2 adult bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a beach wagon! With high end finishes and a nice wow factor this home is an ideal spot for you to make family memories that will last a lifetime.

Overall we had an incredible time. The house is beautiful both inside and out, there's a ton of space, and we enjoyed the location. We had many families & many kids in and out throughout our stay and it was well-equipped to handle the chaos!
The house is stocked to the nines. Kitchen is equipped with great pots & pans, the garage area is a nice play area for kids, and the pool/beach needs are all there (wagon, pool floats, you name it). We had plenty of towels, both bath and beach towels, and property was perfectly maintained.
We had many kids with us (all under 5), so the stairs got a little tricky, but there was plenty of space for everyone to play. The open design of the kitchen & living room was perfect for the family to hang together while cooking dinner.
The house is also really close to the beach. It was maybe a 5 min walk to the public beach directly across the main road. We took the wagon many times with the kids and it was easy. The pool was also nice to have (I wish we had it heated for this time of year as it got a little chilly/less enjoyable for adults).

We really enjoyed this home. It was clean and has lots of room for a family of 6. We loved the pool. We rented a golf cart and loaded it up and took all our things to the beach. It was perfect. We rode the golf cart every night to dinner and shopping as well. Highly recommend this property.

The rental is so spacious and clean. I loved that it was stocked with plenty of towels. It even had extra beach towels and beach equipment for us to use. The best part of the house was the pool. They layout of the back yard was amazing. The pool was where the kids wanted to be all the time. We had such a great vacation. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Had a good trip with two families with kids. Only issue was intermittent issues with wifi, but nothing major enough to warrant knocking the review down to 4 stars, just something to note if you are planning to work remotely from here.

The chairs and bar stools are not super kid friendly but everything was pretty.

We loved our time @ 1704 Ensenada Uno. 8 of us spent a week in Pensacola Beach. The house is very comfortable, well designed and equipped to spend time together. It is located on a quiet neighborhood in a lovely cul-de-sac. The pictures clearly represent the effort and caring put to ensure you have a good time. The sound views from the front were relaxing, and the beach, just 2 blocks away, was amazing. Crystal clear water and endless white sand dunes. What else can you ask for? This is now one of our favorites spots on the Emerald Coast! The house has beach chairs and toys, beach towels, coolers and a wagon if needed, which made it very convenient and something less to worry about to just enjoy our time at the beach. There was also a charcoal grill for burgers, hotdogs or steaks. If you want to dine out, local restaurants and bars are a short drive away or you can even hoop on the free trolley which runs from 4pm to midnight. Paradise Beach Homes offers free nights or discounts to make your stay even more pleasant! All in all, you will like the house, enjoy the area and love the price! My family really enjoyed our stay at Ensanada Uno 1704. My husband and I took our 2 teen boys and a few of their friends for a week at the beach. Unfortunately, it rained (POURED) every day we were there. But, the few times we were able to get out, we loved the proximity to the beach and the sound. It was a quiet, pleasant neighborhood and a quick walk across the street to the beach.
The house was great for us, we had a total of 2 adults and 6 teens. The living space was comfortable and the kitchen beautiful as well as fully stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, etc.
The house is remodeled and furnishings are all new- which made the stay even better.
We definitely recommend this home for any beach goer- rainy days and all.

Upon arrival, we were met with a flood in the driveway. We were told there was heavy rain several hours before our arrival. So, beware if it's raining. The picture and description were totally accurate. The property was maintained and clean when we arrived. The management was quite helpful. They gave us information on fishing requirements. I would recommend this property. We found the Trolley quite helpful. It is from 4:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. You can park your vehicle, get on the trolley, go to dinner, go to the beach on the boardwalk. Access to the beach was within walking distance.
