The condo was an excellent choice for my family. With the with the beach outback it was great for the little ones. The condo was stocked well with all amenities needed to stay multiple days. The rooms were large with plenty of room. The downstairs underneath the condo was excellent location to have family gatherings. it was a great week.

This property was amazing!!! We have stayed at different rentals in Penscola and by far this was our favorite. Having the bay in the backyard was what we enjoyed the most, the sunsets were amazing with plenty of space with our group of 7 to watch on the chairs provided. The inside was just as nice with everything there we needed and more. We will definitely be back!!

The home was in a great location, right on the bay and across the street from B26 beach access on coastal side. The man made beach on the property was beautiful, fishing, swimming, kayaking and late night fireside fun. The interior was spacious enough for six adults. Furnished beautifully and the bathrooms, let’s just say “wow high tech luxury”! Only cons: missing some utensils like can opener, hair dryer, and not enough towels. The management team did rectify this once I called. Also a beach wagon would be such a great addition for walking over to beach. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This home was an excellent place to relax and put your feet in the sand. The home was comfy and very modern. Close to all the Pensalcola Beach shops and restaurants but away from all the tourist traffic. We lived staying here.
