Welcome to Sans Souci #503, a nicely-decorated Gulf-front 5th floor two-bedroom, with beautiful views of the beach and Gulf from your private balcony. New owners have recently redecorated, with new furnishings, artwork and new bedding. Condo has updated kitchen with Corian counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Also has a Keurig coffee maker in addition to a regular Mr. Coffee. Living room has leather, sectional sofa and 47" flat screen TV with boost speaker. Master bedroom has king bed, 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, 23" flat screen TV, and brand new bunk beds (two twins).
Owner has thoughtfully provided his private ground floor storage locker for guests to store their beach items in - no more toting umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, etc. up and down the elevator every day! At the end of a sun soaked down on the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach, there's something for everyone to enjoy inside the condo with complimentary WiFi and flat screen TVs. All-in-one washer/dryer located in the condo. One covered, marked parking spot right next to the elevator! Enjoy Sans Souci's large, gulf front pool (with umbrella stands for your convenience) hot tub and outdoor grills too.
Vacationing is simple at San Souci as it is just minutes from local shopping, dining (the world famous Peg Leg Pete's seafood restaurant is located right across the street) and entertainment.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Sans Souci condominiums premises, including unit balconies, pool area and parking areas.
Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

We have been coming down to Pensacola Beach every year for the last 3 or 4. Never a disappointment! This was our first time at San Souci, but not the last. We loved it. The location was great. We ate at Peg Leg Pete's twice a day!

The condo was perfect for us. Very comfortable and clean and well appointed. Zero complaints. Quite complex. Nice pool. Great view of the waves. Located directly across from our favorite restaurant, "Peg leg Petes". Nice to have the convenience store also across the street. Little store is ridiculously expensive but works for small items in a pinch. Beds very comfortable. Nice to have a washer and dryer. One note of caution. Reserved parking spot is right next to a row of storage lockers. Our brand-new car was scratched, as a result of some careless person accessing one of those lockers.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Very clean and nicely decorated. The views are great. Enjoyed being able to walk across the street and eat at Peg Leg Pete's. We had a great time. Blue Angels gave us a flyby. Enjoyed it all.

Very nice condo with gulf view balcony. I enjoyed my stay . Quiet at night and the sunset and sunrise are beautiful. The added accommodation of the beach chairs is wonderful. The only drawback is that you have to pick up a key at the office rather than just being able to access your place when you arrive. The office staff was wonderful to work with.

Beautiful weather and the water was crystal clear. Be sure to have bug spray with deet since there is the possibility of biting flies during this time of year. There was an issue with the rubber seal in the dishwasher getting caught on the bottom rack and pulling it out of place. This caused a leak one night when we ran the dishes. Overall a great stay and would stay here again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo met all our needs for the most part. We found the couch and master bed to be a bit uncomfortable, but we don’t come to the beach to stay inside the condo all day so nothing to keep one away.

We come to Pensacola twice a year and this was our first time at this condo. We loved the location and the fact it isn't as crowded as others are. The addition of the bunk beds in the other room was perfect for the kids, just wished the master was beachfront, but it was fine. Beds were super comfortable! I love that there was a pantry for all of our food and not having to leave it on the counters all week. Had plenty of dishware. Dryer was slow to dry but still convenient of having one in the unit. Having the covered parking and the storage downstairs was a major plus of not having to drag everything up and down everytime. There was even extra chairs others have left behind. The pool was big and everyone was able to have their own space. We would def rent this condo again, thank you for a great experience!

View was spectacular from the balcony. The only thing we could have used a little help with was the combo washer/dryer (we weren't familiar with a combo), but we figured it out and it was an added plus to have it in the unit. Location, location, location - loved it! Hope to return again and stay in this unit!

We have stayed at Sans Souci many times and this unit and Paradise Properties could not have been any better! The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed. View was spectacular from the balcony. First time in condo rental. Beach much LESS crowded than hotels
San Souci Condos straight across from Peg Legs Pete..best food ever! Handy convenience store right there too. Just need better cleaning service for condo where we stayed

This was the perfect condo for a long weekend at the beach. The location is excellent! While the building is older, it's clearly been well taken care of. We loved the assigned, covered parking, the luggage carts for hauling gear upstairs, the well stocked kitchen and the oceanfront balcony. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms was perfect for our family!

always a wonderful place to stay. only problem we had was getting the free umbrella beach chair set up. we tried all week and never got one! it is best to purchase your own chairs and umbrella

We were in a perfect location across from Peg Leg Pete's. It was easy to get in and out, and there were lots of restaurants close by. Property clean. Customer service great. We liked having a place to put our beach items downstairs. Kitchen fully stocked with all appliances and dishware. We would stay there again!!

This condo is in a perfect location and has AMAZING views. Loved that everything was so easily accessible. The beach, the chairs and umbrellas, the storage unit, the parking located right next to elevator (grocery carts to push groceries up to room, along with multiple carts for luggage), the downstairs storage. We could walk across the street for immediate needs at the Tom Thumb, or drive a few minutes to everything and anything else we wanted to do or needed. We were so comfortable. it was exactly what we needed!

We have stayed in a couple of the San Souci units and this was by far our best experience. The condo was comfortable and clean. Paradise Beach Homes provides great service and promptly addresses questions or issues. We also liked the fact that there was a physical key instead of a code lock. It made the unit feel more secure. The free beach service was an additional bonus. Thanks for having us!
