The living area has a delightful gas fireplace perfect to cozy up to on a chilly night. There is also a smart TV surrounded by designer furnishings with a remarkable chandelier centering the space. Nine-foot tinted impact sliding doors give you great sound views while keeping out the sun and heat. The primary bedroom has cathedral ceilings and beautiful sound views adding romance to the setting.

Overall, we absolutely loved the home. We have stayed in several other condos over the years in Pensacola, and this was our favorite. It is quiet and has fantastic views of the gulf. We love the decor, style, and colors. The home was great for our mini aussie and we appreciate having such a great dog friendly place to stay. The beach dog park is close and our pup loved the beach. We love that there is a king size and queen size bed. The mattresses are firm as previous reviews indicated. Paradise Beach was quick to respond to questions.

Rental was clean. Enjoyed the location. Right on the bay.unit was great. The only strange thing about this unit is the huge,monstrosity of a chandelier hanging at 5 feet above the table. Great big screen TV. Couldn't see it with the chandelier in the way. Other than that....perfecto!

San De Luna #1 was very nice, clean, and well stocked for our week vacation. The dog beach was fantastic allowing us to have our dog w/us all day at the beach. It was a perfect location and we really enjoyed taking walks on the bay side and watching beautiful sunsets. I would recommend this home again and again

We had a fabulous time staying at San De Luna. The location was perfect being so close to the dog beach, Sound and Gulf. The townhouse was just as pictured. The beds were a little firm, but not unbearable. The house was very clean too.

Loved this townhouse. Loved that it was an end unit. The deck sat overlooking the bay was beautiful. Floors and kitchen seemed recently updated. Kitchen very well stocked. First time visiting Pensacola and would definitely stay at this townhouse again.

This is our favorite beach rental! Such a perfect location - waterfront and across from the dog beach. The townhouse was very clean with a spacious kitchen. Both bedrooms had water views and their own bathroom! Will return again when back in Pensacola Beach.

National Seashore Ft Pickens National Park just next door with pristine white beaches. Great huge grassy area surrounding unit for dogs. Fishing access. Great deck overlooking Bay in back of unit. End unit, large rooms, 2 1/2 baths. Easy access to Pensacola restaurants & shopping. Quiet, safe location. Property Management very accessible, welcoming, & helpful.

What a lovely townhouse! It is an end unit so the views of the bay were great. We took our paddle board towards Ft. Pickens and snorkeled in the snorkel park near by. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the place is just so comfortable. It was also great to enable to have our pup and have the dog beach across the street.

Clean, thoughtfully curated and perfectly located! Spent most of our time on the spacious patio taking in the breeze and sunshine. Easy access to the beach as well! Appreciated the large, well-stocked kitchen and comfy bedrooms with plenty of extra blankets and linens. Very quiet, safe location with lots of parking. 100% would stay again!
