San De Luna #30

Went smooth from start to finish. Outstanding location on the Sound with the Gulf just across the street, the best of both beaches. Safe swimming for kids as the Sound is much calmer than the Gulf generally. Watching sunsets from the deck was an added bonus. Very nice home in a comfortable complex.Close to all the restaurants and shops but away from any heavy traffic.

A lovely townhome with a beautiful view of the sound! We loved our stay in this unit! We enjoyed coffee & sunshine on the front deck in the mornings! We also loved the hightop table on the deck that provided a view over the deck railing. The inside is beautifully decorated and clean! We will definitely rent this unit again! The unit is just as pictured. Paradise Beach Homes provides excellent customer service.

We needed to get into the rental a few days early and Paradise Beach Rentals was able to help us out at the last minute. Very much appreciated! Condo was in a beautiful setting with the back deck right on the Sound side. Rental was clean and well stocked. Would recommend this rental.

This was our first time staying at San de Luna and it did not disappoint. Excellent location to the both beaches and amazing view off the back patio. The townhome was well stocked and very clean, only downside was the couch; the cushions never stay on. Everything else was great and we even got to check in an hour early. We plan on visiting this same location again next year!

We LOVE San de Luna! This was our 8th summer staying at SDL and 2nd in #30. These condos offer the best location for quick access to both the gulf and bay sides while being able to rent multiple condos to accommodate large groups. With #30, it has the amenities that we need, but we keep renting it for the great balcony view and breeze! The only changes I would make... a twin and set of bunk beds would work much better in the 2nd bedroom since it does not have a third floor or bed nook like some of the other units and I'd replace the couch...haha. Those cushions just don't stay on when sitting! But we truly do love these condos and are glad to be able to stay in #30!

the condo is comfortable and cozy, has a well stocked kitchen, was impeccably clean, is in a beautiful location with a semi private beach, lovely pool and tennis court and gazebo. this was our second visit and we full intend to return.

Condo was very nice. The dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes super weell but the staff were super friendly and we had awesome accommodations for our dag. We will try and stay here anytime we can in the future given Pensacola is my home town.

We decided after this trip that an apartment becomes a condominium if it's location is on a beach, ski slope or theme park. That having been said this is a very comfortable unit with great sound views and amazing access to a people free sandy beach with crystal clear seas. If the carpets were refreshed, they are way beyond needing cleaning, I would have given this unit overall 4 stars.

We have stayed at San De Luna several times and it is always a pleasant stay. The condos are very nice and the location to the beach and other activities are great. The staff at Paradise Beach Homes provide good service.

The only issue that I had was whoever cut the grass threw my shoes in the roped off area with the sand oats and by accident they were found several days later

Initially booked through another company(private owner) and discovered that the home was inadequate, faced with the possibility of canceling our vacation we called Paradise Beach Homes. Staff found us a place that same day. It was fantastic, like new. We go to Pensacola Beach 2 to 3 times a year and we'll be calling Paradise Beach Homes for accommodation from now on. Great experience with great professionals.

It was an overall A+ experience. We had a blast as a family and were able to enjoy a little slice of heaven right by the beach.

The property was perfectly located for our needs. Convenient and quiet, loved both beaches. Our only suggestion is for the company to complete some maintenance in #30. Downstairs was very nicely updated, with nice kitchen and LR, but upstairs had issues that should be addressed - dirty/mildew vents in both bathrooms, outlet not secured in wall in master br, vertical blind slats not attached and laying in window sill. We didn't report these issues bc we were hardly there, but our stay would have been perfect otherwise.

We had a great stay! The only thing missing here are some Palm trees hanging out over the beach and some one to bring me an adult beverage. Ok, my wife was there.. but you get my meaning! San De Luna #30 was clean, inviting, and had a great view of the Sound! It was also a much calmer beach than the Gulf side. My wife and teenage girls spent hours wading along the shore!

We had a good experience. There were a couple of things that needed to be addressed - the curtains or blinds or lack thereof. In one bedroom upstairs there is about 4' that has no blinds at all making sleep difficult in the morning. The blinds downstairs continually fell off and felt ineffective. This is a simple fix that should be addressed.

We have rented this unit before and loved the location. However this time there was quite a bit of construction going on and the outdoor shower (to wash off feet) was completely torn out and not working. The vertical blinds in the master bedroom and living room were missing some slats and difficult to work. I specifically asked for a working grill and upon arrival the grill did not work and was rusted out. I call the rental office and asked for a new grill and to my amazement one was delivered that afternoon. I was very happy about that. If you are looking for great fun I would recommend ISUP paddle board company. They rent by the day and deliver all equipment to you. What great fun!!!!

We love this condo. We love the beach & location. We will always come back,but last 2 times the blinds have been broken. Maybe they should just try curtains . We still love it & think everything else is perfect!
