We enjoyed our vacation in room 204E. The condo was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean, and nicely appointed. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach. The only thing we missed was having a washer and dryer in the unit. We would definitely be back.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying in this condo. we plan to make it our go to home away from home when visiting Pensacola Beach. The unit is always clean and the floor plan works perfectly for our family. Access to the beach is perfect. The condo is just far away from all the action so it is quiet, but close enough to be handy. Paradise is a great property management company and easy to deal with.

This is a great place to stay for a beach getaway. Furniture could use some updating, but with the pool and beach just steps away, I definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed the condo. It is located on the beach with great views from the balcony.Condo was clean. Had an issue with plumbing which was addressed quickly. A few kitchen items (frying pans) were not provided, also addressed quickly. Building maintenance staff were excellent in keeping the public areas clean. Quiet and safe location. Balcony furniture needs replacement.

This was a very nice place that just worked! It was a muggy, stormy weekend most of the time, but we had time to enjoy the GREAT view, the large pool and the beach. Met some nice folks. The unit was very nice - bathrooms were extremely clean. The only downside to this unit was no washer and dryer in the unit.

I highly recommend this vacation condo rental! Very clean the pictures online are exactly what you see when you enter this beautiful condo. The view of the Gulf is amazing and we sighted Dolphins everyday.
The condo has cozy living space with an open floor plan between the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is stocked well with glasses, dishes, utensils and a variety of cooking vessels.
The bedrooms are on either side of the living room and each has its own bathroom. Great water pressure and lovely views from the bedrooms as well. The beds were comfortable and there is cable tv in the unit.
Suggestions: The pool on the property is way to over chlorinated and you can't breathe. For the condo it would be nice to have a dining table and better furniture on the balcony. The screen was torn to the master bedroom side of balcony and there was no screen to the balcony on the living room side. Would be nice to open the doors to hear the ocean but you can't. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. We would love to come back. We have never stayed right on the beach before and this place made our first time experience wonderful.

Our family scheduled a last minute trip to the beach Easter week. The booking staff was very friendly and helped me find the perfect place. The condo we selected we clean and had everything you need. We are planning our next trip and we will defiantly stay here again.
Once again this condo met all of our needs perfectly. This was our 3rd year in this condo and we love everything about it. It is our go to getaway location on Pensacola Beach. Paradise are great people to work with.
