On the home's first level, you'll find the living room, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a master suite with king bed, tub and walk-in shower; another bedroom with queen bed, and a hall half bath. Bedrooms on the 2nd level includes another master suite with king bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and lovely partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. The fourth bedroom serves as the perfect kids room, with a set of twin bunks and an additional twin bed and a private full bath with tub.
At the end of a sun-soaked day at the beach, enjoy a relaxing cookout around the saltwater pool (non-chlorinated) - owners have provided a grill for their guest's use. Complimentary wireless internet and flat screen TVs provide entertainment for everyone at the end of the day. House also features convenient outdoor shower. Gas grill. Pet-friendly too!

This is our 2nd year to rent this property. We had issues with the washer and dryer....Kris w/Paradise took care of both....He had 2 brand new units delivered to the house! Now, this is what I call SERVICE! We love the house, location and of course the pool - which was cleaned twice a week during our stay. All the ladies at Paradise were so nice to my were Russell and Kris! We have rented from Paradise for years and of course, we will be back next summer. It's the little extra things and service we truly appreciate. The only thing we might suggest is updating the kitchen and counter space (island).

Great house! Location was perfect. House fit all our needs. Pool was amazing!
A couple suggestions:
1. A dehumidifier is needed. Humidity was very high in house. Condensation was dripping from AC vents.
2. A direct access from outside shower to pool. Sand gets back on your feet when you have to go through yard or garage.
All in all we loved it!

Everything was perfect with the property. The only thing I would change is updating the blinds in the bedrooms and also adding blinds to the doors that don’t have any. The lights from the church shine bright enough in one of the bedrooms where it looks like it is day light constantly through the night.

We love staying at this property. This is our second time here. It is so convenient to the beach and trolley stop. It has a huge corner lot and a nice pool! Such a great home. Plenty of room to spread out and relax with my family of 8. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. The location to the beach was a very short walk. The brand new deck had a great view of the gulf. minor maintenance issues but they were resolved quickly. Will rent again.....

We were blown away by the house! It was more than we expected and was enjoyed by all who went. The pool was used A LOT by the grandkids! Walking distance to the beach and the access was so convenient to all the different restaurants. Will be staying again.

Great accommodations for our large family. Locations was perfect! When we had issues Paradise Beach Home Vacations responded right away to resolve the problems. I would recommend to renters to wear shoes on the deck. We had kids and adults get slivers. Could use a new grill.

We stayed at this same house four years ago and it is just as we remembered. Great location for easy walking to the beach and a well maintained pool. The mattresses are probably the same from four years ago so I suspect new ones will be purchased soon as they are really worn. Love the main porch and individual balconies for morning coffee and evening drinks. Overall, totally worth every dime.

The house is perfect for a getaway. It is well-appointed & only a block from the beach. The large pool is a nice bonus, too. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for our family of 7 adults. All the appliances have been updated, which is always nice. The main bedroom has an awesome bathroom attached & stairs that lead from the bedroom out to the pool. My only suggestion would be to put a new mattress in the main bedroom, as it is a tad uncomfortable. Other than that, it’s a perfect beach house!

We had planned a cruise for spring break but due to coronavirus, our plans had to change. We were grateful to find this house that is a VERY short walk to the beach, with a pool, so we could still enjoy our week. The two downsides we found were 1) the beds weren't the most comfortable and we had some trouble sleeping, and 2) being in close proximity to an empty parking lot the beach was very crowded in our area, mostly with college age spring breakers. The house is very close to restaurants, and was eqipped with a grill had we decided to use it. I enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the balcony, and there were tables in a covered area by the pool we used for dinners. I would definitely stay here again!

Rented for Labor Day Weekend 2019 for a small group of friends and my retirement. I had originally said I wasn't having a gathering BUT my friends decided to surprise me with a BBQ on the 3rd day. Luckily my wife informed me just after arriving so I would need to check with Paradise to make sure it was ok. It was very last minute. I stopped by the P'cola Beach office and the staff was very helpful. The gathering would be below a specific threshold for the property so no issues. However, even if it HAD been above, the staff was more than willing to help expedite approval and necessary permits. Great, friendly staff at the office.
The house was awesome. Pool was great, lots of space, well stocked with kitchen stuff, clean. Easy 2 minute walk to beach or to sound side - both with direct public access. Recommend this place for a good family get away.

This home has a great floor plan for big groups, especially those including children. The first floor is spacious and open. The pool is really great for little kids who aren’t comfortable in the Gulf. If it rains, kids can play in the area beneath the house. The large shaded wraparound porch on the main floor is perfect for evenings. The Gulf is only a block away and is visible from the upper floor.

Super nice beach house a few rows off the beach. Pool was super nice and used more often than we thought. Nice open floor plan and porch.

1001 Maldonado Drive is the best house I have ever stayed at on Pensacola Beach! The home, yard and pool are pristine. The location is half a block to the Gulf. For those who prefer the Sound beaches, there is one named Baby Beach which is right across Via De Luna Drive. It's very easy to walk to either beach. This house was a real pleasure to stay in and I will be back!

We had 2 families (8 people in total) and this house was a perfect fit! The proximity to the beach is amazing, only a very short walk - you can actually view the Gulf from the upstairs master bedroom balcony! This house was very comfortable for us with a nice pool. It was great being able to bring our dog too. Paradise Beach Homes is a top notch property management company! They are easy to work with and are truly there for the enjoyment of their guests!
