Thanks for sharing the beach home with us. We had a wonderful time. The house is neat and clean with everything you need especially with all the extra such as chairs and umbrellas for the beach. One night we got to use the grill for burgers and sat around on the balcony to watch people coming and going on the bay. I would return again when I go to Pensacola. Thank you much.

This condo had absolutely everything I needed for a comfortable 3 week stay. The location is perfect! Far enough to not have crowds but close enough (about a mile) to walk to the boardwalk/restaurant area. The walkover to the beach is just across the street. Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully stocked! Had an issue with one of the balcony doors and maintenance came and took care of it right away! An overall great experience!

This townhouse was perfect for our family. From the spacious rooms amazing views of the bay and Gulf, it included many amenities in the stay that usually require additional rental fees. Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, cornhole and a propane grill were several items we took advantage of and this saved us money that we were able to spend on other things during our stay. The owners are very nice and make accommodations when available! We will definitely be booking this townhouse again next year!

This property was perfect for our family! Great location to beach, VERY clean, and had beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) for our use. The only thing it was missing was a pool, but we knew that in advance and had made alternative pool plans. We loved having our own garage. We will very likely be back here! Great experience!

We have been traveling to Pensacola Beach since 2011 and this was the best vacation rental hands down! Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, cornhole, grill, etc. makes this place a worthwhile stay and saves you money! We will be booking this for next year, if available!

The condo was the perfect size in a great location. It was clean and felt like home. We loved all of the amenities, including the kayaks, beach chairs, and paddle boards! It was also an easy walk to many restaurants, the pier, and the beach. We would love to return next year!

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, from check in to check out. Everything was beautiful and well maintained. We had to call for a small shower issue and it was fixed the same day! The only downside was our neighbor on the end blared music all day every day and almost blocked our garage at one point. Other than this the townhouse is beautiful and SO close to the beach. We will be back!!
