Enjoy the amazing view from this top floor unit at Sunset Harbor Palms. This beautiful condo is a great place to sit back and let all of your worries wash away. Enjoy watching the gorgeous sunsets from the spacious patio, dolphins playing in the Santa Rosa Sound or watching the fishermen reeling in their catches on the private fishing pier.
The Master Bedroom offers a large queen size bed and a gorgeous water view. The master bedroom also offers a private entrance to bathroom where a walk in shower waits. The spacious living room/dining room combo has a comfortable queen-sized murphy bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa so everyone has their own space.
The dining room table with comfortable seating for four is not only a wonderful place to enjoy meals but also a great place to play a game of cards in the evening. There are two barstools at the kitchen bar as well. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your family's favorite meals or a quick snack before heading to the community pool.
For convenience the condo has a washer and dryer in the unit and the complex offers an elevator nearby to help get your gear and your party to the 3rd floor. Condo offers a Keurig and regular basket style coffee maker.
Just steps from the emerald green waters and sugar white sands of Navarre Beach.

This was our second time staying here for vacation and we enjoyed it very much. Easy to check in and even got to check in early which was nice. In a great location just across the road from the beach and right on the sound. We also enjoyed the fishing pier and pool perfect place to stay as a small family.

I am originally from the area and I have seen a great many sunsets, but the view from this rental was one of the best! The only negatives were tenants setting up pup tents for several days on the adjacent property, and the intrusion of an ariel drone that hovered briefly in front of us while we were enjoying the night-time view of the sound.

This unit will not disappoint! My daughter and I stayed here last year. Once again we had a wonderful stay! This end of Navarre Beach is relaxing and quieter. The view from the balcony is awesome! We loved eating breakfast there and sitting in the evenings to just enjoy the view. There are a lot of great places to eat right here. The beaches here and down the National Seashore strip are absolutely beautiful! Also the cove behind this unit is shallow and kids can enjoy it. You may even see a dolphin!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. The whole condo was great, but our favorite spot was the patio deck. So quite in the morning with coffee, just listening to the water to start our day. And then a great place to talk and laugh in the evenings after a day at the beach. The condo was very clean, easy access to everything and in a great location. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time. The condo was very nice and clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed was kinda hard and the pillows. But we loved sitting on the back porch and watching the sunset!

We checked in at the Paradise Homes Office - super nice people and then We went to the beach for a bit and then headed to the room when we received the text with the code to get into the door. The condo was AMAZING!! Super clean, cool and well laid out. It was sparking clean and smelled great! An amazing start to the vacation! We went out on to the balcony - the view was spectacular and the breeze was nice! There was even a fan for those warmer days. We used the murphy bed (pulled down from the wall) and the couch that folded out (as well as the queen in the master bedroom). We brought three foam mattress pads (4 inch ones) to insure good night's rests. (We have learned from other VRBO stays to just bring these and all is well!) The master bed could have worked without the 4 inches of memory foam, however, the other two beds definitely needed some extra padding. There were ample sheets, blankets, pillow cases and pillows. More than we needed! The fridge had a working ice maker - such a HUGE bonus! AND there was a bag of ice in the fridge that we used in our ice chests as well. The kitchen had everything we needed (although we ate out every night we did cook breakfast each day and prep sandwiches for the beach for lunches). Three pods were available for the dishwasher as well as the washer - those are under the sink. There was storage everywhere in the condo and it held all of our "stuff" with ease. Then came dusk on our first night and we walked out to the balcony to watch the most beautiful sunset - WOWOWOW! We just can't say enough about the balcony - truly the best feature about this condo. They literally set right in front of you on the sound. The swimming area right outside the balcony was also nice - we launched our Kayak from there. The pool was great - we so enjoyed our stay. We do prefer the beach side but if we are ever booking late will go with this condo again! Paradise Homes people were great - will book through them again!

Lovely small beach rental. Perfect location - well suited for a small family or a couple. Nicely decorated. Only issue was the Keurig coffee pot was non-operational.

We had driven 10 hours to get to Navarre and we were worn out. When we walked into the condo... it was cool, spotless, decorated so cute and cozy and had literally everything we could've ever needed for the 5 days we were there. There was even a cute beach bag on the table with snacks in it for us. Nice touch! The view... can we just talk about this view and this location?! We had our choice of either the calm quiet sound view or we could go just across the street to the beautiful waves. We were so happy and so comfortable here at this condo. Navarre in itself if fantastic, but staying The Palms Sunset Harbor in this unit made this trip even better. We drank our coffee and had breakfast every morning looking out at the water. Well done you guys, we will be back!!! Thanks for such an amazing stay. :)
