This beautiful, Sound front home has four-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms and can sleep up to 13 people.
Enjoy the gorgeous views of Santa Rosa Sound and the spacious bonus room on the upper level. The main level of the home has an open layout of the living area, dining area and kitchen with access to the sound front deck. There are two bedrooms on the east side of the home – one with a queen bed and access to the deck and the other with a queen and a twin bed. These two bedrooms share a hall bath. The other two bedrooms are on the west side of the home – the master has a king bed, private bathroom and access to the deck. The other has three twin beds and utilizes the second hall bath. Go up the spiral staircase to the bonus room which has a twin over full bunk bed, half bath and comfy chairs to hang out.
The Gulf of Mexico is just a few blocks across the island. Restaurants, shopping and nightlife are just a short distance from this wonderful home.

Lovely home on the sound, very well appointed. This was our first time staying in Pensacola, was worried about the area being too busy/noisy as we usually stay in Navarre, but the location was perfect.

Panferio 337 is absolutely beautiful. It is so roomy but cozy at the same time. The bathrooms were clean and bright, the kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms were comfortable with large closets, and the great room accommodated all of us easily. My eight-year-old grandson commandeered the loft area as his private headquarters and he really enjoyed the view of the sound (the back wall was all windows!) We used the deck on the sound side every day. There was plenty of room for a small Christmas tree and a few Santas. All in all, this was the most pleasant place to spend the holidays!! Highly recommend for families who want to enjoy the sound and the Beach in cozy luxury.

Great home close to everything. Bring extra blankets, trash bags. Bikes would be nice as you really are so close to lots of restaurants and shops.

The location of the house is perfect. It was close enough to walk to places to eat and drink but far enough away to not hear traffic noise. The deck is extra big which is great for enjoying the water view. Clean house. Had an issue with not being able to lock a door but rental agency had that fixed within short order. House could use wine glasses and we didn’t find the beds to be very comfortable but everything else was good.

Loved this house! Spacious house for 4 couples and the kids had the loft to themselves. Waist deep water for the kiddies to swim out front. Fishing, paddle boarding, jet skiing. Beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Best rental we have ever had!

This was a wonderful home for a family vacation. The decor was beautiful as well as the view from the porch. Very spacious. The upstairs was a great place for our kiddos ( all above the age of 10). We were on the sound side but utilized the pier for a little fishing and swimming as well as paddle boarding. The other side of the beach was about 2-3 blocks down. The weather was perfect. The pictures were exactly what we rented. Well maintained. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely rent this again.

We rented the house for my husband's 40th birthday and it was amazing. Sitting on the back porch at night with the wind coming off the Sound was great. It was also nice to just walk across the street to a less crowded beach than right in town.

My husband and I brought our Bible Quizzing team to Pensacola to compete in an extravaganza. We decided to rent this house because we were afraid the extravaganza would get canceled; we wanted the kids to be able to have fun. With four boys and several adult men aboard the private pier was the selling point. This property did not disappoint! We will be back!

We had grandkids visiting from Virginia Beach and this house was perfect for their visit. Everyone was delighted with the house, location and pier!! They really enjoyed going out each day and throwing a line in the water. The house was comfortable, clean and well stocked with kitchen, bath and bedroom equipment and linen. Would definitely rent it again without hesitation!

We had the best time! The house was clean and spacious. The bay access is directly behind the house. We loved floating out back and fishing from the pier. The beach was only a 5 minute walk. That particular area of beach was crowds at all! We are definitely planning on staying again.

The home was perfect for our family vacation. Our college aged kids brought a few friends and there was still plenty of room. Great split floor plan and bonus room Gabe lots of privacy. Dock was amazing for fishing and swimming. Great location on the sound. This was our third rental with Paradise Beach Homes, and we’ll be back!

The beach house was awesome, nicest place we have ever stayed. Had my grandson's weddibg reception on the balcony, everything was beautiful. The staff especially Susan Agnew was wonderful and went out of her way to help a family that was stressed with a wedding.

We really enjoyed our week at this house. It was a great location for paddle boarding. The house is also ideal for a big family. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset. The only problem with this location is that it was a long walk to the restaurants and shops. Sometimes we would drive. Other than that, the house is lovely.
Great location on the bay and a short walk to the gulf. Well stocked kitchen, lots of dishes, flatware, pots and pans and small appliances. Nicely decorated with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of ten. The only problem we had was getting the oven to work properly.
