The condo was just as described, wonderful views. A short walk to the public access beach. Condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

We loved our room at Sabine!! Very roomy and clean!! The view was wonderful!! All the beds and sleeper sofa accommodated my whole group of young adults!! Walk to public beach was a little long so we drove it.

Our place was very clean, maintained, and updated. We enjoyed that your away from the busyness of downtown and the view is great for your coffee in th3 morning on the balcony.

Stayed in 9D at Sabine 5 or 6 times and love it. Only things that stand out is the worn out couch and a terrible toaster. However, see you next January

The condo was in great condition. The staff at Paradise Beach Homes were very friendly. Loved the view from the balcony. The building manager came up to fix a problem wethought we were having. Would definitely recommend this condo again & hope to return at sometime.

We had a great time and this property met ALL of our needs and expectations. The building was spotless clean and the manager and assistant manager were very friendly and accommodating. Just wish there was beach access directly across Ft. Pickens Rd.

The Condo was very nice, everything clean, beds were pretty comfortable. The only thing I did not like and wasn't aware of is you can't cross the road and go directly across the condo to the beach. I like to watch my older children from the balcony and the beach access was a walk down the road with all the stuff we have to take, then walk across the beach to get back in front of the condo. Not very convenient. Would book somewhere else with this company thought. The people are very nice.

We stayed for 1 week and every day was absolutely beautiful!! The condo was well stocked and clean. I loved that it was close to town and the people there were so nice. I took a lot of pictures of the view of the ocean from every bed room. My son loved that he could hear the ocean through his sliding glass door and it is the same sound on his sound machine he listens to at night. We both miss it a lot. Thank you for such a great room with the perfect view.

We stayed at SYRC 9D and were very pleased! Although the building is across the street from the ocean, there's nothing blocking your view. From the 9th floor, it looks like your beach front. Plus, you get the bayside too! The pool, bbq, tennis courts, and hammocks are around back and are perfect for sunsets. Being in a smaller complex has many upsides. Everyone was friendly, including the grounds crew, you can park close, and the elevators are timely. When you arrive at your condo, you open your door and immediately are drawn to the view through the dining area and family room - the ocean! With the glass balcony, it's an unobstructed view. The family room is fitted with comfy recliners and a couch. What's amazing is the size! You'll also be able to see the gulf from the kitchen, which is fully equipped. What we found to be unique is the layout runs parallel to the beach giving every room this view, including both bedrooms! We can also say the staff at Paradise Beach Homes were top notched professionals. From reservation to check-in, everyone we encountered was courteous. We'll be back!

AMAZING!! It started off when we picked up our keys at the office. The ladies were soooo sweet and gave us a goody bag of things we might need on our stay. That is an awesome touch! :) When we got to the condo we just kept ewwwing and awwing at everything. When we walked in to the condo we were so excited we started dancing. :) The view is outstanding (we could see dolphins jumping in the ocean) and location is perfect! The pool is beautiful-right on the bay. I would/will recommend this condo and Paradise Beach Homes to everyone.

The view!!! Great stay. Condo was nice. Beach was white sand and so relaxing. If you have difficulty walking, the walk to the beach across from condo is difficult but there are other beaches very close that have boardwalks or closer to the shoreline. Local restaurants were good - Peg Leg Pete and Shrimp Basket. The white sand and the multiple colors of the waters were beautiful. Two things to be aware in this particular condo - turning the oven on and off is confusing and one of the bathrooms has a deep tub that is difficult for someone with leg/knee problems but the other bathroom has a walk-in shower. This was a great place and we hope to return soon.

We have been coming to Pensacola Beach for a winter vacation for at least 7 years. Luckily, we found Paradise Beach Homes the first time. They have provided us with five star service every year. This is our third stay at Sabine Yacht and Raquel Club and we love this condo rental. The location is perfect with gorgeous gulf views and breezes from our spacious deck. It is close to shops and restaurants and offers easy and beautiful access to Fort Pickins. We also enjoy seeing the pelicans flying almost within reach of the deck. Thank you Paradise Beach Homes for making each visit carefree with your personal attention to each of our requests.

The condo was perfect for a long weekend getaway in Pensacola beach. It was spacious and well-kept. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. The view of the gulf was amazing! The pool area was also spacious and the beach was a short walk away. The only minuses were that the condo did not have its own washer and dryer (there were community washers and dryers on the bottom floor) and that we were only given one key to the condo. Other than that we had a great experience and a wonderful stay!

Great vacation, the accommodations were excellent, Paradise rentals did an excellent job getting my family settled in. We had a few issues that were corrected immediately. I highly recommend this to any family looking for a great vacation.

This was my first time renting a condo in Pensacola and I am so glad I picked the right one. The condo was the perfect size, location, temperature, and design. I loved the view of the beach and balcony access in every room.

I think the only complaint is the check-in time of
of 5pm. and check out at 10am. I also did not know the office closed at 5 on day of check in so we planned to arrive about that time only to find out by phone they close at 5. A few little things like that would be helpful to know. Overall it was a great condo and the view was perfect from our room. Loved the balcony with chairs from every room.

Easy walk across the street to the beach. Unobstructed view of the ocean! Trolley stop right across the street made getting around easy. Condo was very spacious and I would rent again.

Everything we needed,a beautiful view ,fishing out the back door,a good night sleep,a clean place,good customer sevice. We would stay here agian.

We have stayed at Sabine before and like the location. Beach is across the street but the view is unobstructed. There does appear to be a new building of some sort in the works across the street--hope it will not block the view. We like being on Ft. Pickens Road as the beach on that side of the island tends to be less crowded. This property is still very close to the boardwalk and center of activity while being away from the more crowded stretches of beach.

This unit is nicely updated with modern appliances including a huge French door style fridge. Loved the master bath with beautiful spacious stone shower.

Liked dealing with this management company--convenient having the office right on the island to pick up keys, unlike some where we have had to stop somewhere on the way.

It was incredible! We arrived a few hours before check in and the condo was ready. When we walked into the condo, all jaws hit the floor! Full kitchen, complete with dishes, pots and everything we would need for our stay. The living room was spacious with a sofa bed. Both rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The master bed room has a walk in shower that was beautiful. The best part was the view. Sitting from the 9th floor, the gulf was breathtaking. Downstairs was a pool, my kids learned how to jump in the deep end for the first time. The bay was located directly behind the pool were we did some fishing. It was very hard to leave the condo it was the best vacation we have ever had.

This was our third stay in this Sabine Property and it was one of our most enjoyable. The dense fog at the beginning of our stay gave us a new view(only as far as Fort Pickens Road) but made us appreciate the most beautiful views and weather for the remainder of our visit. This is a beautiful condo.

we have been visiting Pensacola twice a year for about 10 years. This was the first time we used a condo. This experience was great. the property was great. as usual the gruper sandwhich at Sidelines was exceptional.The agent at Paradise beach homes was helpful, courteous, Call Kelsey for help.(my Daughter)
We would consider this for our visit in the future. Ocean view and access were the best.

Great experience! Views were fabulous and the condo was well-maintained with updated appliances and finishes. Rental office was very professional and prepared for our stay.

This is the second time we have stayed in this rental property. We enjoy the location very much because it is easy to walk to town and has easy access to Fort Pickins. The view is magnificent! The patio is almost always warm, even on chilly March days. It is a lovely home away from home!
