The guest bedroom boasts 2 Full beds and is thoughtfully appointed for a comfortable stay, with the convenience of a shower/tub combo in the adjacent guest bathroom.
This unit accommodates 6 guests comfortably, making it an ideal space for family vacations or a getaway with friends. The living space is enhanced with a wet bar and an open kitchen featuring a dining table, providing a perfect setting for entertaining or enjoying a quiet meal with loved ones.
The fourth-floor vantage point allows you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings, with stunning views that add an extra layer of charm to your stay. The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Unit #402 was a very nice condo. Well stocked and very clean. The location was great for us. Walking distance to a couple restaurants and easy beach access. I would definitely stay here again.

Just Beautiful! That says it all- Beautiful Condo. Beautiful Pearl property, Beautiful Beach!!! 402 is so beautiful and relaxing! It is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything that anyone would need. We highly recommend this unit and Paradise Beach Homes rentals! We will definitely be back next year for 402!

The Pearl 402 has become our favorite vacation place. The condo is beautiful, spacious, super clean and it has a fantastic view of the ocean! We also love that there is a washer & dryer in the unit. Coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean is one of our favorite times of the day. We love that it has 2 pools, a hot tub and an exercise room. We look forward to coming back next year!

The Pearl condo 402 is absolutely gorgeous. The interior is phenomenal, up to date and has a beachy feel. It is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. My family loves to vacation here. The Gulf view is great. We enjoy sitting on the balcony on the nice furniture and looking at the beautiful clean water and white sandy beach. We will definitely be back to enjoy this wonderful condo!
