This 17th floor condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from its open floor plan. Ceiling to floor windows that follow the wrap-around balcony offer incredible views of the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters. Relax on the beautiful leather sofa and watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV or gather around the expansive kitchen table for a delicious seafood dinner or game of cards with the family! The kitchen has been completely remodeled with top of the line appliances and a tranquil breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with balcony access, a private en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and stand-alone shower. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen beds and just outside of that bedroom is the guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom, which faces the Santa Rosa Sound, has 1 queen, a kitchenette with small microwave, mini fridge and a sink, as well as a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
It's the perfect beach getaway for any family! The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

We had the best experience at The Pearl 1706. Everything was super clean upon check in and they even sent a text as soon as the unit was available. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The ice maker was a little slow with making ice. It was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella set up on the beach. My sister stayed with us as well and she enjoyed having her own space and the back balcony for sunset views was so nice. Easy access to the beach and the pools were kept clean.

The rental property was truly amazing! Even though the beach weather wasn't the best while we were there #1706 really made up for it. We spent time together as family and enjoyed the views of the Gulf from the 17th floor. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets too! The property had easy access to lots of great walking paths and also close to local restaurants on the island plus restaurants & shopping on the mainland. The property itself was well-maintained...and we loved the quiet peaceful environment! The staff of Paradise Beach Homes were 100% first class! We know we'll work with them in the future!

Our stay was wonderful. The unit is exactly as listed. The view is perfect, the heated pool and hot tub were amazing. The unit was very well equipped with all the cooking essentials. It was clean and we plan to book again in the future. The beach was also very nice and not over crowded.

The property was very nice. We had 3 families staying in the condo. Each family had their own bathrrom, which was nice. The balcony was large, and it was nice to be able to sit out there and enjoy the view. The only drawback was that the elevator kept breaking, There were 2 elevators, which is good because for the first half of the week, there was only one elevator that worked. That was a real pain. It was finally fixed torward the end of the week and everything was great.

Everything was wonderful, including the prompt response to my complaint of the AC not working properly (which was my fault). The only complaint I have is the fact of not being able to see what temperature setting the stove top burners were on, as most of the decals were worn off.

the condo is absolutely perfect - everything we needed was provided - the only issue was the smallest bed in the 2 bed bedroom needs to be replaced ASAP - its lumpy, noisy & the open side has a major dip in it. This condo was HUGE and everything was absolutely gorgeous inside and out! I seriously didn't want to leave!!
The décor was perfect, everything was super clean (which I appreciated, traveling with an 8-month-old) it even smelled amazing! There were 2 balconies.. which I didn't realize until day 2 (That's how big this place is!) The bayside balcony was lovely but OMG!! The beachfront balcony view was absolutely breathtaking!! I would have been happy just living out there! But seriously, everything was perfect. I can't say enough good stuff about this place :)

This unit was gorgeous and perfect for our family of 7. The location was perfect and we would stay here again immediately. The complex was great with a heated pool and hot tub, and reserved beach seating made life easy. The only small issue we had was that the master bed mattress is ready to be replaced. But we are still ready to visit this unit again now.

This was our first trip to Navarre. Overall, we were very impressed with the unit. The decor was nice, the location was were the views. The only thing I will critique is the internet connection, and that is only because I had to work on my vacation. It was slow and I assume that was probably something with the area rather than the specific unit. The heated pool and jacuzzi was awesome. My kids don't mind the cold ocean and swimming pool, but for me the heated pool was a must. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Wonderful views of the ocean that go on for miles! Enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the beach. Super accommodations with 3 bedrooms - one ocean view and the other bay view with a balcony. Well appointed decorations with sea themed. Will be back! All 5's !
