This is a beautiful rental with plenty of space for the eight of us. The kitchen was fully stocked, the extra refrigerator in the garage was so nice and the ease of leaving all of your sandy chairs and beach toys on the bottom patio to hose off was wonderful. We usually stay in a high rise condo in Destin but after staying here we definitely prefer staying in a townhome. We will be back for sure! The only negative is two of the bedrooms did not have comfy beds.

Our family fist began staying at White Sands Condos in 1971. We love being able to park three cars in the first-floor garage under the condo. The large kitchen/living/dining area opening onto the large second-floor deck is great for family fun. Paradise Beach Homes has done a wonderful job of maintaining the fully-equipped condo and their friendly staff is quick to respond if we have any questions or concerns. Have already booked for another family gathering in 2025.

Great location. Great home. Everything was as advertised. One issue: the WiFi was inconsistent. I was not working most of our stay. Someone came out to work on the WiFi but it still did not work.

Loved the beach mat and cards they provided upon check-in! House was very nice. Was already stocked with lots of things. Before we arrived we bought beach chairs and they already had about 5-7 chairs for use and lots of beach toys for the kids. They also had a decent supply of a few household items like dish detergent and trash bags. Great access to the beach. Would definitely book again!

From the reservation to checkout, this was an excellent experience. The people at Paradise Beach Homes were quick to respond to all questions. The house was super clean and stocked.

Needless to say, the beach was beautiful, we had perfect weather and clear water all week.

The location of this townhouse couldn't be better. It's right on the beach making it easy to get out there and enjoy our day.

We include the vacationers in adjoining condos who have become great friends. The adjoining second-floor decks afford plenty of opportunity to visit and share our wonderful Louisiana food. This was a wonderful house for our family of 6. Amazing location, right on the sand and close to everything. Plenty of room to spread out. Beautifully renovated kitchen and comfy beds. We used the patio for outside dining and played games while enjoying a view or watching the kids just steps from the beach. Our sprinter was too tall for the garage, but there were several guest parking spots and we never had trouble getting one. There were beach chairs, toys and umbrella with the condo, so no need to lug yours down. Hands down we would stay here again. We have rented the last three years with paradise beach homes and will be back again! Thanks for the great memories!

We could have asked for a better experience. Our unit was so beautiful and well kept. The office staff was amazingly friendly and nice. The convenience to the beach is like no other place I have ever stayed beach front. The views from the balcony's are breathtaking. The neighborhood is nicely kept, quit and cute. Amazing stay!

We stayed here in October 2022, it was very nice! We all loved the patio, had plenty of seating! It was clean and we had plenty of room for the 8 of us. It had a garage large enough for 3 vehicles, had a refrigerator in the garage which was a big plus. Well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at White Sands Unit 473! The location was great, right on the beach. The townhouse was fully equipped with everything we needed. The view from the upstairs master bedroom was amazing. It is a very well kept and maintained unit. No issues at all. We would definitely rent this place again.

We rented White Sands 473 for a month and had a great time. The property is in a great location with a fantastic beach just steps away. There was plenty of room and very comfortable. The gulf-facing deck is really large and the furniture comfortable. The kitchen could use some updating, but that’s the only negative.

My family and I rented a unit at White Sands for a week. That unit had everything that we could ever need! Clean ,comfortable and convenient! We ate and had cocktails at the nearby restaurants and had beautiful beaches for my grandchildren to play. Paradise Beach Homes was very accommodating to every question I had and their team working in the office were very pleasant. I will definitely be renting from them again! They even gave a beach bag with special gifts for our stay.

This was the best rental unit for our large family, there were 7 of us total and we had enty of space and we're not on top of each other. The walk to the beach is very short. Fully stocked kitchen with more than enough dishes and utensils for everyone. We will definitely be back.

Great location. Pictures don't do it justice. You know how online pictures can make the worst motels look good? Well, this is the opposite! I was actually in awe. Family also kept commenting about how nice it was. Furnishings were more than adequate for the 8 of us. Everything was well stocked. AC was super cold. Management team is very professional and make you feel like family. Really enjoyed interacting with them. Do yourself a favor and book here. You will be a hero with the family.

This was by far our best vacation rental experience, to date. The beach itself was gorgeous and quiet (likely due to many hotels in the area undergoing hurricane restoration). The property was impeccable - so clean, so well kept, and legitimately was stocked with every kitchen utensil you could need. There were TONS of pots and pans and plenty of dishes, cutting boards, and serving trays. The beds were comfortable and the furniture in the rest of the house was nice too. The garage fits 2 cars, which was a nice bonus as we traveled with another family in separate vehicles. The deck is big with really nice patio furniture and direct access to the sand/beach which our kids loved. We have absolutely zero complaints about our week long stay here. It was PERFECT.

For longer stays you do need to supply your own paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap for all of the bathrooms as well as dish washer detergent as there is not enough to get you through the week.

We have stayed in places all over the world and this condo is one of my favorites! The owners anticipated every need we might have and then some. It was beautifully maintained and furnished. The view is outstanding as the condo is right on the beach, just a short walk. The owners have provided beach chairs and even a canopy. The back patios are joined with your neighbors, who we found delightful. We had an amazing time!

We always have a great time here. My one wish would be that more beach items are left after each person checks out (in the garage). I know that each time we come (4th visit), we have to go out and purchase boogie boards, umbrella & umbrella anchor, sand pails, and any other standard beach staples which of course we must leave each time due to traveling 10 hours with a large family. Also, the fridge is struggling on the inside. It needs a lot of new pieces. One shelf we were afraid to use because the plastic support for the drawer was broken, and the bottom right door shelf was broken. It made fitting the food difficult! Other than those two things, which neither are probably easy to address, we had a wonderful time and will be back! :)

Our family had a wonderful time at White Sands #473. It was awesome! I was a little nervous taking our grands (ages 2 - 12) but it was perfect with a family friendly environment. Perfect distance from the beach and a place the kids could play below the balcony in the sand with us comfortably watching. Our neighbor to the right looking at the beach was so kind and sweet to our grands. She even had pizza delivered to us. God really blessed us through her and this great opportunity to get together. One granddaughter was there for a cheer competition and won as well. We will definitely return. The description was great, the management kept in good contact with us as we were a late arrival and I honestly can't think of anything I would change. Thanks for the memories!

The stay was nice... It was more than enough space for me, my sisters, and our kids. The large garage for parking was another plus. Loved being right on the beach and not in a busy area. Will probably book again.

The owners have done a wonderful job with decor and comfort. The unit is beautiful. The views are awesome. The location is perfect and just far away enough from the madness of the shopping and eateries. It was wonderful to have a garage to park my car in and walk up the private stairs. There isn’t a pool, but who needs one when you are only a few steps from the beach. My complaint has to do with the rental agency. 3 nights, 4 people, I had to go to Tom Thumb to buy paper towels, and coffee filters. I have never had to go buy these things in the many years if renting. I feel like the agency that is taking care of this unit is very stingy. However, the unit is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly situated. Just bring your own paper goods.

The vacation rental fit its description perfectly. Clean and well maintained. Lots to do in Paradise Beach and wonderful restaurants. Yet the rental was located on a quiet section of beach - not too crowded. The management company was exceptional and helped us with any problems immediately. Enjoyed it so much we are going back next winter.

We stayed during very cold weather. Heating in the 2nd floor did not work properly and heating system was very loud during the night (sleeping in the bedrooms facing the heating system was almost impossible).

We rented this unit to be close to the hotel where a wedding was going to be held. The unit had enough rooms for our entire family. The view was terrific, the furnishings, were nice, my one complaint was that the unit could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly before our arrival. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. We would use it again , but ask that it be sprayed for bugs prior to our arrival.

From the very beginning, this was a great vacation. The property managers were so helpful and polite, and I loved the care package they gave us - chips and salsa, plus lots of information about Pensacola in a beach bag. It's the little things like this that make you feel so welcome! The property description was accurate, and everything was clean and maintained. We had wonderful days on the beach, and enjoyed the gorgeous views from the patio. I brought my telescope, set it up on the deck, and got really beautiful views of the moon rise and Saturn!

Had a great time in Pensacola. Have stayed at several beach condos in the past and this was by far one of the best. Easily accommodated our large family of 12 with plenty of room. Everyone especially enjoyed the large deck facing the gulf and directly on the beach. This will not be the last time we rent this condo!

This home was perfect for myself and my family. The staff of Paradise Beach Homes were great to work with, very friendly. We arrived earlier than expected and they worked to have the house ready a little earlier than planned.

After a long drive down we were instantly relaxed walking into this property. The views were spectacular, the rooms spacious, and enough storage for food for a week. Parking could be tricky if you have too many vehicles, but we were able to easily fit three SUVs. The beach outside this home was not as crowded as the public beach, so it was quite relaxing with the main noise being the waves hitting the shore.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway. If we were to come down as a family of 10 again, we would definitely book this house or likely any home from Paradise Beach Homes.

We girls really enjoyed our beach vacation this year!! The weather was t that great,but we still had a good time!! Thecondo was great!! Except for there was something wrong in the shower,but they came to fix it right away!

We had a great time, just wasn't long enough. We had several vehicles because ladies coming from different areas. No problems on parking. Beach access was great. Condo held all the ladies and a good time was had by all.

The view from this rental is beautiful!! Large glass windows and 3 large decks makes enjoying the view easy. Plenty of room for our group of 8.

On arrival the unit was not the cleanest. There was a lot of sand still on the floor and the bathrooms needed a little more attention. The bottom deck had food and wrappers on the table. We had no other issues with the rental. The neighbors to the right were very kind and helpful. I would stay here again and again!

Issue was with the cleaning company, not the rental management. Upon arrival, unit was not clean, but management had people to the unit quickly. Had a great week.
