Delightful two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front condo with pool and tennis courts at Regency Towers #404E.
This condo has direct Gulf views from the living area as well as the master bedroom. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The master bedroom has a king bed, private master bath and access to the balcony. The living area offers good seating, flat screen television and sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. The guest bedroom has twin beds and shares a bath with the living area.
Complimentary wireless internet access is provided for guest enjoyment. Property amenities include onsite outdoor pool, elevator and tennis court. Entertainment, dining and shopping are just a short distance away.
Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation!

What a wonderful 3 week stay ! Our condo unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked with incidental items. The gulf view from the balcony was awesome. The grounds , public areas and pool were very nice and well maintained and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Parking was monitored and was never an issue. During our visit the other guests were friendly, quiet and considerate. Will definitely both return here ourselves and make strong recommendation to consider this property.

We had a great stay at Regency Towers #404E. The location was convenient if you want to be out on the beach quickly. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and toys provided in the closet. The condo itself had tons of space for our family of four. It was clean and quiet. There were enough kitchen supplies available if you wanted to make a few meals. We would recommend this condo for a beach vacation!

Very nice accomadations. Felt like home. Great water view. Comfortable bed/living room furniture. Used washer/dryer a couple times. Would suggest new shower rods as tops of them are rusted. A new toaster as can not read the dials. Shower in masterbath may need a new spout as water was filling the tub while taking a shower. Overall would come back and recommend to others.

Beautiful view and nicely laid out. the Paradise staff were fabulous. A few recommendations. Upgrade the mattresses in the guest room. Update the cookware. Add to silverware. Mugs and plates were first rate. WiFi was excellent. Carla with maintenance was great.

This was our 4th year in a row staying in 404E. My wife and I had another great month at the beach. The room has a great view of the beach and includes everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The master bed is very comfortable which is important when staying for a month. Love Regency Towers and love this unit.

Definitely one of the best Condos on the beach we have ever stayed at. Plenty of room and everything we could need. Condo was spotless.
Paradise Beach Homes (Property Manager) was outstanding especially Heather and Taylor. Had a problem with the ice maker and they fixed the problem immediately. Even offered to bring us a bag of ice if the problem happened again.
The grounds of the Regency Towers were fantastic.
Wonderful surprise to find beach chairs and an umbrella in the balcony closet! We had planned on having to rent chairs and an umbrella from the expensive Beach Service.
We will definitely be staying here again and again.

This place was perfect. Very clean, comfortable bed, showers were great very useable kitchen, nice balcony, although when we were there they were doing a lot of maintenance on the building but were really not that bothersome to us. The location is farther out from the busy part of town, which was just fine, it was quiet with less traffic. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The management staff was very helpful and frendly. We loved it and would stay again!!

We really enjoyed our condo. It was beautifully furnished and everything was in working order. Owners may want to think think about buying a reusable coffee filter for future guests as there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. And needed a cheese grater for several meals and none were found. Pool was lovely and shaded which was nice after day on the beach. Very unhappy with beach chair rental placements toward back of the beach area allowing non renters to set up awnings, umbrella, etc. in front of you blocking your view! Will probably influence our future stays in this area. Overall, a relaxing vacation on well maintained property.

We do have private homes that we rent and even though the beach is also public in front of the homes they typically don't have a lot of people in front of them. This was our 11th annual trip to PB and our 3rd stay at Regency Towers. First time in this particular condo and it was clean, nice and well-equipped. There are two doors out to the spacious patio that faces the gulf which was nice - one was in the master bedroom and the other was in the living room. The complex is very quiet and you are literally steps from the beach. I recommend staying at this property!

What a gem! Perfect location in town, to the beach, to the pool, to Joe Patti's! Our stress melted away all week. From the balcony, you can see the entire beach and watch the moon reflect on the ocean waves. We would go back and forth from the pool and the beach all day. With the SPF 50 on all week, I came back with an awesome tan and my wife thinks I am sexy. THAT is worth the price of admission! The property was clean, kitchen well stocked, and everything worked just fine. Will come back!

This lovely condo offered class and comfort. From the spacious master bed and bath to the long balcony with stunning views, you are just a stones throw to the water’s edge of the Gulf. The views are amazing. WIFI worked well for us which was important since we both worked part of the time while here. We had great weather while there and enjoyed both the beach and the pool. My only small minor issue was there were no fans available in the unit. Would be awesome to have a ceiling fan in master bedroom or even just a regular fan that could be brought out to use. Not a big enough issue to take away any stars.

My wife and I had a lovely work from home stay for three weeks. It was exactly the escape we needed at this time. We have stayed at Regency Towers previously but this was fiirst time in this unit. We had a good time. It was the middle of October when we were there. The condo is nice and clean the furniture was in good shape. It is on the beach as the pictures say (that comment was from past experiences). We had a tropical storm come our way so we were only able to use the beach a couple of days. We would most definitely use this place again.

Overall this property was perfect and I would definitely rent again. The view of the beach from the condo was amazing. Great pool with clean grounds and friendly staff. Only complaint: the blender leaks and I would recommend the owners consider installing curtains on the east side of both bedrooms or better blinds.

We love Paradise Beach Homes. The did an outstanding job of customer service and made the whole process SO simple. They even gave us a welcome bag. The Regency Towers was perfectly situated for us! We wanted privacy and seclusion and this is it! We visited in April and just about had the whole beach to ourselves. The staff at the building do an outstanding job of keeping up the building, grounds, boardwalk and pool. The condo itself is clean, nice and well equipped. We loved having a master bedroom to ourselves with a VERY comfy bed and an AMAZING view every morning. With a shared balcony off the master bedroom and the living room, everyone got to enjoy watching the ocean. We love how Pensacola is ALL about the beach. It's not as much of a tourist trap as other beaches we've visited. We will definitely be back soon! And we'll stay with Paradise Beach Homes again!

Our vacation rental was nicely furnished clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time in Pensacola. Which shows the property because it had an elevator making it easy for elderly person to be able to get to the rooms. The view of the golf was excellent and it was a short walking distance to get to the beach. Found the unit very well-maintained and the staff was very helpful.

This condo exceeded all of our expectations. The linens were clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the view from the balcony was outstanding. The kitchen was fully stocked and I was pleasantly surprised by the spice rack - I always bring basic spices/seasoning but did not need it this time. The next time I am back in Pensacola Beach I will check to see if this condo is available first. Also the property management office was very accommodating and easy to work with since I made this trip at the very last minute.

We have stayed at regency towers three different times, and two of the units were managed by paradise beach homes. We will likely continue to book condos that are managed by paradise beach homes because the staff is friendly, professional and quick to help resolve any issues that might arise. As for 404e was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The only con (if you could even call it a con) would be that I wish they had beach chairs and am umbrella available for use. Overall this is a great condo and we would definitely book it again.

Our place was great, meet clean and up to date. The weather was awesome. The beach was fantastic. The contact people at the office went above and beyond to be helpful. Two Minor issues the staff fixed right way when I notified them. One was the elevator didn't work on our fourth floor for a while and the cable was out for most of a day.the huge disappointment was the pool was closed the whole week we were there and management knew about and did not notify any of the tenants ahead of time so we could at least let our families know ahead of time as well. I am calling Russel the general manager on Monday. I thought that was very unprofessional of this property.

My husband, two girls and I love Regency Towers so much, this was our third summer to spend a week there. However, this was our first time using Paradise Beach Homes- and it won't be the last! We were so pleased with their professionalism and commitment to making our stay as worry-free as possible. Little things truly went a long way- for example, allowing us to check in early since the day we arrived was the day of the Blue Angels air show, and heavy traffic was anticipated. Our condo was spotless, roomy, and afforded a breathtaking view. The beach was endlessly relaxing: powdery white sand and warm, gentle waters. We already can't wait for next year!

Overall our stay was great. The Condo was in a great location with easy beach access. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. I liked the fact there was carpet in the approach to the unit to catch sand. There were also rugs placed at doorways which is a huge help for trapping sand. There seemed to be a shortage of luggage carts and I wish there was a keypad lock vs keys but those are small inconveniences for what was a wonderful stay for us. This was our first time using Paradise Beach Homes and the folks at the office were friendly and helpful. We had a great trip and would definitely recommend this company.
