This cute, ground floor studio condo is perfect for a couples retreat or a small family getaway! Located directly on the Santa Rosa Sound the views from the patio are stunning. There is also a well maintained lawn off the patio. Perfect for the kids to run and play.
Kick back and relax on the queen-sized sleeper sofa after a long, fun-filled day at the beach or grab your favorite beverage and soak up the evening sunset from the quiet patio, gazebo or the private fishing pier.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a water view through the sliding glass door leading out to the patio.

We have stayed at this cute getaway several times over the years and have loved it each time. It is perfectly located on the sound side of the island with a great back patio for early morning coffee watching the sunrise. It is always cozy, quiet, family friendly. This is our favorite place and hope to be able to return each year for our summer vacation.

Even though the condo is advertised as a one bedroom on VRBO, it’s really a studio condo which you can see in the photos. We were not upset by this but if you’re looking for a bedroom door you will not find that with this condo! We loved the location of the condo on the sound and near the national seashore away from most of the island traffic. We really enjoyed our stay, the fishing pier, access to the Santa Rosa Sound, and the proximity to beach access. Would highly recommend to any couple or friends staying but there really is only room for two people. The check in process was easy and the management company employees were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here with my three children (15, 5 and 4) for a week and we all loved it. Most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had. The beach area is right off the grass and we never even had to pack a cooler which tends to be a hassle during a beach vacation. We were able to eat lunch under the pavilion daily. The pool was always a nice break from the beach in the afternoon. Everyone was so nice. This is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

My husband and I are semi snowbirds from Pennsylvania. The weather was wonderful. We had a patio that looked onto the bay. The sunsets over the bay were magnificent. We saw dolphins and stingrays in the bay. Everyone was so friendly. The room was adorably decorated and nicely stocked. We would highly recommend Unit 1-102.

Quiet and nice. We could drive a mile and go out to eat or shopping. However, if we just wanted to eat in our room or grill a cheeseburger, we could have stayed at the condo and never driven the entire week. Also, the cooler and playing cards that we received upon arrival were a hit.

This was an excellent rental with a beautiful view, great beach access, nice new grilling area and fishing pier - even nicer than the pictures. Loved watching the birds and sunsets. The condo had everything we needed (including a huge selection of dishes and cookware) and was clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. We would choose it again above all of the other beautiful homes on the island.

We had a great time. The unit was well equipped neat and tidy but it is small so not for a large party. The door from the bedroom opened onto the patio and the water was a stone throw away so beautiful to just sit and watch the view. Everyone was really friendly and we had use of the gazebo for cook outs and the boardwalk We loved Navarre Beach and will definitely return and stay at the Palms.

David was very welcoming as we picked up our check in papers. Our unit (102 in bldg 6243) was ground floor and had a patio that led directly to the bay. To the right was a nice fishing pier and to the left a small beach area. It really could not have gotten any better. The room was equipped with everything we needed and was nice and clean. Even had a couple beach chairs stored in the closet that we used. Beach was an easy 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend this for a couple. Very relaxing and romantic.
