Unit #12 at San De Luna is an updated two-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home which offers bedding for up to six.
With an open floor plan, the living and dining room flow with convenience and modern furnishings such as a sofa, sitting chair and a pub style dining set. Enjoy the large 42 in Smart TV in the living room too. The main level living area extends to a balcony with outdoor seating and dining overlooking the tennis courts and the Sound, and features a sleeper sofa!
The second level offers a master bedroom with a king bed, comfy bedding and a 32 in. Smart TV. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed offering modern bedding and TV.
The updated kitchen offers granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Condo amenities include covered parking and complimentary high speed internet.

The grandkids loved that they could go from the pool to the bay to the gulf surf all in one day--they were in the water constantly.

This was my wife's and my first time at Pensacola Beach, and staying at San De Luna #12 was perfect. The unit's location was directly across the street from the beach, maybe a little more than 300 feet to water. The unit was very clean, and communication with the management was refreshingly easy. I was very impressed with the entire experience because it was so easy to talk with actual caring people and get the information I requested. All the amenities that we used were quality and very nice. Easy to hose off outside, nice parking, nice appliances, clean bathrooms, clean beds, soft towels and just nicely kept place. We slept on a bed that was hard at first, but man was it comfortable. I'm a big guy in his 50's, and the only issue were the stairs, but I took them slow and it was fine. To me, the views, the amenities, and the quiet area was exactly what we needed to relax. Best thing I can say is that I can't wait to come back next year.

Our second time renting with Paradise Beach and second time at San De Luna in 2021 although a different home that our last home. Paradise makes checking in a breeze and we were surprised with a welcome basket of goodies. Home was ready for us - clean and well had enough towels etc. Everything worked out great. THe best part is the location with the sound in the north and the gulf in the south. All in all extremely satisfied. A few things to note about this rental - spiral staircase can be tough to take suitcases upstairs. Furniture, TVs and W/D are old and i hope the owner upgrades them soon. In November there is not much direct sun in the patio area. Other than that evertyhing was great. We will be back very soon.

Very nice, clean, and convenient to all of the fun spots. The beach access was convenient, and our part of the beach was so quiet and felt private. The bay beach in the back was perfect for times we didn't want to be bothered by waves. Side note however, TAKE MOSQUITO SPRAY for the bay side

Our condo was great! Awesome open floor plan with views of the sound from the rear balcony and views of the gulf from the front!
Our unit was very clean and well maintained and just a short bike ride or Lyft back into town for festivities!

this place was great had everything we needed and then some. The grocery store is only 10 mins away everything is close. Loved that we had the beach across the street and behind us as well. Wish they had one more tv in the guest room but that was only at night when we were actually in the house because during the day if we weren't at the pool or beach we were down the road kayaking or parasailing. they also had paddle board,jet ski,and bike rentals close. wish the owner of the town house had some beach items for us to use instead of having to rent a kayak,paddle-board,boogie board,inter tubes,and buckets and shovels. Overall great place to stay and we loved it!!!

Not fancy but perfect for our weekend beach vacation. Bay out back, gulf out front door. Quiet end of the Pensacola Beach area, but close to everything if needed. Pool, tennis court and grounds very nice.
Property management company showed excellent customer service and was very responsive to my concern about the sofa sleeper mattress. Matress was very worn, thin and too uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on. Also no extra blanket available for sleeping on it. Property manager showed up promptly with brand new(box not opened) 5 inch memory foam pad, and new blanket. I thought the condo smelled musty but no one else seemed to notice. Upon our departure I noticed signs of mold on master bath ceiling. That might have been the source of the smell and could use attention. Would stay again!

Very pleased
Property was exactly as it was described, and the view was amazing. The view from the back patio was relaxing. We watched dolphins roll in the ocean almost every morning out back. We have been coming to Pensacola Beach since I was 12 years old, and staying at San De Luna, but this was our first time in #12. This condo NEVER disappoints.
